People are not conscious, Envious people.

The Kanishta Adhikaris are still materially inclined. Most of the people are Kanishtadhikaris. But we can at least get people to become Madhya Madhikaris and this is what they would do. So Uttamadhikari, they have the this spontaneously. At least we can elevate everyone to Matiyamadhikari.
