Hare Krishna Haribol so I am Satya Madhavi Devi Dasi On 1990s we came to ISKCON so I have a wonderful experiences about my ISKCON first time getting inside first of all I thank Ojaswini Radhika Devi Dasimata Ji who has taken so much pain to come to Chennai and intrigue us very old devotees so nice of her she is very sweet My pranaams and dandavas for her so actually first one day my husband came to the house and he told me this wonderful Krishna temple so this week your birthday is coming so I will take you so I was having small two little boys so he said he will take us to that time the Chennai ISKCON was there in T Nagar so very very long back what I am speaking 1990s so in 1992, 1993 we got initiated at that time only we were. First of all we went to this ISKCON temple and then after going there actually my husband's plan was that he will take me for the birthday to the temple first and then he will go and get me some nice silk saree and you know treat in the evening in some hotel something like this so because some materialistic persons we were really a materialistic family Then what happened? When I entered the temple I saw the president Prabhuji Sumitra Krishna Das his grace Sumitra Krishna Das speaking taking class and first I saw him and I heard his class first I was so inspired to see and I saw many devotees there and this was like Gandharvas for me really I'm telling you I have never seen such devotees such people around me all these days I have never met with somebody with Tilak and Kantimala and all that I was not even knowing what is that called Kantimala Tilak or nothing I know and they were having chanting beads on their necks and it was all so wonderful for me I couldn't believe such place is there in Chennai so I was so thrilled, excited and I was seeing all the Matajis I was thinking that they are all from Gandharvaloka something like that and particularly Taruni Mataji her grace Tarani Devi Dasi Mataji was very much attractive and very much inspiring because she was like a fresh flower when I saw her she was like a fresh flower and first of all I got introduced only these two couples I was not knowing they were precedent or anything like that I was simply thinking that they are somehow I went, I talked with Tarni Mataji and Sumitra Prabhu was taking class. So I told that I asked Mataji that this is what you are wearing is what is this? And this Kantimala, why are you wearing this? So she is what's your name? All that I was simply asking and she was telling. My name is Tarini Radha Devi Dasi. And she has been initiated. I said what is that initiation? Does it mean that you get some certificate or something like that. You have to study something and then you will get certificate. No, no. She was laughing. No, no, it's not like that. It's like we advance in bhakti and our guru, he will give us initiation. So I simply asked her because I was totally ignorant and ignorant, totally ignorant. I said, if you get the initiation, you can go back to garden. She said, yeah, you can go back to garden. So that much I was longing for. I was praying. That much I was knowing that we have to should not come back. This material world is not a good place. This much understanding I was having. I was searching for the truth. We can say so that way I was thinking, okay, something will wherever I go. I used to ask who will save us like this. All these questions and all I used to ask them. So she said that Krishna will save us. And Krishna is the supreme personality of God. She told. And then I was asking who's this Big eyes Jagannath Balteswaphatra? Who is this? So she said he is there in Puri, Jagannath in Puri Krishna has taken this form. So Gauvanita asked who is this Gauvanita? So she also told that 500 years before that this Gauvanita has come so little bit I understood little. Little. Ok, that means if I so bluntly I understood with little talk I came to a conclusion that if I go and meet some guru whom they say and then they will give something called as Diksha, something called as initiation. And then I can go back, go back to Godhead. That much words I did not use at that time. Now I am able to tell those words. But before I was going to God, going to God, God's place. He will not come back like this. Because I was not liking this material world or all these problems. Something like Mukti when they. Something like liberation, not devotion. So she said, yeah, you can take initiation. Of course Guru will take you. Simply she told. And she went away. And it was heavy for me to digest. And then I thought okay, I have to spend this evening here only. So after half an hour and there was Keetan. I think it was Sunday or something like that. That's why the class was going on in the evening and Kirtan was there. I liked Kirtan very much. And I saw all the devotees dancing and jumping. It was so wonderful. I thought because I was not knowing more than Swarga Loka. So I was thinking it's like heaven, beautiful. All Gandharvas like all the Matajis. And they. I immediately understood. They are calling everybody as Mataji and Prabhu ji. So with Tilak Kantimala they were all with proper dressing. Wonderful. I was thinking they are all Gandharvas. So they are very great. Devotees are so great. So then I told my husband now today we will spend our time here. He said okay, but I was thinking we have to go to get you an saree today. And then silk saree I will get you because it is teenager, many shops are there. And then we will go to hotel. This is what our program. So I said no, no, let us be here for some more time. And I went there and I saw everybody is having that one kind of bag on their neck. So I went and asked what is that bag? Then they showed me the bag and then the beads said what will you do with these beads? They said that this, this is called Tulisi beads. After initiation you will get. But these are neem beads and this neem bead with the neem beads we chant. We chant. We chant which we will chant. So then Nim beads and with this you chant your rounds. So how many rounds you chant? So 16 rounds. I thought 16 beads. Then I was. They said no, no, this one round means it is 108 beads. With that we will do 108. 