It'S very difficult to speak about Guru Tattva and the pastimes of Guru even after being a senior devotee because of lack of sincerity sometimes things don't come up appear. So this is why I have tried to glorify. I have tried to compile a stuti, elaborate stuti so that I can purify myself by taking blessings from my Guru, by uttering this, by reciting this Stotra and also by taking blessings from the.

Vaishnavas Amader Guru Pranamrabolithake Nama Acharya Padaya Nitai Kripa Pradayne.

So in our Guru Purnam Mantra. In our Guru Purnam Mantra we say so here the word Acharyopada is very significant.

Acharya Pad.

So Acharyopad means one who is very much fixed unto the lotus feet of the founder Acharya of our Ka Conscious society is gone. Srila Prabhupada and one who represents all the Acharyas in our Parampara that person is also called Acharya Pat. Not only he represent the Acharyas of our parampara. He also represents the Lord, the supreme person of Godhead. And another meaning of Acharya is one who practices in his own life and teaches the whole world by example. So Guru Maharaj has been teaching so many things, so many lessons by his examples. But we don't have the scope to describe and to discuss all the different lessons he is giving. But today we will pick a very specific point and we'll discuss how Guru Maharaj has been teaching us by examples. It has been realized by different, different devotees in many ways. So regarding what is the significance of this word Acharyopada and how it is relevant and appropriate for Guru Maharaj, I'll try to shed some light on that according to my realization. So one of the Acharyas who has presented the Siddhantas, the conclusions of the scriptures to us in the poetic form, he is Narutam Dastakur. He has said that it doesn't matter while you are in happiness or distress but you should always chant the name of Goranga. And also he has said that wherever you are, wherever you live in your house or in a jungle, you should always chant the name of Goranga. So if we take up this one aspect that whether whenever Guru Maharaj in pain or in distress or in happiness, it doesn't matter in which condition in which situation he is in. But what is important is how he is always remembering the lotus feet of Goranga. How he is always chanting and preaching the glories of Lord Goranga. This is a very big lesson to all of us. So yesterday my elder daughter told me that do you know papa, that Guruma just said in one place that he wants to continue serving Lord Krishna till his last breath. So wherever Guru Maharaj is going, he is in bus or in train, in flight, in hospital or in office, in residential places. Wherever he is going, he is enthusing Krishna consciousness into and he is inspiring all the people to take up Krishna consciousness and practice it.

Yes, he went and he was reciting for him.

So when Gurmahaj was totally unconscious in the Hindu Ji hospital that time Bhakti Chara Maharaj went and recited Sri Chaitana Chaitam. And that time also even being unconscious, Gurumaj listened to that recitation of Chaitana Charita Amrita and he remembered it. The first time he spoke up. The first time his consciousness came and his he spoke up, just started to speak after one and a half month now everything was disconnected like removed from him. The oxygen support and all the life supports that were given to him. Everything was removed from Guru Maharaj. The first word he uttered, the first word he pronounced was Go Ranga. He didn't have the energy, the strength to pronounce the words, any words. But he pronounced the word Goranga.

Kidney liver transplant.

Hello. And few years back, four or five years back when Gurumaj's liver and kidney were transplanted and after that best quacked in for after a few days of the transplant, of the surgery, the first time, the first word he pronounced was the first word he pronounced after his consciousness came back after the surgery. And I see a reason behind that. And Gurumaj. When Guruj was under treatment in Bhaktived Hospital in Mira Road, Mumbai. So for the speedy recovery of Guru Maharaj here we were doing yagya for Gur Maharaj every four days. So that time I was in charge of management of Mayapur. I had to be like a guard of guarding Sridhar Mayapur supervising the management and the well beings of Mayapuram. So I couldn't go. But many leaders they are going and taking darshan of Guru Maharaj. And I sent some devotees from Sridhar Mayapur like Ashwaginda Prabhu, Panchayana Prabhu to see Guru Maharaj. But I was here in my apartment. So anyway, later I went to see Guru Maharaj. And when Guru Maharaj was able to speak at that time Ashra Govinda Prabhu was introducing to Guru Maharaj that Badru Jarapubu is going to speak to you.

No, no, no. Would you like to speak to Guru Maharaj?

