20061224 || Bhagavad Gītā (6.47) Class || Chicago, USA #JayapatakaSwamiArchives

A recorded lecture by Jaya Pataka Swami focused on Bhakti Yoga and its primacy among yogic paths, explaining that devotional service (bajate/bhakti) is the ultimate goal beyond Karma, Jnana and Ashtanga practices. The speaker emphasizes practical means (chanting/reciting Bhagavad Gita chapter 6) and narrates a story of a king who attained pure devotion through daily recitation, concluding with a brief closing and channel call-to-action.
Ram. It's. It's. It's. Sam. Ram. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's.
Saint your eyes. Sam.
Sa.
Sam. And of all the yogis, the one with great faith who always abides in him, thinks of Me within Himself and renders transcendental loving service to Me, he is the most intimately united with Me in Yoga and is the highest of all that is my immunity. The word bajute is significant here. Bajate has its root in the verb Vaj which is used when there is need of service. The English words worship cannot be used in the sense of loves. Worship means to adore, to show respect and honor to the worthy one. But service of love and faith is especially meant for the Supreme Personality of Nana. One can avoid worshipping a respectable man or the Hinda may be called Disperses, but one cannot avoid serving the Supreme Lord without being thoroughly convenient. Every living entity is part and parcel of the Supreme Personality of Daniel, and thus every living entities tended to serve the Supreme Lord by his own conclusions and in to do this he falls down. The Proverbs on the 11th and 5th chapter, third verse confirms this as follows. If anybody has difficulty understanding English as the first translation Sam anyone who does not come to service and neglects his duty unto the renoval Lord who is the Source of all living entities, will certainly fall down from his constitutional tradition. In this verse the word vajranti is used. Therefore vajranti is applicable to the Supreme Word only, whereas the word worship can be applied to demigods or to any other common living entity. The work of Raja Nanti used in this verse of Shunan Bhagavatam is also found in the Bhagavad Gitajana Villa. Only the fools and rascals derive the supreme personality of Man, Lord Krishna. Such fools take the apartment cells to ready commentaries without an attitude of service to the Lord. Consequently they cannot properly distinguish between the word maternity and the word worship. The culmination of all kinds of yoga practices lies in Bhakti Yoga. All other yogas are. But man means to come to the point of Bhakti and Bhakti Yoga actually means Bhakti Yoga. All other yogas are projections towards the destination of Bhakti Yoga. From the beginning of Karma Yoga to the end of Bhakti Yoga is a long way to self relaxation. Currently note that without fruit or results at the beginning of this When Karma Yoga increases in knowledge and renunciation, the stage is called Yang. When Kyama Yoga increases, the meditation on the super soul by different physical processes and the mind is unhealing. It is called Ashtaka Yoga. And when one surgises the Ashtanga yoga and comes to the point of the supreme personality of Godhead Krishna, it is Go Bhakti Yoga the culmination Tactually, Bhakti Yoga is the ultimate goal. To analyze Bhakti Yoga languages, one has to understand other yogas. A Yogi who is progressive is therefore our true path of eternal good fortune. One who sticks to a particular point and does not make further progress is called by that particular name Karmagogi, Gandhi Yogi or dear Ningoki Raja Yogi, Hatha Yogi, etc. If one is force enough to come to the point of Bhakti Yoga, it is to be understood that he has enhanced all the yogas. Therefore, to become Ka conscious is the highest stage of Yoga. Just as when one speaks of Himalayas to refer to the world's highest mountains, of which the highest peak, Mount Everest is considered to be a culmination. It is by great fortune that one comes to Krishna consciousness in the path of Bhakti Yoga. To become well situated according to the vedicular direction, the ideal Yogi concentrates his attention on Krishna who is called Sama Sundar, who is as beautifully colored as a cloud, whose lotus like face is as effulgent as the sun, whose dress is brilliant with jewels and whose body is flowered or London. Illuminating all science and societies is his gorgeous luster which is called the Brahma Jyoti. He incarnates in different forms such as Rama, Nashindra and Krishna, the supreme personality of Bhagava. And he descends like a human being as the son of Mother Vasoda. And he is known as Krishna.
