The following is a talk given by His Holiness Jaya Pataka Swami Maharaj on July 20, 2024 in Sridham Mayapur, India. The talk was given at His Holiness Bhakti Churu Swami Maharaja's Tirabhav Mahotsava ceremony.

So we did not have that many devotees here. And when Bhakti Charu had come then it was a very nice incident. It was a very nice good news. Because he has a lot of good qualities. In those days we would go traveling in a bus and we will perform Sankirtan Margin. One day suddenly Bhakti Chandra Swami Maharaj when he was a new Bhakta, he suddenly left. I knew where his home was, where his house was. He was in the southern Calcutta area. I have gone to his house three times. But his father told me that he has gone out to see one of his friends. I came back to 3C Albert Road. He came to see me at the 3S. I told him that Srila Prabhupada will come soon and he will want to steal him. So he agreed. So then he agreed and he agreed to come back to Mayapur. So after some days Srila Prabhupada had come.

So in this way Bhakti Chalushami was brought to him. And Srila Prabhupada gave him first and second initiation together. Maybe Sannyas also. I don't know, I wasn't there. So one K Akshavesh he gave.