Okay, but he asked like would you like to speak to Guru Maharaj? So I told him that would Guru Maharaj talk to me now? Because Guru Maharaj is in very critical situation. So I saw in a dream that Guru Maharaj had no strength to speak. He was totally unconscious and he was just lying down. So in dream I saw that Guru Maharaj recovered. He was in Mumbai. I went to Mumbai to take darshan of Guru Maharaj. But I was taking darshan of Guru Maharaj from far. I didn't go near Guru Maharaj because Gurumaj is in such critical and painful condition that I thought like, if I go near then I'll cry. And Guru Mahj had to take the trouble to pacify me, to sympathize me. And I don't want to give Guru Mahj that trouble. So Gurumaj was blessing me with his left hand. So when Guru Mahj was totally unconscious and that Ashwaginda Prabhupada told me that Guru Maharaj is unconscious. That's true. But it seems like Guru Maharaj is able to hear and Guru Maharaj is able to listen and understand things. So would you like to speak anything to Guru Maharaj? So I told Ashwagobindra Prabhu to tell to Guru Maharaj that the situation is on Guru Maharaj's favor and it's up to Guru Maharaj to make decisions like if Guru Maharaj wants to stay. And we prayed that please Guru Maharaj, please stay with us. For. For our sake. Please stay with us for some more years with us. So that we can get your association. So please don't leave us. So Guru Maharaj, you are the one to decide. If you tell Krishna that please Krishna, please let me stay few more years with my disciples. So Krishna will never say no. But if you decide to go, then also Krishna will not say no. So please. It is our humble request and prayer to you, Guru Maharaj. Please make a decision to stay with us for a few more years. In dream, when Guru Maharaj called me with his left hand and I went to him. So as expected, I went to Guru Maharaj and I started crying. And Guru Maharaj told me that why are you crying? Everything will be all right. So I stayed Back as per your Guru said that? Yeah, I stayed back. I'm not leaving. I'm here by as you prayed, as you wished.

So Guruma said that I stayed back. I made the decision to stay back just to serve all of you. So when I actually went to Mumbai to see Guru Maharaj and only took betel nut with me, and I didn't take any portal. So and truly, as I have never seen Gurumaj in such a state, I started crying.

Why are you crying?

I'll be all right soon. I'll get soon. I'll get well soon. So then I told Guru Maharaj, guru, I have brought for you. Then I showed it to Guru Maharaj.

And then Guru Maharaj said, where is portal?

You told me portal. I understood bottle.

So in this whole episode of illness, Gurumaj had only one unhappiness or only one dissatisfaction. And he expressed that to me to.

So Guru Mahas told that I am very happy to see all of the devotees, to see all of you. But I have only one dissatisfaction and pain in my mind. So that time Guru Mahaj was in such a state that he could not understand like one finger or two finger or two balls. So Gurumaj was taken to a room where he used to give an exercise. And devotees were giving him exercise. How to recognize, how to see the vision, clear the vision. He could not hold a ball, nothing, see anyone and understand. He had no feeling on his hand. So when I heard of this condition of Guru Maharaj, I said, I cannot see like this. I won't be able to tolerate this. So Guru Mahaj told that call Badrucharu inside room experience. So that time the experience I can never forget I saw Guru Maharaj. So then Gurumajo was taken to garden and devotees were serving in Prasadam the way Gurumaj was honoring Prasadam, it was so painful to see. So I could not tolerate it. So I went on the back of the garden, I was crying, he could not finish a little bit of Prasadam. For he was eating, taking Prasadam for 30, 45 minutes, but he could not finish even little amount of prasadam. So when I was crying on the back, so Guru Maharaj understood it and he called me. He said, call him. So when I went near him and he said, would you please help me eat or would you feed me? So there was a banded spoon with which Gurumad used to be fed him. So I tried to feed Gurumaj but it was very difficult to do.

When I met Guru Maharaj personally, I told him that.

Yes, I decided to stay back with all of you, to serve you.