Is.
The perfect child, husband, friend and master. He is full with all occupancies of transcendental qualities and one remains fully conscious of his features of the Lord. He is called the Highest Yoga. This stage of highest profession yoga can be attained only by Bhakti Yoga as it's confirmed in all. Only angelus great souls who have participated in both our work and the spiritual master are all important. Knowledge automatically reveals devotional service to the Lord which is free from desire for mature affair later in this life on the next. Devoid of such inclinations, one should fully absorb the mind and disagree. That is the purpose of man's finding Gokal to Apanu Upanishad 1:15 these are some of the means for performance of Vaiati or Ka consciousness, the highest potential stage of the noble system. 6th chapter of Bhagavad is called Karamura. And it's about Ka Tabi Arjuna to build meditation Ganga system. But in the end Arjuna so he wanted to know what was a better system. Krishna tells this verse after the last verse of the chapter. That system is about devotional surrealist tradition. Brought up a bunch of great lady service. Clinging by Bhajan is only for the supreme ones. In the glories of the 6th year Bhagavad Gita in the pardon of Brahman there dimensions. The bishop said that there was a king. This king he was so great. He would have daily darkness greatly circumstances that even the smoke would go up to the heavenly planets. And the trees in the heavenly highlands were covered by the smoke from his fingers. And they were so pious that came from his daily dungeons that the demigods you can see them visiting his palace. You can see the mixed terrestrials of the higher planets of his kingdom. That's how pious he was. Now the extraterrestrials are like celestial beings. There were two and he got to slain by the in the form of swans. And 1 of 2 spray low close to the palace of the king. The other ones of Ray attending the Greek king Rishi Raksha. So the king was newly curious. Who is this great state Raksha? He send out his charioteer. Find Maisha. I want to meet this next saint. So he went to various holy places trying to find. He went to Lagas. The Lord Shiva's worship among my dying dead was elevated from birth and death. He went to Gaia as the Gabana temple from biggest blessings. And one lesson have to take away from me. He went all over India to holy place with the king for the great king. The great Rishi Raishmi. Then he went to Vajura, which is in the shape of a half moon with the beautiful Payas river, Terasanal river, Yamuna Thwait. And there are holy savior people come from all over the universe to worship the supreme personality of God. And people easily achieved Bhakti there. But even in Vrindava he couldn't claim this great state lightship. So he was looking everywhere. Finally he went to Kashmir. And there was a great king who was the devotee of Lord Shiva. And he would worship Siva so opulently that his king palace was a falchion. We had all kinds of mystical opulence there. Somewhere by the gate of this palace, under a cart, sitting in a corner like a beggar, was the great sage Raishin. When the charioteer of the King went to see him. He said, you're such a great sleep. What will you do in this very humble place? He said, I am completely satisfied. So here he understood. He had achieved so much pronunciation. Didn't care where he was. He was totally satisfied wherever he was. It didn't make any difference in him. So he went back and informed everything to the king. And the king said, take me to see this great city of Isa. And then they went all the way to Pasim to see the great sage action. And the king that saw him, he puts valuable silks and pearls and jewels offered to the sage as a humble offering. The right shah Any take this our desolation need millions of dollars of valuable tools and to take this garbage away in places. Why do it this time?
Please.
Sorry, I don't want to offend you. I just want to know how you have achieved this great stage of enunciation, this total detachment, this total satisfaction. And in this world people are trying to be satisfied. But they fail to be satisfied no matter what they do. How is it they have achieved full satisfaction? And you will right now tell you every day inside the sixth chapter Bhagavad Gita by reciting the sixth chapter Bhagavad Gita is completely Every day he would give Sarpa his Bhaja, the six chants of Agrabuti. So he taught, he chanted before the king initiated the king sixth chapter chanting. So the king, he began chanting himself every day. And then a spiritual airplane came down from the spiritual world and took the king back to Gadha direct. And King Nitin, the Ishirite who was chanting. And also he was taken back to the Lord where he could serve the Lord in the spiritual world. So this chapter six as a reader every day recited it surely gives a blessing that you can get pure devotion.
My service.
