A March 2025 live-streamed talk by Jaya Pataka Swami (multi-speaker) focused on the nature of Rasa, Bhava and Prema within Krishna devotional practice. The speaker contrasts genuine devotional awakening (prema arising by mercy through chanting, hearing and service) with fraudulent teachers who promise Rasa as a sadhana technique, relates anecdotes about devotees and sahajiyas, and quotes scripture (Srimad Bhagavatam). If someone don't have love, whatever they are doing, it won't bring the fruit, won't give the fruit of Rasa, the fruit of Rasa.

You love Krishna, you want to serve Krishna.
It's a whole thing. If you love Krishna, you want to serve Krishna. So.
Araya books, things like that, these are all devotional service.
So by distributing books and doing things like that, these are all devotional service.
Adiharajan service and appreciation of that Chandra.
Krishna, the culmination of devotional service and appreciation and affection for Krishna.
All these things together. All I get love.
All these things together. Awaken your love. I remember a verse. Guru Maharaj is quoting this verse. Nitya Siddha Krishna, Prem Sadhya, Kabuna, Shavanadi, Sudha, Chitte Kare Udhai.
Not something that you're going to achieve, I gotta handle.
Okay. So this Prema, it's nothing like you can. It's not like something you can achieve by having a book and say this way, that way, bow down, things like that. Gradually it may take decades. Actually you start to become very affectionate towards Krishna.

In this way your Bhava and Prema awakens. What's that?
Then you can get the Rasa.
Then you can get the Rasa. You have to love Krishna.
Have that only by coming here.

So only by chanting, hearing and service you can awaken this love.
