Sri Krishna Chaitanya Prabhu Nithyananda Sriadvai Hari Krishna Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Rama Hare Hare Krishna. First of all take the blessings of all senior Vaishnavas. So many Sanyasis around seven Sanyasis are there including Guru Maharaj eight and all those things. And all the other senior Vishnu and devotees take the blessings to be on the line of our Parambara. Give this talk. Second thing, I want to thank all these devotees who have come here to this function after 2017. This is second function. Now the topic is given to me is Vaishnava Sangha. Vaishnavas are merciful but Vaishnava Sangha is very bitter. Because it depends on the way it is being taken. It's very good initially it may be little bitter but it is doing good. It's initially bitter but little good initially. Actually there are many things how Sadhya Sangha I felt in my life very important. First let me start our Guru Maharaj. Sometimes the Sangha will not be always sweet. I remember when I was about to take Diksha around more than 30 years back and Guru Maharaj asked generally you will ask what do you want before Diksha? I told Guru Maharaj I want Diksha. Are you qualified? Normally those days when you go for Diksha they tell now also four regulatory principles and 16 round shandy. Then I thought, yes, Guru Maharaj, I am qualified without a second delay. Then you are disqualified. I understood how to behave with a Vaishnava and Guru in a Sangha. How to take it. That is my beginning days and like we need to approach senior devotees Vaishnavas and Guru in a very very humble mood.

Then only you can understand what they are talking.

That mercy comes sometime at Saudi who reads Prabhupada books and lectures. You can hear always he tells rascal. Somebody asked Prabhupada why you called rascal Often use the word rascal. Prabhupada told Krishna tells Muda, I am translating into rascal. That is the mercy of the Vaishnavas. That is the association they give with us. Not that everyone will give all sweet association what you want. Medicine need not be always sweet. In Vaishnava Sangha we are getting medicine. This is one level. There is other levels. By observing the Vaishnas you can learn. I remember once I was in a bureau meeting in Juhu Mumbai. Then that after the Baghram lecture the meeting started almost earlier. Then everybody has to go and take Charnamism before going to take Prasadam.

And some volunteers they came and told please Prabhu Maharaj, please come. All of you come. Take and Channam don't come by the lane. Come before. But the thing is I found one Prabhupada disabled very senior devotee in the bureau. He didn't agree when he was forced. Finally he was around 100 people in the queue. He was showing everybody request and went and took. This is the Vaishnava Sangha. You can learn from them. And therefore Vaishnava Sangham. One level by mercy, casteless mercy. Vaishnava instructors by activities and second level by their activities. We can learn from them. Sometimes Vaishnavas give us directions also. And I remember when I was about to get married, I told Guru Maharaj I am going to get married. It is again 30 years back. Then Gurumara told I am only because he didn't go through the family life But Madhupanit went through the family life.

So.

There were different types of instruction, different ways. I have got it. Aunt Maharaj is so much humble also Sometime I remember 97 or 98 that the safari came for Madurai. Marichi Prabhu remembers 97 or 98 I don't remember. 97, 96, 97 safari came here. No, 97 I think. Sorry I am not. And that was my beginning days in Madurai. Arranged a nice program within Meenakshi temple. This Madurai is a very big village. Because they still they follow lot of etiquettes. And in the stage Guru Maharaj and some sitting they said all safari, Prabhu Safari Mahadaji other side on the stage Guru Maharaj is asking me whether I should do Ketan or Bhajan. I was so novice I didn't understand the difference between Bhajan and kirtan. Because he always wants to stick to local custom. And so that doesn't affect the local custom. Then without understanding I told Ketan and Marichi, Prabhu and all Madhaj is in the stage. Heavy Kirtan, dancing and all those things.

