Lava-Mātra: A Moment with Jayapatākā Swami: HG Bhagavān Govinda Dāsa & HG Śubhāṅgi Rādhikā Devī Dāsī

My name is Bhawan Govindas Hare Krishna Tool.

I am Shubangi Radhika Devidasi.

I am from Dubai. We both from Dubai. Gaurangadesh Yatra and I came to Ka consciousness through his grace Sangadari Prabhu from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, the temple president. By his mercy I came to Krishna's yesness and met our Guru Maharaj the first time in the city called Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. And Prabhu has arranged to attend Jagannath Radayatra at Coimbatore. So I also joined with Prabhu and went for for attending Jagannath Radhayatra. So a day before Radayatra there was a lecture by our Guru Maharaj in one of the house where there was a temple at that time. So Guru Maharaj was giving a lecture on Bhagavad Gita Chapter two, body and soul. So at that time I was very very neophyte. Now also I am neophyte. But Guru Maharaj said that I will give a class to you, to everyone. And at the end of that class lecture I will ask question. I will give you a gift, a reward to you. The class was going on that the end. Guru Maharaj ask question about the body and soul. What you understand from the subject matter. Today's lecture many devotees given many answers for his question. I remember Maharaj Guru Maharaj asked me for what is the difference between soul and body? A simple question. By his mercy I give some answer to Guru Maharaj say immediately he took one balsa sweet and thrown to me. This is gift. So that gift I got it in the year 1992 from his godliness Jayapa Saimay got the Mahaprashadam first time as a new devotee. How he is inspiring a new. Maybe my answer may not be correct at that time. So he checked that positive and to bring the devotees in the Ka Consciousness he did that. That's what I believe. So by his mercy I got a chance. And we are continuing in Guru Maharaj's mission to serve whatever the capabilities we are doing now we are in Dubai Gaurangadesh Yatra. So Guru Maharaj many times he used to come to Gaurangadesh that is Damodadesh, Gaurangadesh all. So we had a good association by all the Sevak Yatra Sevak of Jaypras Ray Maharaj. We are getting services and association. Because we are not able to get association. People may think Guru Maharaj is there. How I can get Association? No. Gurma Maharaj is associating with devotees whenever, wherever, there and not the limited time he want to spend with his devotees and disciples. And also to take care of the disciples. So like that Guru Maharaj is very merciful. And not only merciful, he is in a. That is in a smiling way. And with Hashiya he used to tell instruction to the devotees. We had a chance to meet Guru Maharaj in Damodar Deshaur Gadesh, I.e. shamu Desh, Yatra Sharjah. So at that time she got married in the year 1998. After 99 she came and we had a good association with Tatra Shivak, His Grace Shyamari Das Prabhu and Kladi Biha Madha Sundari Mada Ji. They take care on behalf of Guru Maharaj and they give many, many lectures and all the Bhakti Vriksha. Because Maharaj, Guru Maharaj wants Bhakti Vriksha. So she landed there in Dubai the next day onwards she given instruction and take care.

Actually this time I want to share my realization with you all. So it was nice experience and wonderful realizations. I got through all the disciples of Guru Bharaj. I was very much inspired through their wonderful service. Even though I started my journey, Krishna conscious journey in Madurai, I came or I belonged to the orthodox family. The worship was totally different. Even though we belong to a religious family, the belief, the worship, everything was totally different. But my Prabhu was in Iskcon before my marriage. So after my marriage he instructed and he told me several things. The philosophy on all. So my mind is not accepted that one immediately I ask lot of questions. I have many doubts in that. So I usually ask lot of questions to Prabhu. Why? How? How can we accept that? What is. How can you refer something else like that? I lost lot of questions. So after marriage we came to Dubai and because of his job we were in Dubai and we are still in Dubai now. So Prabhu actually introduced. We started in Madurai with the Sangadari Prabhu as Prabhu told. And when he came to Dubai with the same mindset with the questions, with the doubts. So Prabhu introduced another set of the wonderful Seva that is Guru Maharaj Seva that is Kladipikamataji and Shyamahari Prabhu in Dubai. So he just actually directed me to attend the Bhakti Vriksha actually conducted by those devotees. So I just joined with them every day I'll go with them for Bhagavad Gita class. And I lost lot of questions. And I was very much inspired by their service, their service attitude. They are so humble. And even in Madurai, Sangatari Prabhu, I don't know many of them heard about them. They were basically well educated. And Prabhu was a scientist. He was working in isro. And Madhaji is also well educated. He was very much inspired. Because in that time I was thinking that those who are knowledgeable, they will actually. Their mindset is actually how to earn money, how to develop materially. But these people, they renounced everything. And they are living a very simple life. And they are actually doing wonderful service to the public. So that actually inspired me a lot. And by their activities I am wondering that okay, these people, even though they actually studied a lot and they are very much wealthiest people and powerful people, but they are not actually caring about their material opulence. They are fully focusing on their devotional.

