How kindness. Instead of doing some kind of simple sex, you can have a relationship with your wife that's not simple.

So the point is instead of having some sinful sex you can have a relationship with your wife that is not sinful.

But if you try to do Garbhadan Samskara have try to have Acharya children do it at an auspicious time then that is Krishna conscious devotional service.

So there are days when one should not do Garbuda and Samskara like fast day, Narasimha, Chaturdashi and festival days et cetera. Also other days like Purnima, Amavasya Ikadashi.