But people accepted it Samad Guru's mercy. And therefore this is the type of instruction. Many times Guru Mahara comes and sometime one of the safari or something. Guru Maharaj came for a program for public program. And he asked whether I should wear turban or what should I wear. Is it acceptable here? I told no Maharaj, it's good you can wear it but you learn. I am so insignificant. Before Guru Maharaj I learned the culture from him. Till today I am following every place where I go. First check with the local devotees whether it is acceptable to them. This is the way we need to learn from Vaishnavas. Don't think everything has to be written in a book and given to you. Given as a lecture. Take it to heart by hearing their words. Take it to heart by seeing their activities. Don't feel bitter when they are shouting. They are merciful to us by shouting at us. Because they don't have any reason to shout to us. Only out of their cautious mercy to help her they are shouting at us. This is just a wonderful way. We need to take association of devotees. When you take this association, go in a very humble mood without ego. And that way. Now we are very fortunate enough to have so many big group of Vaishnavas here. Take all their association positively. And once Guru Maharaj gave in 91 and I told some lecture. He told when you approach a devotee or when you see something, take all positive things from them. At the same time you become very humble by thinking of your negative things. But normally we do other way. We always see others negative points. He always thinks somebody should glorify our positive points. That would not help to advance. And I am very happy. Balrango in the Prabhu he was in 93 onwards. I was cultivating 93, 94. But he was very hesitant to take Diksha up to 97, 98. And because he had a lot of hurdles in their house and their combined family. And he is by your association. He has made almost all brothers and their families. Everybody has taken diksha and come. But he was tolerating me in the beginning. First two, three years I go to his house. But I will not take any bitta Prasadam. I'll give program and so Aarati and game. They do wonderful Prasadam. I was very stubborn. You stop Nanvaj. Then I'll take after two years he brought all his family including his grandmother. Everybody stood around 20 farmers. Everybody promised before the date he will not take knowledge. Then I started taking pressure. But I gave a very tough sad saga. But this training helped him to tune all other relatives and members to become a devotees. Not only the relatives, there are also Samudaya. And I am sure at least 20% will be from his community. And their community is very fond of everything. Okay. But except non veg giving up. But somewhat he achieved that. I hope the way I gave tough association. He started giving tough association. Depends on the toughness. It will take some more time. Therefore when you get association or when you give association it will not work immediately. And one by first brother he took after 20 years. Then slowly all wicked fell down. Now almost closely everybody has. And above all he has such a strong faith to Guru Maharaj. I know how much struggle he has.

He does magic with different company things. And there is so many magic. Somewhat Krishna service Guru Maharaj is doing. And first time yesterday night I saw he was shouting at everybody. I never saw him shouting. I never saw him shouted till now. Therefore he is using his shouting also for Krishna service. And that way. Now please kindly forgive any of mistakes or any shortage or shortcomings in the arrangement. And in particular Prasadam hall is little smaller. I think now he has made it some changes. Yesterday we are working on the Prasadang hall. How to make it and therefore any other inconvenience. We are ready to serve you.

And though I basically am a Tamilian, but addressing the audience in Tamil is a little weak. And my obeisances to all the assembled Vaishnavas from all over South India and beyond. So today here we are at the second Guru Ajna event.

It was very nice to hear from both the leaders from His Grace Shankadari Prabhu as well as His Grace Balram Govinda Prabhu who have been instrumental in organizing this big event. An event of this magnitude cannot be done by anybody and everybody. However big a congregation leader we may be. It is something that only kings and devotee kings can do.

Only Raja Rishis can do.

And many of us have traveled from every nook and corner of South India. So we hail from different language. Thank you to all of you to.

Dedicate two full days in the Rendanar in the program.

And above all we also have so many who have traveled from around the world including many from the Safari group. Many Srila Prabhupada disciples are here with us today. Over and above all this, the most difficult travel is that of our dear Guru Maharaj. His hol Naja Pataka Swami Maharaj. So as his death Balram go in, the Prabhu said, generally we have to go seeking blessings of Guru Maharaj. But Guru Maharaj comes to us to try and give us blessings and Guru Agna, let us not think Guru Maharaj is here because there are 4,000 registered people. Once, close to 20 years ago, when Guru Maharaj was in Dubai with me, his servant was organizing a trip to Europe. But he was constantly looking at a stop for just a few hours in Vienna, Austria.

