For although one comes here, stays for a brief time and then goes away, he has the foolish notion that he is the Lord of the world. He thus makes all things complicated and is always in trouble. Foreign Paramadiviyotama, Prushana, Pragrudiki, Adishanyamaiyal, Bhagwan, Pradikshiki, Parama, Krishna, Sharanam, Ravi and Satimala May the whole world moved under this impression. People are considering the land, this earth, to belong to human society and they have divided the land under the false impression that they are the proprietors. One has to get out of this false notion that human society is the proprietor of this world. When one is free from such a false notion, he becomes free from all the false associations caused by familial, social and national affection. These faulty associations bind one to this material world. After this stage, one has to develop spiritual knowledge. One has to cultivate knowledge of what is actually his own and what is actually not his own. When one has an understanding of things as they are, he becomes free from all dual conceptions such as happiness and distress, pleasure and pain. He becomes full in knowledge. Then it is possible for him to surrender to the supreme personality of Guardian Evumi, Manisha, Manisha, Vargatani and Namith in the La Mula Sambadi, Arian, Garnal, Sandosha, Sandhavangal, Sukhadu, Kangal Adi. We had to do things in the material world. But we should know that this is temporary. Anything can happen. We should actually put our faith in Krishna. Krishna is eternal. Nothing ever changes with Krishna. If we do something successful. It should think that this Krishna's mercy. That's how the devotee become Nirmana. And if something happens wrong, they also take it that this is due to my bad karma. But there are many other things mentioned in this verse. The Prabhupada said this verse tells us these surrendering process. So one of the things is that is conquering the bad association in our spiritual life. It's very important to have such a good association association which is going to give us spiritual inspiration, spiritual support. So there are different kinds of bag associations. There is a materialistic association, Bhagamaya sangam where people who are very much addicted to sense gratification. Then there's the Sanskara fire, Indriya Swadhaga and there's more. There's also some bad association amongst our devotees. In the third Cancer, Srimad Bhagavacha Kapilabuni states that some people have mixed devotions. Their devotion gets contaminated by some mode of mature nature. Pure devotion is simply for the pleasure of Krishna Bhakti satugna. Mixing with a moral ignorance is anger, envy. Like if you find the devotee with devotion mixed with anger. We are always angry, always criticizing some other devotee, always finding fault. So we hear criticisms of other devotees. That hurts our own spiritual life. We want to associate with the Lord is who help us in our enthusiasm. There are some people their wife should just talk about such things. Have you heard this? Have you heard that? You know this person is like this. This person is very bad. That person is very bad. And they go on talking. Talking to your brain. You lose all your enthusiasm for devotion. So someone has to be expert. When to listen, when to avoid listening. What does it have to do with me? What can I do to solve the problem? Just you want to to blow out your dirt and my brain and cause me problem in my spiritual life. How many of you want to survive in your devotional service? Mostly everybody like to survive. Then you have to learn how to conquer the Sangha Dosha. We're living in the material world. We're constantly associating with people. We had to know how to associate with the right people. How to avoid the bad association. This one is called Satsangam. Giving the light a little good association. And now it's burning. You see that a light had Sangadosha. Maybe my bad association they went out. It's a good association. Now it's okay. So also we want to be good association to others. We should try to say the good things. Just like in Chaitanya Leela. There was one Devoli. His name was Ramachandrapuri. You heard about him. He was also disciple of Madhavendra Puri. But he even criticized his own Guru. Puri was feeling separation from Krishna. Gurudev, why you are crying? Don't cry. The absolute truth is impersonal. What are you doing? I am feeling separation of Krishna and you're telling me to merge in the absolutely personal truth. Cut down his eating to 1 4. All the people are shopping and they like to feed Lord Chaitanya more. But they can't feed. Now he's only eating little bit. Because of the criticism of Ramchandrapuri. Then finally Ram Chandra Puri left. And after that. Please take some more. You're not eating anything. You're starving. So then he began to eat half what he used to eat. So this kind of person, although he was a Vaishnava initiated by a very senior great personality. Maybe the ant is trying to tell us something. Here's a handsome street. The holies would avoid associating with Ramchandra Purik. As they know he would always be criticizing. So for your own spiritual wisdom. So you have to know. You have to find which devotee you can associate. Who's a good association. Which devotee always spirit. All that kind of devotee. Okay, but I don't need to associate. We have to conquer this association. Associate with the good devotees. Wide and materialistic and offensive association. Spiritual knowledge. You need to regularly attend Bhagavad Gita Bhagavatam classes. Read Prabhupada's book. Developed by spiritual knowledge. We connect everything we do with Krishna consciousness. This way it becomes the eternal disassociation from love. Very strong mature desires. They're motivating the whole world. If we associate with those desires, they will drag us all over the place. Will fall down again into material things. We need to be disassociated from us. Any desires we have should either be dovetailed with Ka consciousness. Or we have to disassociate ourselves. Some things we can connect it to Krishna. Some things we cannot connect. One