16 times 108 times multiplied by 16. Then I understood. Then they gave me one Shakshimala. Shakshimala. With that you can know how many rounds you have finished. I thought it's a very easy task. So I said okay, tomorrow only I will start doing it. And then they told in the class, Sumitra Prabhu was telling his grace. Sumitra Baba was telling no onion, no garlic, we don't eat onion garlic. Why? And all he was telling because devotees doesn't take on all these are tamagon and all this. So immediately it went inside. Okay, onion, garlic I should avoid. And then because anyway we were not taking non veg and all. So onion, garlic I should avoid. And then I have to chant 16 rounds. And Mataji told the initiation Diksha. That's all. It's very easy. So these three Things I just simply caught hold of the points. And so then these three points were very amicable to me. And I thought it's very easy, I can do it. So then I will also become like this Gandharvas and I was not even knowing the name Bhakta devotee Gandharvas So I was thinking okay, I will also become like them. Somehow I wanted to see them. It was so soothing to see them with Tilak and Kantimala they were looking so beautiful. I also wanted to become like that. And then I loved the devotees. And then seeing Prabhupada I thought that Prabhupada Murthy was there. After the class was over I just went. I thought somebody is sitting there. First the deity was like really somebody sitting. Then after I went nearby I understood it's Nigraha. So I asked who is this? They told that this is this ISKCON on the battery. ISKCON. That much I know ISKCON because my brother Babuji was 10. Then okay, I understood that Vigraha also they are worshipping Prabhupada Viveraga. I liked everything. Everything was fine. Immediately I came in front of Krishna and I told because at that time Dwaraka Krishna was there in Iskcon Rukmini Krishna Satibhama, Rukmini Krishna Satibham So I could understand that Krishna and Satibama Rukmini. So Gauravarnitha I was not knowing. And Puri Jagannath, Bala Subhutra I was not knowing But I was understanding this Rukmini Krishna Sativamma. So then what happened? I told him thank you so much for bringing me, bringing me here. Very nice place. You have brought me like that. I was thanking them and now please make me come here again and again like that. I was telling him and I told my husband now we will get. I saw that beads so nice. We will get that beads. Please get me that. Please please get me these beads. They told it's 10 rupees. That time it was only 10 rupees and beads are 10 rupees or 5 rupees? I don't know. And then the chanting bag was 10 rupees and I think beads was only 5 rupees or something like that. And then I asked him please get this. He said see, this is not your age for all these things. Okay, we have lots of time to do all this Japa and all that. You have not become old now we have our life now the children are very small. Okay, today I have brought you. I said I Will get you silk saree. I am going to spend a lot of money. I am ready for that. But you want this Japa base. I said on this particular day, my birthday. Because materialistic people our birthday is big thing. So I told that I want only this. I don't want silk saree. I don't want to waste my time going there. Because I feel so much. My soul is satisfied. I am very satisfied here. I don't want to go anywhere. So you get me this. I am satisfied with this. Again he tried to convince me that this is not for you for this age. So we will go for this after some few years. But not for now. So he only brought me. But he was scared of all these things. Because Jains they think these ladies are immature. Of course girls are immature. I understand. But they are emotional. But that emotion towards devotion Matajis are first. Because they are emotional. They believe Krishna first. But Jains they don't believe so easily. They take time to understand everything and then only they will jump. But Matajis are of course they are emotional. But if they come in contact with devotees and good people it's really wonderful. Then Matajis can do wonders. So like this. It was so nice that the first day experience and I took the beads. And then that night only we went to eight. 8:30 finished. So we have to go to the house. And it was almost they were closing the door so we had to leave. And then it was. He said what are we going to do? Nothing in the house, we have to eat. So we went to some hotel. And I remember that the hotel fellow I asked him, he brought some chutney and idlis. I asked only for idlis Because Smithra Prabhu told me in the class no onion, no garlic. So I was wondering Idli will not be with this thing and check. So I asked him is this chutney contains onion or garlic? He said, no Ma, but maybe I will ask and come. So he asked and came that some garlic there. I cannot take this chutney. You make a new chutney for me. I was asking him like this. And my husband was threatened and was frightened. What happened to you? You are asking for all these things. Means how they will make? No, he will make. I told him see, I cannot eat anything. So coming. How can I eat this idli without anything? So you have to make. He was convinced and he said I will make you little onion. He really made it and he brought it. I was happy and came to the house exactly at 9:45 10 o' clock we came to the house 10 or 10:30, I don't know. That night I entered a house. I have nice everything. My house is little organized. Only I took the onion. For onion I have a little basket and garlic both together I used to keep. So I just removed that basket. That night I kept it outside the house. And then I went inside to sleep. My husband was really. It's too much. It was too much for him to take. Said what? What is this? I saw you in hotel also you were so adamant in not taking onion and garlic. And now you have removed it. That means. Do you think is it possible in our life without onion and garlic? So what will happen to the children? This, that. So I said that we'll talk about that all this tomorrow. There are lots of time. There is lots of time we can discuss. But today I don't want this in the house. Because the preacher in the temple he told me. He told that we should not eat onion and garlic. So let me at least you know, today let me hear that instruction. Take it home. So I just removed it. And somehow I could manage my husband. I know how to manage him. So I used to go down calm and quietly. So he. He couldn't do anything because everybody was sleepy. So he intends. And then like this, the next day morning I woke up at 5:30. Generally also I wake up 5:30. The previous day only I decided that the three points. I took onion, garlic. And then one thing. Chanting 16 rounds. And then initiation three things went inside. So then I can go to God. So I took it very seriously. 