It was just a two hour stop. And I was wondering why Guru Maharaj is going via Vienna. When I inquired, Guru Maharaj said, I have one single mother devotee lady in Vienna. She has no money to travel to Mayapur to see me. So I thought I want to visit her. And so today we are fortunate to have the personal presence of our Guru Maharaj here with us. Guru Maharaj has given us all various instructions directly through Vani and Vapu. While taking initiation, he has also asked us, will you help me in serving Srila Prabhupada's mission? So today Guru Maharaj has come to give us a full revision lesson of what we have to do in service of Guru and Srila Prabhupada and Kauranga. So talking about Guru Agna just for a few minutes, Matasara, one who follows the instructions of the spiritual master is truly executing the will of the supreme. Every day we sing the Guru Puja. My only wish is to purify my consciousness by the words emanating from his lotus mouth. And in the Bhagavad Gita Krishna says, inquire submissively and render service. The self realized souls can impart knowledge unto you because they have seen the truth. So hearing the instructions of the Guru is very important. Srila Prabhupada used to often say, to hear means to obey. Many times in a jovial way I say in Hindi, iskan se uskan.

We should not hear from one year and leave it out another year.

We should obey the instructions and follow instructions. And that's where we are here today to take a resolve that whatever Guru Maharaj is going to give us, we hear, we contemplate and we work on it almost instantly go out with a plan of action. What is the importance of Guru's instructions.

So as we talk of Guru Maharaj instructions, I think as Balaram Govinda Prabhu also indicated to us, Guru Maharaj's sloth today was meant to be for one hour in the morning. But this morning I got the message with Mahavara coming in a worried way. He said, Guru Maharaj wants one and a half hour slot. So make sure that nobody has to move out of the place. All of you have your notebooks, your notes in your mobiles to take all the instructions. Keep your ears and eyes wide open. So Gurmaraj will be here between 15 to 20 minutes. So it gives me that time. So Srimad Bhagavatam says one should know that Guru is non different from me. The spiritual master represents all the demigods. So why following Guru Maharaj instructions is very crucial for all of us. Number one, as we said, they are non different from Krishna's will. They are the direct pathway to Krishna. Ignoring them means ignoring our spiritual life. And executing them brings unlimited mercy in the next two days. I will talk about that later. But Guru Maharaj, for many years now, of course all through, but for many years now is constantly thinking about what are Srila Prabhupada's instructions to him. And Guru Maharaj has formed 36 secretariats to be able to fulfill the instructions of Srila Prabhupada to Guru Maharaj. So we will have a presentation on all of those 36. And all of you can get inspired to see which ones you can lend your hand to. We may think having desires is not the right thing. We have to give up desires. But Guru Maharaj has 64 desires.

Are 64 desires he has.

And a few of those desires will also be spoken about in the Guruagya forum by various devotees. And our Guru Maharaj is only Japadak Swam. Maharaj followed and continues to follow a very important instruction of Srila Prabhupada without deviation.

Mayapur development, global outreach, congregational preaching and more.

So Guru Maharaj has a plan to spread this Krishna consciousness through congregational preaching and to the entire house, every nook.

And corner, every house and village in the congregation.

He is focused on thinking about Navadvip Dhama Navdeep Mandal, Parikrama, about expansion of Sridhar Mayapur, about Gaura Mandala Bhuni, all the places that Lord Chaitan Mahaprabhu has touched in the Gaura Mandala Bhumi. And that action continues on a constant basis every day. Temple of Vedic Planetarium in Sridhar Mayapur and the exhibitions connected with the temple of Vedic Planetarium is always on his thoughts.

Devotee Care is constantly thinking about how every single disciple of his will be in a right position of devotional service connected to the right Bhakti Vrikshas or mentors and they'll be able to serve the instructions of Guru Maharaj. In following Srila Prabhupada's instructions, Guru Maharaj is constantly thinking of something very unique in the current situation that he will touch upon also today. How to create a million gurus to serve the billions of populations. We all have a role in this to play. Just to quickly summarize a few of the points that I mentioned. One is from the instructions we think of how it will help us in our personal transformation. That is, we become serious rich chanting in our Sadhana, humility and devotional service as we become devotees, as we have taken initiation. There's no point in being humble to say, prabhu, you are a good preacher. I can't preach.