Service by the instruction of Guru Maharaj. Guru Maharaj said that you go and preach Madurai. Both of you go and preach. So from that onwards we are getting association with Madurai temple.

Also through their disciples attitude. I want to actually see the Guru Maharaj. My inspiration was through their disciples. By their attitude. Then yeah, we need not to say Guru Maharaj qualities are unlimited. Later I came to know still I am actually wondering how he is doing this much of services.

Uncomfortable whatever he is doing and not eligible to glorify his holiness. By glorifying his holiness, we are getting pure purity. So at that time she came in 1998.

So there was Guru Mahaj visited our place. Even though actually we are not sure whether we will get the opportunity to see Guru Maharaj in our place. Because generally the disciples, only those who are very higher in service or those who are very close, they will get the opportunity to associate with Guru Maharaj. But we have just started.

There is personal opportunity to come to the house and associate with Ya.

The visitation was actually the. Even though the Yatra leader, the senior Sevak, they told that Guru Maharaj will visit your place. But we are not sure because we are getting other types of calls. Also Guru Maharaj is so tired, he doesn't have time. So he may not come to your home. You please move to other place. You can actually join with us also.

Like that morning 9 o'. Clock. Starting from 9 o' clock to evening, 5, 6, 7, 9. And they said Guru Maharaj cannot able to come to your house. Please come and visit here and have the Darshan of the Guru Maharaj that Samadhi prabhu he said no Guru Maharaj will come to your house. You come to your house. Please be patient. Please be patient. Then around 10 o', clock, 10, 1030 Night Guru Maharaj suddenly came to our house.

And we got the nice blessings from Guru Maharaj. And he asked us personally about our opinions and about our material.

What are you doing?

Yeah. So we are very much inspired the personal care. Even though we were not in that position. We were just actually started our ka conscious life. But he personally care each and every person. He advised us and he gave lot of instructions. It was very nice.

And we had chance to serve Guruma through Madhuri temple one time. So she and another saw Godbrother God sister prepared for Guru Maharajpu and offer temple precedents. He arranged that one. So at the end of the lunch prasad. Guru Maharaj generally used to ask who prepared these rod dishes and something like that. So he elaborately get discussed and he want to go for rest. Still he wants to meet us, wants to meet us. So we both family we went there and meet Guru Maharaj got the blessings. And Guru Maharaj is telling that okay sweet. Do you know how to prepare sweet? Then I said we can prepare pongal, the sweet rice, these type of things outside. Then Guruma said Sundays can you prepare sundaes? Yes Maharaj. But I don't know menu how to prepare. Then Guru Maharaj he got peas. He told.

He told the recipe.

You know that Sundays cheese. You know cheese. Take some cheese and apricot the fruit cut into pieces and put some sweet sugar. And mix this one very nicely. Like. Like it will come like a ball. So make it and keep it in the fridge. And next day you can soak. This is the method even for small things. He is giving that much care and instruction to the disabled. Then I tried for that in Madhuri. But that type of things are available or not. Then finally I couldn't able to offer that. Because Guru Mahodraj flying to other district. Now next day and heavy rain was there. I couldn't able to offer that one. Then from that day onwards I thought in my eye how to each and every Vyasa Puja I need to offer Sundays for Guru Maharaj. So I am following that one. This instruction by you. I am following that whatever it may be. But I used to give that offer Sundays to Guru Maharaj.