5:30 started. I just took the beads. And they taught me how to put that one finger, four finger out there. So it was difficult for me to catch and all that. Because previous day I did not learn it properly. But morning I tried. And then one round. It took 30 minutes for me to make the first round. Then only I understood it is not an easy task. I thought it will be easy. But now half an hour, one round. That means I calculated 16 rounds means the whole day it will take after my cooking time. So before my husband woke up, I. I did like this. Only I could do two rounds. It took only one hour and 15 minutes. Something like that. Because every mantra I have to learn and tell. And then like this. But I was prepared. Today I am going to finish 16 rounds. Tomorrow it may become easy. But today I must finish 16 rounds. So I packed everything, all packing, everything, finish cooking. So I just sent them. And then I started chanting the whole day. Chanting, chanting 11 mala 11 mantra. 11 mantra. Hare Krishna. Hare Krishna. Seeing that card they gave and Re Si Krishna, Trethani. All this somehow by the time when my husband comes at 8, 8:30 I could finish. 8 o' clock I finished. But after the children came from the school also I was doing. Children were so surprised. They were asking what are you doing, ma'? Am. I said, I will also teach you. Now you can go play. So like this. The first day experience was. So this is my ISKCON first experience. And I love the devotees. Very nice. They were so sweet. And particularly our Sumitra Krishna, Prabhu and Tarni Mataji. And then Sunday, next Sunday I told my husband, please we'll go there only Sunday we went. No, Sunday they have special things. So at that time Sunday feast program was in the evening only. So they used to give prasadam only in the evening. Evening only program was there. Then at this time also I was searching for Mataji. And I caught her. I saw her and she was there. Okay. So this time she taught me whatever you cook, we have to offer and eat. Because we should not eat anything without giving to Krishna. No. Then I said, yeah, yeah. But I never thought that we have an offering mantra and all that. That I did not know. Because okay, offering means. I thought that Tulasi that much in South Indians we know Tulasi giving and offering to Ka. I was having one Ladd Gopal. And that Lalagopal was from 30ft down. 30 or 40ft down. When we were excavating that house for our house he came from very deep down. And my husband came and you know, very black Ladugopal like a baby he gave me. This happened long before. So from that time only I am worshipping. And my mother had given me Bhagavad Gita. As it is. As it is. She said, I went somewhere. They gave me this book. So it's a big book. I cannot read. You read. So then next time when I went, I understood this Bhagavad Gita is from this temple. Because they were having the same Bhagavad Gita. So then I thought I will start reading Bhagavad Gita. In that also it is given that you have to offer and eat Prabhupada study. Okay, the introduction part then. Okay. So I decided to offer everything that day. Then that day actually I prepared coffee. And because coffee tea nobody told me. So I was making coffee and puri sabji onion I will not put. So I making every puri. And then it Was near me only my kitchen and my deity room, small date room. So I made one puri and I took it and then the next puri I make and then I take it and then I go to the dining room and then I serve them. So like this I think I made 35 or 40 puris and my head was rotating every time I was putting one tulasi and each puri I was offering. Because I was not knowing the method how to offer. So like this I was going a big tremendous. My husband said what is this? You have gone mad or what? So in this way you will fall down. No, this is not. I don't think this way anybody will offer. So better we learn something properly. Because I think you are going around the clock. So anyway, somehow I was not even showing them that I was really going. Chakar was going on because it was nearly 40 like that. I was here going this side like this. But Krishna saw me. He was coffee also I'm hot heart. I was telling you drink nice hot. I know I was making it as what heat he can take like that. I was trying to put tulasi and give. So he saw this is too much. I cannot do bear with this lady. So Krishna thought he has to give me some knowledge. Otherwise I'm going to have a tough time with this lady. So then he might have thought that I have to be taken out of my ignorance. So the next time I went, somehow I learnt the mantra. And somebody taught me this Somebody taught me. And by that time Banuswami Maharaj came. He had gone to. At that time he had gone to some Singapore, Malaysia for three months. So when we went, he was not there. Suddenly next Sunday we are seeing this Japanese monk sitting and taking class. We know him because he used to come every day in front of our house there in Ananagar in one Otto with his friend. And because my children were in that school and they were learning karate from karate Mani. Karate Mani is famous and he is also learning for learning karate. He used to come from somewhere. Somewhere he used to come sitting in the front of the auto. Some monks, two monks will come. That much we know. Then we used to every day see him from our house just in front. We immediately understood he is that monk. Every day we used to see