So in the hellish planet there's so much suffering.

In the hellish planets there is so much suffering that one doesn't think much about God. In the human form of life, there is a mix of sukh and dukh.

Happiness, distress.

So the human form of light, Brahma, who lives trillions of years, he is saying he likes to take birth as a human being.

Brahma, who lives for trillions and trillions of years, he is saying that he would like to take birth as a human being.