And other thing is. Even though many difficulties, Guru Maharaj is following the instruction of Srila Prabhupada in His life very nicely. So that is one thing. It's really actually in my mind. It attacked in my mind. So I am still thinking that whatever the difficulties may be, I am just actually begging his mercy to continue my devotional service throughout my life with his blessings and mercy. So thank you all.

Even during his visit last every year he used to visit and demodesh and all. I had a chance with other devotees personally serving during night time for the personal servant. They allowed us service of myself and other devotees. So around night time, maybe 12 o', clock, 1 o'. Clock. So we were open. We have to he is taking care of us. But we are not taking care of us. We would take some care of Guru Maharaj. Like that. That is the instruction. So at that time also he started taking with a clicker. We thought he is already sleeping. We should not disturb on that. But sound is coming with a clicker. That is, Guru Maharaj is not in a mind to complete the chanting. That is how his notice all these things. Instruction. These are all at the time you have to finish your chanting as instructed by him. That is first thing. So Guru Maharaj by seeing him by this situation also. But for him it is not a disability. He is transcendental. He is transcendental. Nothing will do anything affect our Guru Maharaj. But Bharas we don't have the eyes to see Guru Maharaj magnanimity. So we cannot able to. But he is giving instruction to even this. You have to follow him to be here. And even last visit Mahagur Maharaj. Early morning Ekadisi day. He is reading the Mahatmya Ehadasi Mahatmya. And he is asking. I had a chance by his mercy to read loudly to Guru Maharaj. He was in the bed and. And Guru Maharaj saying that read. Then I read that Mahatmya. So that is Ekadasi day. Everyone the disciples should read the Mahatma Yaga Desma. That is the instruction. These are all by his activity, His Acharya. One should not be an Acharya without following that one. So he is showing that one to all the disciples. You have to Achaar then Prachar then will be effective. So he is doing everything by his personal activities to all the devotees. So that is very inspired. Very, very inspired. Guru Maharaj. By his mercy, whatever we are doing is very magnanimous. Even just I would like to tell one of his Godbrothers. His Holiness Bhakti Bringer. Going to Swami Maharaj one of his lecture. He told Guru Maharaj. Yes, thank you. Maharaj. Guru Maharaj how he is very much humble. So Guru Maharaj is how much very humble. His Godbrother himself is glorifying to our Guru Maharaj. Where it is? We just completed the Parikrama South Indian Guru. So the place called Gaura Khada, Gaura Daha. In that place Guru Maharaj and Bibi Godini Swami Christologists also was there at that time maybe many years before. So Maharaj was that place having huge chanting at that time. This big Ghardaal. He only handled that much big hartal and chanting Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna. Then everybody rotting here and there. Suddenly Guru Maharaj disappeared from the crowd. Then Maharaj his Holiness Bibi go in the Swaim Maharaj Bhakti Bhuju go to Swaim Maharaj. He was telling that I was searching for Jayapanaswam. Where is it? Where is it? Finally he saw that Guru Maharaj is rolling on the ground and take the dust of all the Vaishnavas. And he is telling to Bibi Gonda Swami Maharaj Holiness getting the blessings the dust of the Vaishnavas Sai will get purified. So that much magnanimous and very humbleness from the glorious mouth of his Godbrother was telling that we cannot.

Express in words.

He is unlimited. Unlimited. Unlimited. Unlimited. So by his mercy, all the devotees are getting Srila Prabhas blessings. Prabhupada blessings. And by his instruction, distribution of Srila Prabhupada books. Today also Maharaj Guru Maharaj said that Chaijanya Chadamrinda we have to distribute. And we have a melon for distributing the Chaitanya Chaidamyana. So Guru Maharaj, there is no limit to glorifying his activities and how he is taking care of the devotees. Many, many departments under his JPS media and office. Many in one of them is take care, devotee care. So many things happen. All of is not so that's what our humble.

Could you tell us how was the interview for initiation and the initiation itself? If you remember also the date, you can tell.