him. We went and we never thought he is guru like that. Just like that. He went and told see, we used to see you just nicely, innocently, ignorantly we introduced ourselves. And then they said Guru Maharaj is going to come. Now I told who is Guru Maharaj Because Tani Mataji used to tell Guru Maharaj the one no, I told that he gave me Diksha. He's come. Then I was waiting. Oh okay. Guru Maharaj is coming. Means then I have to take Diksha. Then only I can go to God. So then I went and told 10 days over 10 days Maharaj is. After 10 days Maharaj came. So third day I think he went and asked Bhanu Maharaj Maharaj, we want diksha. Oh one thing sham. How many years? Years. He was thinking why he is asking for years. No, no, we came last. Last week. No, no, two weeks before I came. No, no, no. 10 days. Yeah, exactly 10 days. 10 days. And they are coming and asking Diksha Maharaj understood something wrong. So Acha you want? Okay, I will just ask the devotees to go through your case like that. He was trying not to laugh and he went inside. And then I told them also 10 days over. Okay, you come and go like this for some days, few days. Then only we will meet. First you have to see Guru Maharaj. So you will see Guru Maharaj. He is going to come. So Guru Maharaj came. So I was very anxious. And then we came. Morning only we came, we were waiting and Guru Maharaj came like a king. He came inside the fox first sight of it, just like a king. He just put his stick like this and he was Hare Krishna. He told. He came in front of me and told. I said Hare Krishna. So he immediately he catch hold who is new, who is not new. He knows. Maharagur Maharaj knows everything. So that time something special happened. I was all the time told from my family and my father, mother, brother. And many people see that you are not getting cheated. Because many people here they have some spiritual. They say spiritual and they cheat people. And like this many organizations are there, they are not good. They are taking us in a bad route and all that. So then I remember then what happened. At that time everybody was gathered in one room. It was upstairs. There in T Naga they have a room where they give this bhagavadam classam. There Guru Maharaj was sitting in a big vyasasana. Guru Maharaj was sitting chantically. Then when I entered the room, my heart immediately asked is he a bhogi or yogi? Suddenly this question came because at that time in Chennai there was two, three spiritual organization checked by the police and very bad things were happening. And they ill treated many people and the leaders of that organization in the bars. At that time this was happening two, three big things. They went Inside. So then I thought oh my God Krishna. Then immediately I saw behind Guru Maharaj there was a Guru Ayrappa. You know Guru Vayur. Guru Vayur is in Kerala. In Guru Vayur you have Guruvairapa that vigraha baby Krishna face like that. But he is very nice. Fatty baby like that big that is Vigrahana. That form was kept in a big big photo in that Pravachana hall. So Guru Maharaj was sitting in front of that Vyasasana and Krishna. At least we can see this much behind Guru Maharaj. And down till the knee, till the lotus feet we can see that Krishna. But because Guru Maharaja is sitting we can see Krishna's face, that Guruvairappa's baby Krishna face. And then he's standing like this and that also we can see. So immediately I saw this photo behind Guru Maharaj. You please have help me immediately. I asked Krishna, I like you Krishna, I want to come to you. They say that Guru can only help and they are saying some Diksha. And it seems this he is Guru and he is going to give Diksha. So you please show me that he is Bhogi or Yogi. So I don't know because so many things are happening. I should not get cheated. I want you for that I have come. I don't know anything. Only 10 days or 15 days over. So I don't know what should I do. I just close my eyes after that but deep prayer, it was really deep. And then I opened my eyes and after that I saw Guru Maharaj face. It was sudden and shocking. I couldn't believe my eyes because Guru Maharaj's face was Guru Ayrappan's face. Guru Vairappan his that chubby cheeks face. I was seeing Guru Maharaj face. I was thinking okay I just close my eyes. I thought that because I was seeing for a little longer time concentrating in that picture. And then I removed my sight and then I saw Guru Maharaj's face. That's why I am getting that face here. So then I thought okay, let me close my eyes. Then again this time I saw Guruvairappa's face. Again I saw his face there I saw Guru Maharaj face. So it was really what to say? I was really bewildered because the second time happened. Then immediately I thought maybe this is my eyes cheating me or what's that some problem? Maybe my mind is slipping to confusion. Something like that. Again I saw Guru Maharaj's face three times. It happened that three times completely I saw Guru Maharaj's face as Guru Vairappa's face and Guru Vairappa's face as Guru Maharaj face. Three times I can say completely I understood the face change was there. And then I just sat down. Because it was too much for me to decide what is going on and digest what my heart took. And then I just sat down at the back and then I closed my eyes. Something going on. I was not worried about anything because this is too much for me. So digest to digitized. So then I was thinking what is this? Why it's happening? What's wrong with me? Or what's wrong with what's going on there, why this is happening? It's not happening. One time, two times, third time also it happened after that I did not want to do that. Fourth time also I just closed my eyes and sat down. And then suddenly a spark. I understood because I prayed to Krishna. Krishna is showing me that at least because I am so ignorant. I was so ignorant, ignorant because I was very new for Scott. So I am very innocent. You can say unignorant. So this much knowledge also how it came to me that also I don't know that Krishna is somehow making me to understand. I am not different from him and he is not different from me. This is what Krishna is trying to tell