The following is an initiation class given by His Holiness Jaya Pataka Swami Maharaj on December 31, 2023 in Sri Ramayapur Day. So today is a very auspicious day. Today is the disappearance day of Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Thakur. He's our Haranguru who has other thousand. He's our Param Guru who ordered Srila Prabhupada to preach in the West. But all the rubies also help. So extend Prabhupada's verses. We also want all the devotees to help spread Srila Prabhupada's message which is the message of Lord Chaitanya, which is the message of Lord Chaitanyas. In material world there is happiness and sadness. I am unable to give so. So in material world there is Sukha and Dukkha. Therefore in Krishna Leela he was acting like a human being. We want to do everything to please Krishna. In material world, people, they want to please themselves. But in our devotional service we want to please Krishna actually get maximum satisfaction. And by doing that, by pleasing Krishna, we get maximum satisfaction. I heard you already have various lectures. I heard that you already heard various lectures. So I won't speak for too long to stop. People are taking initiation. That means that you're dedicated to serving Krishna. Just that taking initiation means that you are dedicated to serve Ka. And so Prabhupada described as Purushcharya in Iskcon. The part of the Purusharya. One part of Purusharya is giving first initiation and one part is to give second initiation. We take vows, we get spiritual names, we get beads chanted by Guru and neck beads. In the second initiation we get the secret mantra. It's divided between the first and second initiation. Like that it is divided between first and second initiation. In the Gaudiyamat they just give the Harinam. Then they give Dkasha. But actually here we give DK both first and second because we divide the Purushcharya into two. In Gaudiyamat they don't understand. They say, oh, you have Hari Naam. But actually we have more than Harinam, Harinam and also other things. So the idea is that we want to engage our senses in the Master of the senses.