Yeah. So actually we heard from our senior members about this initiation process. And suddenly in our mind we are thinking that okay, Mayapur is the capital and it is very auspicious to take initiation in the Dham. But we never ever visited Mayapur before that. And this initiation itself is such a like great thing. It is very actually one who is very auspicious. Because whatever in my Mindset I am just sharing with you all. So that initiation itself is because we are not qualified enough to take initiation from Guru Maharaj. He was such a transcendental person. And by seeing the other disciples, as I told you all, we are not actually qualified enough. We haven't done any type of services that type. But our expectation is so much high that we want to actually take our initiation in Mayapur. And by the mercy of Guru Maharaj, the desire was fulfilled by his mercy and we got the opportunity to cover in session in Mayapur. And the qualifications. Yeah, whatever is mentioned by his, the inspiration by the disciples we just followed. And it's not a difficult process at all. And as mentioned in the scripture and since our Acharyas are following and we are really enjoying and continuing our devotional service by the mercy of grace at that initiation and continuing or following his instructions, we are actually we are very much pleased and self satisfied. And we are peaceful also in our day to day activities.

In the year 2004 we got initiation from our Guru Maharaj and here only Hori Dham during that Panchayatva deity in Saracen time and first time I'm also to Mayapuram see also. So I came early 15, 20 days before I attended 2004 parikrama with the international group. So after that we got the initiation from Mr. Swaim Maharaj and this process and all we come from. First we took shelter under our Guru Maharaj. Then after taking center three to four years we got the examination and all we they have conducted. So we returned the examination for initiation paper and based on that the qualification selected and finally Guru Maharaj given for the following the four regulatory principles. The main Guru Maharaj was telling that and chanting 16 long sexy mala and we are not eligible to support Guru Maharaj. But he will ask do you support me to Srila Prabhupada mission? So in the initial day he asked where you are preaching and how he will do. Then I said that I am preaching for the labor camp. So labor camp Gurumaj said preaching for the labor camp? Yes Maharaj, I am doing that one. So still I am continuing for the labor camp preaching. So labor camp is about 15 to 20 devotees are attending. So we had regular Bhagavad Gita classes and also Damodar Aarti and Maharaj is inspiring. So we go to the labor camp and do some service also and house to house also and Bhakti Viksha program we are conducting in our house for the families also. And from your side she is taking.

Children Class ladies classes for all the Matahis. So every day we have a regular class, Bhagavad Gita class and Bahavdam session. We are regularly reading and with the Madajis we are actually doing chanting session also Jabba session is there and children class. Through children class we are actually having Sloka competitions. We are conducting lot of cultural programs and in our Yatra also we are having cultural programs from the scriptures. We are doing lot of. And during the festivals we are conducting cultural programs, quiz activities like that.

So and as a servant of Guru Maharaj and we are serving all together and our family in Gaurangadesh Yatra. It's a part of Damagladesh Yatra in Dubai and I am serving in book distribution and also for outreach committee. So with that we are doing some services to Guru Maharaj and distributing the books. We have a team of members distributing Sinman Bahavad Gida Bahava Mandal. So by his mercy last two years a full set of SIMD Bahavadam about 30 to 40 sets. From there we book there and distribute in India door delivery. So by his mercy as a cooperatively with all other members, we are serving whatever our capacity to please Guru Maharaj. So this is our service. Please pray for us and thank you very much for giving chants.

How was the second initiation? Yes, yes, second initiation, the exam, the interview, everything.

Can you tell?

Yes, Madame.

The second incision was really the unforgettable event Mataji because that was a Corona period. And we got the opportunity to attend the interview through online. And it was such a nice experience that Prabhu also some personal questions, philosophical questions and our application part. And yeah, it was such nice. And through the interview we understood that how much importance or what is my role in the Ka Conscious life. Because through the first initiation we came to know the importance of Hari Nama about our devotional services and how we have to mold our life that thing. And through the second initiation interview itself we understood that how much significance this initiation is. So how we have to actually change, how we have to actually change our activities or how we have to devote ourselves more in Ka Consciousness. That is the main realization from second thing. And the second incision also fortunately, by the mercy of Guru and Krishna we have taken in Mayapur in 20202020 Gaura Purnimadi both in Gaurana Purimadi. The first incision and second initiation.