me. Because not only Guru Maharaj's face changed and Guru Vairappa's face changed as Guru Maharaj face. So both of them changed their face and I saw it. So I was really bewildered. And after some time thinking, thinking I understood. I was stunned. Even to me something like this happened can happen. This is a miracle which has happened. I was not ready to tell this to anybody. Because it was so sweet and so dear to me. This miracle happened. I was just keeping it happy in my heart. And after some time, after all these programs were over, I called my husband. Come, come, come. You know, this thing happened. So I could not even express myself properly to him also. But he said he was really, really. But I was an experiencer. So that experience was making me so thrilled which he is not going through that the thrilling he is not showing what I am telling you. Such a big thing happened and you are not showing so excited. Then he was keeping going. Then I myself understood. This happened to me. That excitement is there within me. So then I understood. He is my Guru. And then at that moment only I understood. He is my Guru Maharaj. No more doubts, Nothing. From that day onwards, my faith was total, very nice. And I was very stubborn in getting diksha Because I thought Diksha is the only thing which will take me back to God. So regularly I was attending classes. And this, that and chanting 16 rounds. Very sincere, sincere devotee. Like that offering. And this, that chanting, studying Bhagavad Gita. Like this. Within six months eight. Then slowly I brought my father, military man three times. He wants non vegetarian. I went to my mother's. She used to call me what is this? You have joined somewhere and this is all not for us. It's for the Brahmanas, not for us. So I said no, it's not like that. Vaishnavas are more than Brahmanas. Because now I have understood little. I could preach her. I told you can also I will go to her house a whole day. I will stay with her. And I will not eat, drink even water. Saying that this is not offered to the Lord. How can I drink? She loves me so much. She used to feel so bad. Then I told if you want me to eat then you also offer to the nun. Your father will kill me in pieces. He will kill me. Such a scared mother. Because she is a normal housewife. Whatever father says, she will listen. So I said nothing will happen. Don't tell him. So I slowly removed onion and garlic. She said what will I do when your father is asking for non vegetarian? When he brings it, you cook it and give. But don't show that you have removed onion or garlic from the house. And then you give Prasadam. Really Mataji. She was full faith. She was having on me. And she was cooking and she was offering mantra. I told her and she chanted, started chanting four rounds. And then she used to offer and give it to my father, father for her four rounds only. My father slowly did not like to bring this non vegetarian. It was going down and down. Within two, three months. Everything was a different scenario and so nice. Everybody changed. I cannot tell you. And she was ready to take initiation from me. From with me. And eight months. Or my coming to ISKCON was only eight or nine months or ten months. Yeah, ten months. Not even one year. Ten months. Sumitra Prabhu was not ready to give in ten months initiation. He was not. And I was fighting and I went to Banu Maharaj. And if you like my. If you think you can give me, you please give me. I was like, you know, begging. And he said okay. So he recommended and Sumitra Prabhu signed. And in 10th month myself coming to ISKCON. 10th month myself, my Prabhuji and my mother, three of us are given initiation. So by Guru Maharaj and Yagna. I was feeling so thrilled and excited. And the first thing when I went to ask at that time, slowly I started cooking for Banu Maharaj. Because every day we were going and coming and all this little nice improvement. Then I think Guru Maharaj might have seen me serving some cooking or something like that. So then when I took the initiation, I asked Guru Maharaj in what way Guru Maharaj, can I serve you? You serve my banu. He was, take care of my banu. Will you? Take care. You take care of my banu. My banu. So from that day onwards we are serving our Banu Maharaj. Because this is the instruction Guru Maharaj gave us immediately after our initiation. And whenever I used to see him, he said, never stop your preaching and chanting and serving banu. So till on today this is going on. And by Guru Maharaj and Banamaraj's mercy today Bhana Maharaj now you know he has translated all the previous acharya's works and 160 works. It's a boon for our ISKCON. So all the Maharajas have taken one subject as electives like special. Like Loknath Maharaj taking Parikrama and Guru Maharaj initiating so many disciples. Bhanu Maharaj has taken this as his service for Prabhupada before and all. Whenever I want to study or know more about our philosophy and all that, I used to go and search for books and many books. Whatever Maharaj used to tell in Bhagavadam every day I used to come for Bhagavadam. Whatever Maharaj was using in East Bhagavadam, those books I used to go and search. Whenever I go to Mayapur and Vrindavan I was not getting those books. Then I understood that many books have not been translate all the Acharyas previous Acharyas books. And then slowly I also understood that many translations, whatever is available with us is also not properly translated. Because of that Sanskrit was not so proper. So then I was not knowing I was going through some books. And whenever I used to go through any books, I used to to go and ask permission take signature from Maharaj so that get a permission from him so that I can read this book. So sometimes he used to smile but say this book doesn't have a proper translation. When he told this, only I understood this. Otherwise I myself I don't know anything about all these things. Then they were telling that they have many books like this translated. But they also have in Bengali. But they don't have English. And I understood that we cannot read Gaudiya Mat books. So it was for devotees like me to know more about