The Supreme Personality of Godhead is attracted by devotional service and in such the ultimate supremacy of Vedic knowledge rest in knowing the science of devotional service. What is the particular attraction that makes the Supreme Lord enthusiastic to accept emotional service and what is the nature of such service? The Vedic scriptures inform us that the supreme Personality of Godhead, the absolute Truth, is self sufficient and that Maya blessings can never influence him at all. Therefore, the potency that overcomes the supreme must be purely spiritual. Such a potency cannot be anything of the material manifestation. The bliss enjoyed by the Supreme Personality of Godhead cannot be of material composition. Like the impersonal misconception of the bliss of Brahma, devotional service is reciprocation between two and therefore it cannot be located simply within oneself. Therefore the bliss of self realization Pramananda cannot be equated with emotional service. The supreme personality of God has three kinds of internal potency, namely the Avadini shakti or pleasure potency, the Samdhini shakti or existential potency, and the Sambhi shakti or cognitive potency. In the Vishnu para.1.12.69, the Lord is addressed as O Lord, you are the support of everything. The three attributes Aradini, Sangini and Sambhit exist in you as one spiritual energy. But the material molds which cause happiness, misery and mixtures of the two do not exist in you, for you have no material qualities. A lot of me is the personal manifestation of the blissfulness of the supreme Personality of God by which he enjoys pleasure. Because the pleasure of palpasi is perpetually present in the Supreme Lord, the theory of the impersonalist that the Lord appears in the material mode of goodness cannot be accepted. The impersonalist conclusion is against the Vedic version that the Lord possesses a transcendental pleasure potency when the pleasure potency of the supreme personality of God as exhibited by his grace the person of a devotee. That manifestation is called love of God. Love of God is an epithet for the pleasure potency of the Lord. Therefore, devotional service reciprocated between the Lord and His devotee is an exhibition of the transcendental pleasure potency of the Lord Got it? Last paragraph. The potency of the supreme personality of God is the always enriches him with transcendental bliss is not material. But the Shankarites have accepted it as such because they are ignoring of the identity of the supreme Lord in his pleasure, bone and sea. Those ignorant persons cannot understand the distinct shoe between impersonal spiritual bliss and the very meaningless of the spiritual pleasure Potency. There are many. Potency gives the Lord all transcendental pleasure. And the Lord bestows such a potency upon his pure devotee. It's on the transcendental platform. So that's confirming what is being said here, that Ka is attracted by the ladany potency. Ka contains the ladany potency. It's his own pleasure. He gives that potency to his devotees and the devotees. Love for Ka is another expression of this pleasure. Pontosadv Lova Krishna means ecstatic symptoms of appreciation, of love, of devotion to Krishna. And the eight symptoms are the yawning, the neutral one. So this ecstatic symptom also will have any potency. The frame is more deep. It's interesting to understand how when there are exchanges in which ten is devouring the different emotions they are feeling. These emotions are not material. They're a lot of shakti emotions. They're spiritual, potent spiritual pleasure emotions. The priest gets pleasure. He doesn't get pleasure for material things. So this pleasure has to be spiritual. Now the devotees start to experience this pleasure on the spiritual platform that gives them the higher taste. The apparent ego in Madhavani and Harasakis and Krishna. This is also to increase the ecstasy. There's a pastime from the Baliyah Kunda that Raghunath Goswami dispatched. That the Gopis had collected many pearls and they were decorating their cows with pearl necklaces. Now, in the modern world, only the richest ladies wear pearl necklaces. But there they will decorate their cowls with pearl necklaces. That's how wealthy they were. And everybody had pearls. So Krishna, he saw what they were doing. He said, I have two favorite cows. Havina, I forget the other cow. You remember his two favorite cows. And he wanted to give them also pearl necklace. So I asked the Gobis, do you have any extra pearls I can give my cows? But they were being testy with Krishna said, no. Then Lalita said, maybe I have a broken one here. I can give you one pearl. The Krishna said, okay, you don't want to give me pearls. I'm going to plant pearls and grow my own pearls tomorrow from the land. So he asked his mother for a pearl. He wants to plant a pearl tree. She said, the pearls don't grow on trees. They grow in oysters in the ocean. He said, never mind. I want a pearl, so I'll take you. He planted a pearl, he watered it with milk and the plants started coming out. Associating with devotees who are of different pure devotees will give us different flavors of Allah Shanti and help us to go deeper into devotional strengths. There's so many rays of devotees. Each of them have transcendental qualities that everyone has done a stereotype thing like clothing. Everyone comes off more devoted, some kind of robot. We were discussing Sridhar Maharaj yesterday at his Vyas Puja. He's someone who was very dedicated to Prabhupada. He served Prabhupada with his level best. But he was a unique personality. He had his own qualities, his own candidness, humor. So like that different devotees have different qualities, different senses of humor, different natures. Krishna Maharaj he had another. He was in his own seriousness, intensity. So like that. So many different bodies present and departed. They had the different qualities. We can see the enthusiasm sometimes of the children and they're dancing from the door service. And the Lord bestows such a potency upon his pure devotee. Then his pure devotion is awakened. With this fishtown can awaken them immediately. He get a special mercy, right? Awakened. So appears that it was actually awakening. It looks like it's dormant.