And that interview was done from JPS office. And first time both we attended interview. But unfortunately I had not been selected. She was right through so then after that she was feeling that okay, I will wait both together. Guru Maharaj wants to take together. So I will wait like that. Then after six months after that one then again second interview was happening for me also. And both of us completed Bhakti Shastri course. So Guru Maharaj given that blessings to get initiation. Second initiation from Sridharmayaputa. And actually my thing is Brahmanic initiation. Why I took from my side. Actually knowingly or unknowingly, I got a sale Ram Sila from some devotees. So many of the devotees said that you should not worship Saligrama sila. So you must have the Brahmanica Indian sin. Then only do you do then? Actually sometimes I was very worrying. Very much worrying about I have the sale I gramsala why I should not do.

But he was very much attached with worshipping sale grams. He doesn't want to give up. So I kept the devotees until we visited our place. Said that the qualification is important. Without having the qualification we should not pursue. But he doesn't want to give up the Salikram sila. So for that he has to take brahmanical education.

Then that is what my humble request to my Guru Maharaj. So I got it then from that. And also you have to develop the satirical knowledge to preach. Not only by this one, but we need to be strong in the philosophy. So by getting the Brahminic initiation, we have improved further Lassavikri and preach Brahminically we can how we have to do service. Even we can contact for the Yengya and all and whatever deity installations and other important festival for Abhishek and all. We got the chance to help the Yatna for doing the daily signals. That is our service after getting the Brahmanic initiation. Yeah.

What was the first impression when you came to Mayapur and you saw Guru Maharaj here in Mayapur.

First time. That's what come to the Mayapur first time is 2004. After that may we got many times. And first time Guru Maharaj we saw that. As I said, by encouraging people with his Kartal and chanting the holy name of the Lord and continuously even he walked along with all the devotees. All the days, all the days. And one of the place. I forget, I don't know the exact place that place where Guru Maharaj came. It's like completely a sunshine, fully not cloudy also. But suddenly that bridge Guru Maharaj crossover there was a dizzying rain so that I had experienced at that time. People said too many things. But Kurumaraj Happened. And also to how to the devotees he says all them Even he used to ask any translation is required all the time. Because each and everyone has to should not be barrier. Language should not be barrier. So he immediately he will ask, you know, Bengali, Tamil, Andhra, whatever Darshiya. He also used to say like French and all. So that much can not like I can give lecture and anybody can. But. But still it is going on and people are following that one. Even our South Indian Parikrama now we had from four, five languages. Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada. These are then properly the disciple of Swarminga Jaipal Maharaj. Well, because following the footsteps of Guru Maharaj how it should be then there is a FM scientific utility is the principle. So FM mode and all English, Tamil and all this one. And speakers speak in English sometime or English or Tamil. So these are all the glories everyone needs to get that things. And also yeah, Maharaj is having much affection on these local Bangalore. Very inspiring. We are not to that level. Even the people from Bengal, Bangladesh they see all they like. Just they want to they give their life that much affection. Guru Maharaj he was there from the beginning. He knows very well. And Maharaj knows Bengali very well. And he is speaking in Bengal also. And he is translating Bhagaraj. Guru Maharaj is selling in Bengali and he is translating English. Sometimes he is correct in this is the word you have to use for the Bangladesh. So that much can Guru Maharaj first time when saw his glorification that affection the people all the devotees are having with our Guru Maharaj is really amazing. Still now also each and every day the disciples are increasing like anything. And by serving Guru Maharaj very strong. Even whatever the part of now it is going even to by his blessings His Holiness Bhakti Purushav Sway Maharaj he is doing there in remote place to the tribals. So his vision is like that Glory of the Holy name and Srila Prabhupada go to even all the places not only in the town Nagaragramadari name. So it has to distribute. So his disciples and everyone is doing service by his instruction. And he is not asleep at all. He is always thinking about what to do, what to do, how to improve this Mayapur Dham. We are real. 2004 at that time I came here how the Mayapuram now how the Mayapur?

We noticed a lot of changes.