If you are a devotee of Krishna, of Iskcon, disciple of Guru Maharaj, you have to take that responsibility to preach. So engage in the Bhakti Ruksha Temple Seva youth outreach, digital preaching. Use all the innovative methods. And what an innovation Guru Maharaj has given by this Damodar outreach program. It's touching the whole world.

All layers of population should be touched. Children, youth, all the varnas, Brahmacharya, Vanaprastha, grastas, professionals, businessmen. We have all of you assembled here from all strata. Men, women, preachers of all categories and reaching out to everybody. So implementing Guru Agna in our daily lives. Just want to make a few points and then I want to finish with a prayer that we all want to take in serving Guru Maharaj. And the first is in these two days, 48 hours, we are going to have back to back sessions starting from Guru Maharaj practically. And then every other senior devotee is going to come up and speak to you on various instructions and various things we can do in our life.

I think you all can have a very good view of Guru Maharaj without any commotion. Let's sit and view and hear. Just stay put here. Don't move anywhere out. Mingle with leaders. Go and meet every one of them. Ask them. Just don't take selfies. Ask them for what seva you can do for Guru Maharaj. Surrender to Guru's will and let's become puppets in the hands of our Guru Maharaj. Remember, the mission of Guru Maharaj.

So I was thinking Guru Mahaj will become very happy that I have organized to bring Australian devotees so he will not have to travel anymore. But Guru Maharaj kept silent for few moments. Then he said, yes, that is good. But I want to travel now. So anyway, this is very Good arrangement that thousands of devotees from all over South India they have come to meet to take darshan of Guru Maharaj. So we should take advantage of Guru Mahj association for today and tomorrow. It will be very nice if once a year, every year we arrange somewhere in South India this kind of gathering. Once a year. Maybe next year we can do something like this in Tirupati.

So they are the A class disciples. It has been stated Guru Atma at one point disciples Guru become one. So whatever happens to Guru, disciple understand what happens to disciple. Guru also understand. So there are many, many pastimes and instances about the intimate relationship between Guru and disciple. So thus the Guru has a very important role to play in the life of the disciples simply by pleasing spiritual master, we will be blessed.

You look very healthy. Then disciple said, I am not going house to house to beg any man anymore. I just go anywhere. They're giving Bhandara free food. I just eat there.

Did they tell you to go to Bhandara free prasad disturbs and eat that? Did they tell you that I will not do that? After some time again Gurudev saw I am not begging anymore. I'm not going to Bhandara. I just go house to house, get little milk. I drink that and survive. Why are you drinking milk? That is meant for cough. Did they tell you to drink milk like this? Whatever he was doing, Gurudev Singh, did I tell you to do this? So what to do? What to eat? One day it happened. The disciple went and never came back. Told Gurudev, hey, please go find out what happened to disciple. He's not coming back. It's late night. Please search for him. Then Gurudev went on searching for the disciple calling his name, where are you? Where are you? Then the disciple responded, Gurudev, I am here, I am here. Then Gurudev followed the sound and released. That disciple has fallen into a ditch inside a ditch. Then Gurudev asked, what happened to you? How did you fall into the ditch? I cannot see. So this is the Vedic process that we get mercy of Guru by pleasing Guru. Actually we have two kinds of gurus. The living entities have never seen in.

My two gurus, one Sikhsha Guru, one Diksha Guru. So this role of Sikhsha Guru is very heavy role. It's not ordinary role that anybody can become Sikh Guru of anyone. So before we accept somebody's Sikha guru though it is not clearly defined in our ISKCON society we have to be very very careful to accept somebody as our Sikhsha Guru. Same thing with the Diksha Guru also. Diksha Guru means. Diksha means one who gives the transcendental knowledge. That means when you get Diksha Mantra the transcendence render knowledge should manifest within our heart. That was what happening in the ancient days. The spiritual masters will give mantra by that power the things will be revealed to disciples.

