Dear devotees, we continue in the reading of Sri Chaitanya Shikshamrita by Satchitanand Bhakti Vinod Thakur Today. Today is Ranima.

And actually one of our kings in India, the king of Krishnagar Hate.

So apparently he organized in Navadweep at different places pandas for the worship of different demigods Devas.

He don't object. So.

We don't object of people's worshiping.

We do not object.

We do not object people's worshiping different gods, different demigods in the pandals. But to do it on Ranima is very offensive.

Is the day that Krishna played his hood and all the oldies came out to worship Krishna.

Because on the Raja Ponima day, Krishna played his flute and all the Gopis came out to worship Krishna.

Which actually in her shadow body.

So the Gopis apparently were being guarded by their parents and other husbands and they were sitting outside guarding them. And they were apparently sleeping in the bed. However, in their subtle body they slipped out and went to meet Krishna.

Krishna, he tested that, he said, oh, why long at night?

So Krishna, he tested them. When they came out, he said, why did you come at the dead of night? It is very dangerous.

So I replied to him that you're calling us with your flute, they come criticizing us.

Krishna did his Rasa dance with rural thousands of holies.

So anyway, Krishna did his Rasa dance with innumerable number of Gopis. But then she loves Krishna the most.

She loves her hazardance.

She left the Rasa dance and Krishna could not be happy without her. So he also left. And when he left, the whole Rasa dance was a failure. All the Gopis began crying in separation. And Lord Krishna, he went looking for Srimati Adharani and then he found her.

So the others always.

So then the other Gopis were looking and they were seeing the footprints. And they said this Gopi must have done some special puja worship of Krishna.

But then on the thunder she was angry because Krishna also loved her.

And then they found her and she was lamenting because Krishna had also left her. So the other. So the other Gopis were very, very sympathetic to her. That at least one Gopi had actually captured Lord Krishna. So then after that they all went back to Rasalila arena. And then Lord Krishna appeared.

Hearts. I say that in material life girls and boys are lusty.

So in the purport it says that in material life girls and boys are lusty. But actually the Gopis wanted to please Krishna. There is no lust.

So then they were dancing.

And then they were all dancing with Krishna.

So tonight.

So tonight is one of those nights.

So this is observed.

So this is observed as Rasa Purnima in many different ways.

As Krishna. And all these are riding around all the trucks.

So the way they observe this festival in Shantipur is that Krishna and the Gopis are paraded around in over the trucks.

Okay, so it's a flat, flatbed truck where the Gopis and Krishna are standing.

I never saw what they do there.

But apparently they go out in open trucks in Shantipur.

So like that one time they came to ralph some boys. So they want money for, you know.

So one time some boys came to Srila Prabhupada and they said, we want money for our Pandavs. Please give us a donation.

So Prabhupada said that they don't take no for an answer. Give 10 rupees.

Sri Prabhupada said they won't take no for an answer. Give them 10 rupees.

10 rupees. Not much.

10 rupees is. But giving something, their culture is, if you give something, it's all right.

So teaching us how to deal in these situations.

So like this, Srila Prabhupada was teaching us how to deal in such situations. So I thought to tell you some of the Rasa Purnima Leela. So actually tomorrow morning I'm supposed to speak at the Srimad Bhagavatam class.

They went down the river and somehow they drowned.