Shastras and to know more or to study more. I was interested in studying and learning all the time from the beginning. So I used to take notes and Maharaj lectures. I used to. Every day I will record and go to the house. And word by word I will transcribe and hear six hours. I will take and write all those that Maharaj lecture. On those days only tape recorders were there. So. So I used to keep it on the table and record it. And on the tape I used to play it and write. And from that I will take notes. And like this I was spending much time to go deep into the Sastras and learning. It was very nectar like so for me, I was so much wanting to drink this nectar of Sas Sasras and make others. When the compilations. I made some compilations. I was feeling that particularly in person, I was feeling that we go through Bhagavad Gita Bhagavadam and everything. But then again, when we see everything, it's like a jungle again. Like where to go, which side to go, which is A, which is B. Which side decide to next turn, go right, go left, like this. There is in Shastra. It is a big wonder that mystery that where to start. Like Bhagavad Gita Bhagavad. Not that I am saying about the philosophy, about the Shastra philosophy. So what is the exact where to start, which one to go next? Like theory, like a theory. Abcd like children giving. We give nice notes like that. I wanted for the devotees like me. I thought I am suffering in that way. The newcomer also will have a big wonder what to do, what not to do, which is Bhakti, which is not Bhakti. Activities like this. When it was giving trouble to me, I thought like this. It will give trouble to others also. So they have to be clear. When I was thinking about all these things and was compiling Maharaj this thing and attainment of Shuddha Naam and Shuddha Bhakti in that it was very wonderful. Like Maharaj used to ask question in his class and he used to answer himself, what is Bhakti? He will ask himself and he will answer. So he will say Bhakti means to give something to Krishna without expecting anything in bag. With a desire to cultivate a relationship with Krishna in a favorable mode. This is what is bhakti. So when he gives five points, it was this is the Definition of Bhakti. When we ourselves understand what is Bhakti, then to give something to Krishna without expecting anything maximum we will tell this. But he gave to cultivate a relationship with the Lord in a favorable mode. So all these things were wonderful for me. Only when we hear and we take notes and we write and then putting in points. Then the complete definition of Bhakti which was very clear for me. So like this I was thinking. Then I understood that Maharaj Seminars is known as Manasamy Maharaj Seminars. They are all Maharaj rarest realized knowledge which he is transforming into PPTs PowerPoint presentations and giving it as seminars. So then I understood that this realization. So I was thinking that okay, this Maharaj seminars are the realized knowledge which Maharaj is giving. From that we will, we can. That is a bridge for reaching this previous Acharya's works and that philosophy. So to make us understand only he is giving all this the big big books like 10 pages or 10 chapters. He will make us to understand by one picture. Then I understood that this PowerPoint presentation, whatever Maharaj is giving is his rarest realized knowledge. So these are the guidebooks which are going to help the devotees to reach that previous Acharya's works. And then Maharaj within no time started translating day and night, translating, translating. And then now it's become a big library. Hundred and sixty five books, all big bundle and nearly six Bhagavatam sets. Shivaka Swami's Multi Vidya portions, this, that all whatever he used to use a book name everything Maharajas opened it and all my thirst and all my complete soul became so happy. And now nobody needs to go and search anywhere for any books. Previous Acharyas 500 years, all Grantha Acharyas, all the full set he has presented to the complete iskcon. And now we are so wealthy now. And one more very interesting, very very interesting subject is that the Gaudiya Mutt people in Calcutta they said that they have permission now to use Bhagavadav and Bhagavad Gita English. For English they have been told to use Srila Prabhupada's books. And then we said okay, what about the other books? Because Bhagavatam and Bhagavad Gira and Chaitanya Chartamita are main three books. But in the previous Acharyas so much commentaries, direct commentaries for this Bhagavad Gita and Bhagavadam all those commentaries in that each and every Acharya previous Acharyas they have given their Prema in that transfer the Prema in that commentary. So where will you go for that? So then all these 500 years, whatever all the Grantha Taryas wrote in these 500 years that Rupa Goswami, Sanatana Goswami, Jiva Goswami and a compilation of Ropa Goswami, Sanatana Goswami, Maximum Direct. And Jiva Goswami compiled everything. And like this everything by Prabhupada's mercy Mana Maharaj brought it out. And Prabhupada also has told about I don't have time. So I have given you the house to live. And I have given you whatever basics. And now my disciples will come and give you all the other works. So in front of these previous Acharyas, Radhakrishna comes directly and enact everything, all the pastimes. And they simply saw it and wrote all these Granthas. And now everything is available. Everything is available now. So now I took it as my heart's mission that I have to reach this whole world. But at least for the country. So first we started at Mayapur. So last two months back we collected some with Maharaj permission, he collected some devotees. They said okay. We convinced them and they said okay. I will sponsor one set for international society. That is first is for Mayapur Academy Library. Mayapur Academy. And one is Mayapur International Academy. And one is Mayapur Institute. So first we thought at least two sets. And then we are trying for two sets and many devotees they gave their books, they bought it and they did not study like that. New books like that, small, small, small. And