And thus exactly same words that he said in my dream, exactly same word he that time personally he told me that he told me that. So I was taken aback. I was surprised that the same thing Guru Maharaj spoke in my dream and now he is telling me this. Exactly same words, exactly the same thing. So I told Guru Mahaj that Gurumaj, when you were in critical condition, you were unconscious. And we had no idea what we should do for a speedy recovery, what to help to expedite your recovery. So every devotee were doing whatever they could do by what they thought like it would be helping you to for your speedy recovery. So some devotees, they read, they recited from Shastra. Some devotees, they did yagya. Some devotees, they did charity. And some devotees did so many things. Parikrama. But now you have recovered, now you are speaking with us. Please tell us what is the thing that we should do for your speedy recovery. Because now you are feeding banana to the monkeys, not monkeys to Hanuman, Hanuman.

Go and get banana.

So here there was a deity of Hanuman in the hospital in Mira Road. So whenever Gurmaj used to go and see the deity and he used to tell devotees, please bring some bananas and offer to Hanuman. So then I thought like maybe reciting thousands name of Hanuman and maybe doing Yagya towards Hanuman would help us to recover Guru Maharaj. So I asked Guru, should we do that? Should we recite a thousand names of Hanuman? Should we do Yagya for Hanuman? Then Guruma said, actually the Jagannath of our Rajapur, he does miracle. If he wants, he can make me, you know, he can recover me. But because I am A Sannyasi. I cannot say that. I cannot pray that. I cannot say that. Please recover me, please make my health well. I cannot say that. So then we understood that oh, it's our thing, our job to say. So I will go and we'll say to Jagannath. So when we came back, I came back to Mayapur and told this thing to the devotees of Mayapur. So do you remember that after that we did again Rajapu Jagannath and we made a huge festival and we distributed so many prasadam. So many devotees came but the prasadam was fall short. So I knew that huge amount of donation was collected. But I knew that because there was miking and it was announced that free Prasadam will be distributed in Jagannath in Rajapur. So thousands of people came to take Prasadhavan. I knew that this much of donation is not enough to make Prasadam for so many thousands of devotees. We came and we prayed and we did Yagya. But Gurumaj was not recovering as much as we expected. We're praying to Jagannath but Gurumaj was not recovering as much as we expected. So we are doing. We used to do Payas Puja in different departments. So once we went to Jagannath Rajapur also to celebrate Guruma's best Puja and we are praying to. And we thought maybe we're not pure devotees. We're not pure enough. So Jagannath is not listening to us. So we prayed to Srila Prabhupada. I even wrote a poem to Srila Prabhupada. I told Prabhupada Prabhupada, you have given Guru Mahaj so much responsibilities. You have. You have given. Guru Mahaj has been doing so many things. So as Jagannath is not listening to us. But you are Srila Prabhupada. You are pure devotee. So please pray to Jagannath so that Guru Maharaj gets well. He recovers first. So however, whatever. The last time Gurmaj went for kidney and liver transplant to Chennai it was like a few days before Julan Jatra. So in Rajapur there is a Devakrishna and in his house he organizes Jhulan Jatra every year. So he invites me every year to attend the Julan Jatra festival. He attended me that year also. So I went there. But before that I took darshan of Jagannath. And I have never seen Jagannath so tired like that day. So they look so tired like I have never seen this before. It looked like Jagannath And Baladev, they were so tired, it looked like they didn't sleep for past few nights. So it appeared to me, it seemed to me that Jagannath and Baladev, they looked so tired. They looked so what you can say they look so tired that they, it looked like they didn't sleep for past few nights. So then when Guru Maharaj finally recovered, then we didn't understand why Jagannath and Baladev they looked so tired though fatigued. Gurmaj said. But the first time Guruj started speaking, he pronounced the name of Jaya Jagannath.

I may be wrong.

So this was my realization. I, I realized that Jagannathev they were like guarding Gurmaj, they were watching Gurmaj all the time. There are, there were their present while Guru Maharaj was sick and unconscious, in critical condition. Maybe that's the reason they didn't sleep for past few nights and that is why they looked so tried and fatigued. So this was my realization. I may be wrong, but somewhere other I felt like this. And I, I, I remember that Gurmaj told before that Jagannath will help me to recover. And by mercy of Jagannath I'll recover. So then I realized, yes, it is Jagannath's miracle that Guru Mahj rec. So even after that he has been suffering so many, he has been tolerating so much pain. So what may be the reason for that? The reason for that is. So the reason behind this is that the commitment we have made to Guru Maharaj, the Bhavs we have taken, we are not following it properly and we are committing sins. And Guru Maharaj has to take the results of those things, of those sins. And that's why Guru Mahj has to suffer for our sins.