If we are really really sincere disciples, all the spiritual, all the spiritual knowledge will manifest within our heart. As we are not that kind of elevated disciples. We have to read scriptures to get this spiritual knowledge. So that's why before taking secure Dikya, before accepting setting up saying one must scrutinize very nicely their qualification of. So we have hundreds thousands of of gurus are there. But they are all knuckle gurus. They are not qualified gurus. There are cheap gurus. Guru should be somebody who is capable of offering us under the lotus feet of Gobinda Guru. By accepting cheap guru we can't attend the lotus feet of Govinda. Who is Guru Acharya? He is Sabda Brahmanistha and Param Brahmanistha. Then all his senses are controlled. He can become guru and Acharya. So we should be very very careful accepting spiritual master. Because there are many many spiritual master. They don't give any teachings. No Bhagavad Katha, no rules, regulations. And many of us we follow those kind of gu. He was talking about these cheap gurus. If we accept cheap guru then what will happen to us? So Maharaj was traveling in Bihar in summer season by a bus. So one man, he was selling pam leaf hand fans. The cap came into the bus. Who will take fan? Who will take fan? One man called that fan. How this fan cost how much? I have one rupee fan. I have five rupees fan. The man thought why spend five rupees if one rupee fan is available. He bought one rupee fan and fanning himself like this. Then fanwala had gone down. So for this man who bought the fan after doing few times all palm leaves fall on the ground. This man called the fan come here. Come here. Then when he came he said what fan you gave me. After few times all palm lips fell down. Then that Panwala, very peaceful, peacefully he picked up all the palm lips. Then he hold in his hand like this. Then he said my dear, he said Mr. G. Mr. You bought a fan for one rupee cheap pen.

But.

If you do fanning like this, so you don't know how to use this. Then if you get cheap fan, you should hold fan like this, make a face like this. Then get some. So we Indians, we have to be very very careful. It's big problem in our whole country. Big problem. We have cheap pagman and cheap gurus. And we are behind those people. And if we accept the cheap gurus then we have to get Hawa making a face like this. In India we have no lack of gurus. No lack of Bhagavan also. You see all other religion have one guru God Musalman. One God Christian, one God. But Hindus, how many gods? How many? Only 33 crores. Hindus are so fond of gods that 33 million gods are not sufficient. They're making more new gods. More new gods. Prabhupada said in India, Bangladesh. In India and Bangladesh we have factories of Gods. They're making so many gods. But Prabhupada taught us who is real Bhagawan. Can you tell who is the real Bhagawan? What is his name?

This is illusion, Maharaj. The wives are controlling everything.

You tell that in your language countries. I go, I give this class to congregation. I say you are all Ishara. You are controlling your wife. Then they say like this. Whatever it is, at least your Mini is or Prabhupada gave that designation to us. Who are Mini? Then who are the real controller? Who are the real controller? They are really controlling something. But all these is controllers have one is controller above them. So one who controls all Ishwara. Who is what do you call him?

Parameshwara.

Ask them what is that Parameshwar. But between Ishwara Parameswara there is another Ishwara. Who is that? Huh? That is Maheshwara. So how many Swaras we have now Then above them is Parameshwara.

Other Kamala Parameshwara.

So who is that? Parameshwar?

Who is that Parameshwar and the Parameshwara.

So according to Ramu is not Parameshwara. Yes or no? Yes. Narayan is not. So they're all Parameswara. So what is unique position of Krishna has mentioned? The unique position of Krishna is his who will give knowledge, information, such a solid and unalloyed ultimate knowledge to us unless we take shelter. Bona fide spiritual master who comes in Parampara. So from today we should understand. The designation of Krishna is Swayang Bhagavan. And his designation is Paratpara Parameswar.

Krishna, our Swayam Bhagawan our paradise.

So this kind of honor light knowledge about the absolute truth is given only in Brahma Madhya Goda Sampradaya Guru Parampara.