we could arrange for three sets. And then first we gave to Mayapur Institute, installed it very nicely in a cupboard. And all the previous Acharya we made a little puja with the chairman of Mayapur Institute. And then we went to Mayapur Academy Library another set. And then they were so happy. They gave a separate previous Acharya Treasure Library. They gave a separate library place. And then it was installed. And then we understood that Russian community, the Russians and all other international they have International Academy in Mayapur where they have a separate place where they. So there the third set arrived without our like. We did not try it and it came. And so because one person he donated again one full set. So we took it and we presented. And that Bhakti Vigna, Vinasha. Vinasha Narsinga, Maharashtra. He came and he inaugurated that. And then slowly again three sets. When we started from Mayapur, one devotee came. Now I will give it for Vihe Vrindavan. So then like that it happened. Then next month immediately we went to Vrindavan. And Vrindavan vi complete library. And then Mahabhar Bhagavata Vidyalaya in Govardhan in Vrindavan they have another institute there also. They are giving Bhakti Sasri Bhakti Maiv there also. And there Prashanta Mataji in here also In Maha Bhagavata institute in Govardhan there also. And then Devi Shakti Mataji she said that only two sets not for our international library in Vrindavan. It's a heartbeat. So immediately we called to all the devotees and emergency. And then somehow it was done. And we got books from. They were also having some books and all the full set in international. And they are going to do the now coming here also we sent some books. So there also Devi Shakti Mataji is so happy. And she told that this is a wonderful. This 160 books what Maharaja has given. Now our ISKCON is wealthy and now nourished by this complete previous Acharya set. Now the Gaudiya Mata also are dependent on us for English. They have Bengali books. Some Bengali books. But that also not the full set. Very nice. That is a very big achievement. So now can you tell us about how was that Guru Maharaja sustained your house? Any memories of that time here? Yeah. So after that my son first son he was getting married. And daughter in law we took her from some village. Because he want village girls. Not this city girl. He said that if she just 10 plus 2. Something like that. That's okay. Not so don't want all these city girls. So we took one from Tirupati. Some village girls. Two girls. So for my two sons. So first son when he got married before three days. Suddenly Guru Maharaj at that time no guest house was there here very newly built temple. So our house was also very new. Because Prabhuji was helping for this temple to get. Maharaj gave this service for him to find out place for the temple to come. So he was trying to find out some six places he showed. And Bhanmara selected this place. So then we also took a nearby place so that we can stay near the temple beginning and all it was very lonely. And now all big people have come here. So then what happened is that at that time not a big. Not even the big temple had come. Only this small temple. At that time when Guru Maharaj came, they told this big house he can stay nicely. And when I designed this house first I was Thinking okay. I used to think okay, small kitchen means Then Guru Maharaj needs a big kitchen where all the devotees will be coming up. So I used to in the. In the drawing I used to elongate make it big. There was big place. So I was used to make it big in my pencil. I did not have any engineer or anything like that. I was designing so then. And it used to just like that it will elongate. And then at that time this side. I wanted all the Guru Maharaj disciples to say. I was thinking disciples to say. We want so many disciples to say means big place. Then I used to make it big paper, pencil. And it became like that. And then for Guru Maharaj this room. Guru Maharaj will stay. So not small room, big room. And it became like that. And the hall. So many devotees will come. So hall should be big. So I was first this much I used to put. Then again again like that big hall. Now you can see whatever is there here. It's all now some partition now. But if we open now also there will come a big hall. So like this it happened by when I was thinking Guru Maharaj how he will stay with his all devotees. The complete entourage. Like King coming and Kishan. And today also you can see that it became like that many people what is this? This house or some chol tree or something like that. So it became like that. Because of our desire, Krishna helped us. I don't know where from money came because I had many jewels. Actually my mother gave me lots of jewels. So at that time I was thinking okay, I will give the jewels for the temple. And then Maharaj said, no, tomorrow when you want money, don't think that Krishna will open the roof and throw the money on your head. So use this money for your future. He said. So then I sold it and made it converted to this house. At that time Banmar has told that this place the land will become like gold place. And when we bought it, it was only for us and for the temple. I think he charged some 2 lakhs for one ground. Or 1 1/2 lakhs for one ground like this. And today the worth is 1.25 crores. It just happened just in 8 to 10 years. That's all. Not big time gap. 1 lakh has become 1 crore. Means it's all because of Guru Maharaj. In the beginning coming and Guru Maharaj and Vanu Maharaj together they inaugurated this temple. So like this second time also Guru Maharaj and they understood it's very free flow for the Devotees, any number of devotees can come and stay and all that. And one time three, four Maharajas came. Gopal Krishna Maharaj and Radhanath Maharaj and Bhakti Brajendananda Maharaj and Bhakti Vikas Maharaj and Vini Maharaj came. Because there was a meeting like this with Guru Maharaj. So at that time also each room used to. This is Gopal Krishna Maharaj room like that. Guru Maharaj room like that. Radhanath Maharaj room like that. It was so nice, wonderful. All the devotees