Actually we are very pollen and we your disciples, we are very fallen, very wretched. And you are accepting, you are accepting our sin. And in order to deliver us, you are accepting our sin. And in that way you are also suffering because of us. But when that day will come, when that day will come, will I be able to sing with whole heart and soul your glories? And can I follow your instructions properly?

So Gurumaj, any condition, once someone like slit Gurumaj's throat, you can see the mark even on his throat. So but whatever the situation and whatever pain, he is going through regardless, all the time with his like, every breath he is taking and his living is with the with a name, with the remembrance of Lord Goranga. Because he has been, he has dedicated his life, his mind and the lotus Speed of Goranga. So he is so much absorbed in the name of Goranga all the time. So if someone slits my throat with knife, then I'll think, okay, should I go to preaching next time or not? But Guru Maharaj didn't think like that.

Anyway, although Guru Maharaj has gone through lot of troubles, lot of you know, turbulences, pain, people they have trialed to kill him and suffering and hospital and so many things. And brain hemorrhage and cancer and whatnot, hepatitis, everything. But Guru Maharaj has not stopped preaching all the time. He is preaching one time, Akbar.

So one time I was in hospital, my femur bone broke and there is still a rod in my.

It was hellish.

It was for one month I felt like I was in hell. So I didn't tell any of this to Guru Maharaj. But somehow the Guru Maharaj got to know about me immediately, called me, how are you? So I told.

You are very dear to me.

So Gurumaj told me, like, asked me like, how are you able to manage your treatment? Are you able to, you know, gather finances, money for your treatment? How are you doing? You're very dear to me. Please tell me if you need any help. I can. So I was thinking like I am such an animal that how I can be so dear. But Guru Maharaj is like always his like father. And he every, every one of us is so dear to Guru Maharaj. So I told Grumoj that whatever the bill is coming from my treatment, I am able to do that. They were saying like two and a half lakh of medical bills was coming because of my treatment. So I had that much money.

Treatment, acupuncture, acupressure, injection, operation.

So I told Guru Maharaj, Guru Maharaj, I am only one month in a hospital and I feel like hell. I cannot just tolerate it. But how, Guru Maharaj? Year after year, year after year, year after year you have been in hospital going through so many treatments, procedures, acupuncture and this and that, surgery and exercises and so many things. How are you able to take all of this for year after year? Guru Maharaj? My pain knew no bounds. Like it was so painful, Gurumaj. When I was simply taken from one room to another room, one nursing home to another. I was taken from bed to stretcher. Again from stretcher to bed. So the whole process used to be so painful, Gurumaj, I even couldn't tolerate this for like few days. But how, Guruj, you are tolerating this for years after years, not this body. So when Gurumaj used to take treatments and he could not tolerate the pain. And he would say, ah, I'm not this body. And he could not tolerate it. But he used to try to think like on the point of soul, like he used to say, I am not this body. But I had complete understanding and realization that I am this body only. I am nothing beyond this body. Is hell true. True. It is hellish. So then Guruma was smiling, he was laughing, he was saying, oh yes, it is true healing. So Guruma is saying, because I preach, I don't perceive it as a pain, as something distressful. So as I heard from Guru Maharaj that by preaching you forget your miseries and pain. So I told, I also thought, okay, maybe I should also start preaching to forget my pains. So immediately after that I started preaching. I could not sleep, I could not take round, take around. So but I started preaching. And people, so many people, all the people from hospitals are coming to hear Harikatha. They came and started singing bhajans and so many things. And I completely forgot about my pain. So even the doctors, they started always chanting and glorifying all Gulestri, Jayapada, Goswami, Guru Maharaj. So all the doctors, nurses, they were very eager to meet to get the ashan of Guru Maharaj. And they were taking up this process of chanting. And everyone is very happy. So I. I'm like a madman. I'm. I'm going through, I am speaking so many of pastimes of glories of Guru Maharaj. But now I'll read one poem. But can you help me by giving me a promise that he'll remember. He'll try to remember. So you have to say this line. So everyone recite along with us. So this sentence will say all together.