So this is by his mercy, by his hard working, by his tireless. Whatever the situation service and still Maharaj. Guru Maharaj is saying that I want to this is 200 2025. The top has to be human. So this all will happen. He came from the God of Abrindavan. He is direct servant of Srimadi Madharani. Empowered. Empowered by heart Sri Krishna himself. That's what this much glorification is going on. Devotees are surrendering unto his lotus feet. Lotus feet and whatever eligibility. We don't have the eligibility but he is giving the mercy. O you do this did that by thinking his name only we can surrender. It's a bitterly flagged. So now ISKCON is victory flagged. So all his mercy. All his mercy. All his mercy.

Mataj, you experience to see Guru Maharaj first time in Mayapur?

Yeah. The transcendental experience, the emotions, the ecstasy, the atmosphere. It was totally different realization for me because I didn't actually see usually the people the gentle mass will glorify the VIPs like politicians and all. So here such an emotional ecstatic experience. I realized when my first visit in Mayapur he was such a glorious person. So through their devotion, through their surrendering mood, I was really actually looking everybody differently. These people are actually that much. Actually they are glorifying Guru Maharaj. As I told that I don't have that much close association at that time. But by seeing other people, by seeing his transcendental mood and the devotional. Anyway, the personal care taken by him and the questions he asked asked during our initiation, could he actually help me in my service to Srila Prabhupada? So it really inspired me a lot. And actually calling him as a spiritual monster. Instead of calling him as a spiritual monster, I considering him as my spiritual father. Because through him I got the opportunity. He has given me as second birth, the wonderful life to me. So I'm very much indebted to him.

How are the Vyasa Puja impressions in your heart when you was here in 2004 other years with Guru Maharaj, how you experienced?

Usually in Vyasa Puja time, we will be there in our place only. So I think one or two times.

Before Corona 1 Vyasa Huza was there. At that time, we were there here and we had even during that time also Maharaj was very, very, very, very busy. And he get allotted time for the disciples to see in the Lotus building. That time he given the chance to meet him personally and said that one word Gauranga. That scenes were telling the name of Gauranga. And not only the disciple, he is taking care. At that time I had a chance by one of the Vaishnava to serve all the sannyasis. Because Guru Maharaj is giving feast to all the sannyasis and Lora Purnuma day evening. I think so I had a chance at that time. So we are thinking that even by seeing him even Guru Maharaj is not able to come and contact with the sannyasi and all in his wheelchair itself in the rooftop. And he is coming and seeing individual sannyasis and asking come and serve this. Come and serve this. Come and serve. I personally see that I also get service to all the sannyasis and all I got service. I did that one. I am personally seeing that one. So it's not for the disciples only by all the godbrothers disciple of Srila Prabhupada. And still he is taking care of that one. And sannyasih care also is that Yesterday I saw one vehicle Sanyasi Khair while doing the parikramana vehicle is going Sanyasi Khya that I am seeing the first time not that daring. So Guru Maharaj thinking is not only for the disciples. All the God brothers Sanyasi is there. So Sannyasi team is separately the people are maintaining by his holiness. So that is very inspiring how he is doing. And his vision is very broad. Very broad. Not only one limited field. Many book distribution devotee care all the temple construction and visit to each and every places all over the world. Maybe three or four times per year. All over the flying here and there. Despite of his bodily and comfort and giving Darshan. Even Indam Moses come at 12 o' clock night flight come and he has to supposed to go to take rest. And servants are telling Guru Maharaj this is the time you come Guru Maharaj immediately come to the wheelchair and sit that one and call all the devotees selling Torah Prahavad given to Prasad Bhagavad Prasad. So he want to give all the power Bhagavad Prasad. And also then he said he don't want to take rest even 12 o' clock 12:30 also he is distributing. He wants to see all the devotees. They are waiting for me. Then according to his instinct only he can go to the bed. Not any. He is having his own and giving blessings. Unlimited blessings. Mahavata Nii his associate of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. We are very fortunate. All are very fortunate to have him blessed spiritual father. And we have to serve with care and sincere too. Our Guru Maharaj. That is our humble request. Please pray for us to serve Guru Maharaj in a humble way.

Any any instructions From Guru Maharaj specifically for both of you instructions.

We didn't get any personal instructions.

That's what this time also we said we we had a chance to get.