coming and cooking in the big kitchen. Decide that there will be lots of space around. Like many devotees can cook at the same time. So like that it happened any specific? Remember with Guru Maharaj instructions. And then Guru Maharaja immediately when he came here. And immediately he gave shelter for that daughter in law. She had come and three days later marriage. Guru Maharaj is staying here. Three days before, he immediately gave shelter for my daughter in law, for my son and for younger son. Everybody he gave shelter. And after that they have taken initiation. So it's all Guru Maharaj mercy. He gave shelter for all my children. And even though they are not so qualified, but still Guru Maharaj is merciful. And both the kids are chanting. And my daughter in law, her name is Meena Hikshi and she is now Meena Lo Chini Devidasi, Nina Lochini Radha Devidasi, something like that. And then my son has not taken initiation. But my younger daughter in law and younger son, they are in Philippines now. So they are chanting 16 rounds. But my son is not chanting that much. I pray to the devotees that they will do good. Bhakti and chanting they will improve so that the children also they will make them come very nice and offer them also for the Guru's service. Small children, all young boys and their daughter in laws and sons. They are. They are all caring for their devotion. That much is very happy for me. But now because I am taking two classes or three classes every day in YouTube. So I am not so much not having time to spend with them. But they are taking care that much. By Guru and Krishna's mercy, by devotee's mercy. Please bless my all our coming generations to serve Guru Maharaj. To serve Bala Maharaj to serve the devotees. So this is what we want. Actually Madhali, how you see Guru Maharaj following Srila Prabhupada instructions. Guru Maharaj, this last vyaspuja we were there in Mayapur with Guru Maharaj. Guru Maharaj told at least 10, more than 10 instructions what Srila Prabhupada has given him and all that Guru Maharaj is very sincerely following. So he told Guru Maharaj himself told about this that once Prabhupada told him that more than 50,000 disciples he has to make. And then many, many instructions Prabhupada has given to our Guru Maharaj. So our Guru Maharaj has been asked by Srila Prabhupada to go all around the world and preach and then to take care of that pastime places, hidden pastime places in Mayapur to cultivate them and bring these temples. And then our big this Mayapur temple, Chandrodhya Temple has to become a big temple in the world. That everything Guru Maharaj is taking care and to distribute in that one one instruction is to distribute so many books. And that also till on today Guru Maharaj is distributing so many books every day he is distributing. So like this Guru Maharaj told many things I am not able to catch, but many instructions Prabhupada has given. And each and every instruction Guru Maharaj has taken it into a point. And he sees that all those instructions he is following even in this condition, in this condition nobody can be normal. And he is beyond human. Humanly, this thing that Kurumaraj is really his what to say. His spiritual power is so much that Guru Maharaj is able to do so much and is very particular that he is serving his Guru's orders. And when he gave me the instruction, he knows that by instructing me to serve Banu Maharaj that I will be directly serving him. So now because he knows that Banu Maharaj is in preaching line and I will be through Banu Maharaj, I will be serving Guru Maharaj preaching mission. And also Guru Maharaj has started his congregational preaching. And this congregational preaching is a very important subject which, which is helping the devotees to really wonderfully helping all the devotees outside the temple to become serious. If this congregational preaching, if Guru Maharaj has not started, then it's a threatened like for the devotees outside the temple because things are not so nice, well situated outside the temple. So because of the congregational preaching arrangement, they all have their groups and their preachers who will readily take care of them. And everything is arranged. And if this arrangement wouldn't have been made, it's really difficult. So. So this congregational preaching what Guru Maharaj has done is miraculous help. Like all over the world, the devotees outside the temple, they have got now they have got a place to stay under their congregational leaders and congregational groups. They have. This is very important. What I Feel because in the beginning I was doing this congregational preaching and at least 10 to 12 cell programs I was doing in the beginning. But then after my old age came here and then I'm sitting in the house and preaching in YouTube. Running is not much possible. But this is okay. But Guru Maharaj has asked me anytime, never stop your patience. And he also wonderful. One experience what Guru Maharaj we had with Guru Maharaj is that he has given me our deities. Radha Giridari, Shishi, Radha Giridari deities I wanted from him and he gave the Radha Giridhari deities. We actually Panka Changari, Prabhu brought the deities and Guru Maharaj and Bhanu Maharaj, they gave these deities to us. So when giving the deities, never stop your preaching, never stop your chanting. He gave this instruction again and again. So that's why Guru Maharaj has blessed me and he has asked me giving instructions. And always he is stressing that I have to be helping his mission of preaching. Guru Ma's mission is preaching. So just like she wants to serve his Prabhupada. And this is what. So in this way, when we are giving a hand for Guru Maharaj and through giving a support to him supporting Prabhupada, we feel really happy to be in this. And what more we are doing, we are very less, very little, very small people only. But still Guru Maharaj mercy will save us. And by serving Gurus, Krishna will be pleased with us. I hope that what can we do more than this? Very little only not to the expectation of their level or anything like that. But something we are trying, that's all. Hare Krishna. Hare Krishna.