buyer, one viremukta. Liberated from the duality. I like you, I hate you. She's good, she's bad. We have to see things. Everything from a very Krishna conscious. Avoiding the dualities of material nature. They say like when you hit your knee out, they call that knee jerk reaction. So the reaction love something. If it don't work out, I hate it. Sometime in marriage the relationship go from love. Then evolved to hate. Very dangerous. So all kind of dualities are there in the material world also. Thinking that this material world is eternal. That this body as ourselves we have to be freed from this. Liberated from this duality. Who are you? What did Lord Chaitanya say? He said I am Not a Brahmin, I am not a Sutra, I am not a Sanya, I'm the servant of Krishna, the servant of the servant of the servant of Krishna. In Bengali there's a song where he says what is your identity? And then he replies I went to one printing press and we were printing something for the temple. But then some school was printing second grade examination paper. So in that paper the question was what is your identity? What is your who are you? So I asked the school teacher was there to pick up the exam papers. So I said what they have to write to pass it. So they had to say I'm a man, I'm woman, I'm a human being, I'm an Indian, I'm a Bengali, I'm something like that. So I said what if they said I my pure spirit soul. I say I am servant of God. They're teaching us, you are this body. If you want to get a good heart you have to say I am my body. My body is Indian, Bengali, Malayali. This is our modern education. This is like. But actually. So we had to teach the children the spiritual real answer and then they had to know the material answer. So this is the duality in the material world. To liberate them from the duality they need to know what is the truth. Side by side they know, okay, my body is like this, but I'm actually there. Spirit, soul. But these teachers may not know. Isn't it a shame our professors don't know that they're not the body. Some of them, some don't. That's called only halfway through. The verse that was done by Mimukta Sukaduka means happiness and distress. To understand, to be freed from the dualities of happiness and distress. Okay also Dvandwara vimukta sukha dukkha samka. To be free from duality and the duality of happiness and distress and so province of. So there's also this happiness and distress to everything. See, they start my size it. We encourage people in Krishna consciousness to be married and create family. That's a way to conquer lust by making a God conscious family. But we also have to be realistic that in that circumstance of family life that's going to be happiness and that's why not be distressed. It's the part of the material world. Someone has a child, they're very happy. If the child is sick, source of distress. This is the nature of the material world. So there's different ways of avoiding versuality. Some people stay in the renounced order. And they avoid this kind of attachment. Otherwise, those who are in Grihasta ashrams, they had to develop this spiritual knowledge we were discussing about before. Although while acting very attached, they had to be internally detached. We can do that by becoming more attached to Krishna. So there's different ways of getting free from this duality of Sukha duka. Somehow I'm in the renounced order, so. But I am here to help the Grihas. I appreciate the Grihas. I think that they're doing wonderful. Those who are Krishna conscious, they're doing very great. I thought I would not be able to be Krishna conscious with so many temptations. Better to avoid it. But we're living with the opportunity to enjoy. But still they regulate it, chant their rounds, offer their prasadam to Krishna, preach Krishna consciousness. I think a very great soul. I have a DVD about some festivals in India and I wanted to show it to one Grihasta. I was in the Middle east. So they had tv, they had DVD player. So I said, you can play this. Then they looked at me and they said, Maharaj, we have a problem here. We're so busy doing namhata bhakti bhiksha preaching. For a couple years now we haven't watched tv. TV is there DVD player there? But we. It's not connected. We forgot how to connect it. We're too busy preaching. We get so much happiness telling people about Krishna. We don't have time to watch the tv. This is very, very good sign. Very renowned. I can't say everyone has the same level. But this one family, they are very strong. We want the people. They develop param, bishkwa, nivarch and the higher taste for giving people Ka. So when I thinking, do I watch the TV or do I go and do namah preaching that shows higher chains. In the west, they call the television the idiot too who watches it. They become like idiots. And they don't use their brain. So we can overcome this illusion by Krishna's mercy. Amudha, they are unbewildered. They know how to surrender to the supreme personality. Every devotee shall become totally unbelievable. Clear in their mind how I surrender to Ka, to the Guru Parampar. Everyone should become very expert Bhakti yogis. Be free from their dualities. Be peaceful in their heart so they to shun their love. How many agree with that? So today Nithyananda's appearance day. Nithyananda, he said that he wants to give all of you unlimited happiness in the material world. He said there's duality. Happiness with distress. How many of you like pay some. How many likes to have some Payasam with sand in it? So many making faces. Few sand, few teaspoon. Material life is like that. Payasam is there but sand is there also. Happiness is there but some distress is also there. Pure happiness. No sand in your no distress. How many want pure happiness? He's there to give you that happiness. Mercy. Sam Ra d. Ram. Ram. Ram. So then he says. I describe this wonderful power of Krishna. How he delivered the king of the elephants. Anyone who cares this become fit to be part of the higher planets. And if we hear this duration they gain a reputation as a devotee. They were imprisoned or threatened by the king Was imprisoned.