But this is not a simply following his Swani Mataji. Whatever the instructions. Even though if we have some doubt in our service also by hearing his Vani we will get the correct exact answer for our questions. So we didn't get a chance to ask any personal questions till this time.

And we had a humble request. Guru Maharaj we are I'm also in the retainment stage. I'm reaching. So how I can planning to check with Guru Maharaj and when that's what if we have a time then chance then I can we can. Anyhow this is not the right time to ask. So definitely Guru Maharaj will give chance and instruct us where we have to continue our service.

How you see Guru Maharaj following destructions of his his Guru Maharaj Srila Prabhupada.

For the material benefits we have to actually worship go to the temple and worship the Lord. That was my understanding. But after I came to Ka consciousness by the mercy of Srila Prabhupada and by the mercy of Guru Maharaj, we actually came to we got the opportunity to read the scriptures and we can understand the instructions of the Lord according to our ability and we have understand what is real devotion means. Devotion means it's not a business that the real love and affection we have to develop and we have to actually Rejuvenate our relationship with the Lord. So it's really making a lot of difference. And the purpose of life is clearly mentioned in the scriptures. And we understood that. I understood that the purpose of life because before I came to Krishna Consciousness we thought that simply developing our material knowledge, material opulence, the surroundings and maintaining our body, maintaining the material relationships designations are more important in the society. But after I came to Ka Consciousness us which one is important, what we should be focused on and what should be our life to be.

And I have to go to the foreign countries and using my studies and getting lot of material benefit. And all these are all the mood. Not exactly. Who is Lord Sri Krishna and what scripture says. And how the bhakti we have to do to Lord Sri Krishna. And all these are all we don't as a prototype. What my father she followed. Then we used to follow that one. Ishtar Deva and Guru Deva these type of things we follow that one. But after coming to the Ka Consciousness through my Siksha Guru Madurai temple reside. He only given a chance to know about that what is Ka Consciousness, what is the movement or who is guru. All these things. By his preaching and by seeing him even it's an example. He is highly qualified. At that time I doing my engineering. So he already completed the engineering. Where his college? Same college. I was doing that at the time. So he completed his position and he next to my house is near to next to next neighborhood. Then while I am studying and at that time he used to watch and sit what he was like that I explained to him. Then this all happened through devotee. And one fine morning he come with Sikha and all save and Lord, I dedicated my life to my Guru Maharaj. I am going to Sarvapadhara. So that changed my decision. So something is there to know about the spiritual things. Who is God, who is the supreme, what scripture says? So I started attending the Bhagavad Gita classes in the temple. It is not big temple. It is only a small house, ground floor and floors. In that one he started the preaching and I attended that preaching. So from that true devotees. Through devotees only we can come into the Ka Consciousness through devotees. So from that only then we understand that yes, there are 33,000 crores of demigods are there. What we have to do without understanding the purpose of our life.

Last December three days we had Keertan Mama by his grace Srivilla Prabhuvan family. And he also following that one collect the people, distribute books. And even though the people coming from Dubai, from India. We are not much preaching to the country people. Only even for our Indians can move people. So by his grace all the people come together and gym preaching, camp preaching and children classes and Bhakti Viksha. These are all a structure formed by his grace. He is a follower of Grace Maharaj Bhakti Virtha program. It's a grand festival. Each and every houses go up the door and do the Dhammad Rati. Only this during Corona time. One any sanga with the youth there with Guru Maharaj.

He watched the youth program and he said that yeah, we have to give importance to the youth children. And the youth children are actually. They actually play the drama in Vyasa Puja one time with the pundari and other devotees. I think.

Yeah, by youth. By youth. Any programs are happening.

Because youth we are conducting cultural programs. And youth are actually now they are preaching. They are preaching the event. They are conducting children class also. The youth are conducting children classes. And they are very much interested in Kirtan Mehta like kirtan programs. And yet visiting the new places. And they are conducting Damodarati. They are calling out their friends, friends and they are visiting their places. They are calling out their friends for their yatra program. So yeah, the youth children are very much inspired. And they are following the instructions of Guru Maharaj. And we are especially actually few teachers or that like Balao Chow teachers. We are having Balao Chow classes. And in that according to their age we are actually teaching the philosophy as per their age. Like if they are small children. Means we are telling the stories in the form of stories. And we are actually teaching them some rhymes and all. And we are conducting some quiz and conducting program like plays, like games and all. Indoor games, outdoor games. And we are giving pressure them. So like that we are doing so even the youth children also they are taking classes for children now. In those days actually it was taken care by adults. Now the youth children are actually taking class. So it is very much nice that because the generation gap is there. If the adult is taking class to the children and the youth how they are taking care of children. The way they are taking care of children class and leading the class is totally different. And the children also inspired through their speech.

Even this time last year, this December, Keith and Mela are also conducted by the youth team only very nicely arranged. And this mainly from his grace Srivalla Prabhu and family and sons very nicely. And with all the other youth devotees together. And very well planned and conducted and arranged on sannyasis and all the Ekam and Singh very nicely it was conducted. And this given chance to the youth to come up and preach well. And they are taking care of, as she said, the children preaching classes and all. Any feedback from Guru Maharaj about these activities for children youth?

He was very much impressed about these activities and he was encouraging the youth they should actually come up. And in our part of the world, like the Amodesh, it's nice to actually see lot of young devotees after they moved up from for their studies and for their higher education or by profession. Some people are actually moving from that place. Even though they moved out from the Ahmadish and wherever they are in. They are actually spreading these messages and they are having the determination to actually follow these things. They want to associate themselves with the local people like local devotees. And they want to continue their devotional service. So we are very much impressed to.

Hear about this and with this situation also.

And when we visited once to the Damodar Puja for that, actually we visited one of the new family and they said that I was very much actually inspired by see the young devotees from the devotee family. So I asked him, Prabhu, why how can you say that? What is the difference between the other children and this? These children are very much disciplined. And later they grown up also we can actually believe him and we can actually faith on them. Oh, if they are ISKCON children, if they are actually, if their parents are Krishna consciousness then we need not ask any questions about that. We have such a strong belief that they are very disciplined and they are very God conscious. So this is really very much inspired for us. So the people from outside, they have a strong faith on our children. So the children are actually really following and they have taken up these instructions in their life.

Day to day Guru Madha is busy scheduled also every day he is seeing the devotee's email and all and he replying, he is replying on that. So actually it was happened to me. I lost my sacred thread while getting some shirt and all at that time in the shop. Then as soon as I come out then I see that that is not there. Then immediately come to the shop and search for that. But I couldn't get it at that time. Then I was very much worrying about that at that time. So it's not offense. Then I immediately called my God brother here. Then he said that don't worry. You put the thread in front of our Guru Mahja. Rotor speed and wear and continue the Gayatri. But as quick as possible. Guru Maharaj giving brahmanical initiation. You get it from Guruma. Come and get it from the Guru Maharaj. That's what. Then still I have not I started that one satisfied. Then I wrote to Guru Maharaj. Wrote to Guru Maharaj. Then I was waiting a week time. Then 10 days over. Then after that I got that email from his servant. They called me and they said what happened? I told the entire thing. Then they said that Yasguru Maharaj is there in Chennai. Generally it is happening Brahmanikara and all time Cap will be there in Gaurang, here, Gaurav, Purnimar, anywhere else. But it will take time and all. So I was very much worrying about that one. And I wrote to him. Then the answer also comes. And I shouldn't really say. But by his mercy only I got it again. And he put it within short period. Within a short period it happened. Within 10 to 15 days it happened. We may think he doesn't know about the Anu. But he is there. He is wandering here and there. So he understood the disciples need. And he fulfilled that through email or whatever. But when Guru Maharaj will see my email. Maybe I thought that one. So that also completely interrupt that one. Even that one. And he is very laughing. He said that if you lose, somebody will take the threat. Somebody will take like that. He was telling in that time also. But morning. So these are all actually we may think that he is somewhere else there or here and all. And it's not like that. He is always with us and protecting us all the devotees and forgiving all the offenses. So Guru Maharaj is magnanimous lifetime we ought to serve to Guru Maharaj. He gives instruction. Further instructions to move forward to do our infinite decimal services to Guru Maharaj.
