So today the devotees of JSS Whitefield have the glorious Seva opportunity to lead prayers for His Holiness Jaipadaga Swami Guru Maharaj good health and long life. JSS Whitefield is a Jatra from Bangalore in India for the, you know, information for the global devotees. So Bangalore is very dear to Guru Maharaj and his instruction. Today all disciples. Many disciples of Guru Maharaj have assembled together online for special prayers for Guru Maharaj. His Holiness Jaipath Swami Guru Maharaj In 1968, at the age of 19, Guru Maharaj was initiated by Srila Prabhupada and then sent to India in 1970 to develop Sridhar Mayapur, the birthplace of Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and a holy Dham. Srila Prabhupada told Jayapataka, meaning victory flag. I have given you the kingdom of God, now develop it. About Shiram Mayapur, a village in Navadip, West Bengal in the early 70s. He was born in opulence as John Gordon erdman in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA in 1949. His grandfather owned a multi million dollar paint factory. Excellent. Excelling in academics, John attended Bronx University. But he left all being inspired to search for a spiritual master to learn the way of God. He learned Bengali and fluently converses with locals. The initial years were tough and dangerous. When they began building a temple. He oversaw the construction during the day and kept guard with a gun at night. He worked hard day and night, often cycling 22 km of Krishnagar to buy building materials. In 1977, ISKCON Mayapur was attacked by villagers who died. To try to take away everything, Jayapadaga Swami mobilized locals and organized a procession with 25000 people. In 1978 when floods ravaged West Bengal, he risked his life several times braving flood waters in inadequate boats to deliver evangelistic flu flood relief to stranded villagers. As chairman of the Food for Life Program and Food Relief Program, he has inspired distribution of billion plates of prasadam in times of peace, emergencies and wars. This and countless other selfless services for the masses of India cost tens of thousands of villagers to petition the central government to grant Jaipatagaswamy Indian citizenship, which he got in 1978 while relinquishing his American citizenship in Iskcon Jaipataga Swami Maharaj is trusted to give solutions and guidance on any issue. He is an initiating guru and a prominent leader of the governing body commission GBC which oversees all ISKCON's activities. He served his spiritual master sincerely, tirelessly and relentlessly helping build Srila Prabhupada spiritual organization from its very nascent stage. Today ISKCON has about 800 temples and 65 rural communities all around the world, has millions of practicing devotees and can help save the world from its present distressful condition. He is preaching Sanatan Dharma, the message of Lord Krishna and Chetan Mahaprabhu and the previous Acharyas everywhere in the world. He has written nine books and inspired many others. He's an authority in Gaudi of Vaishnava culture and philosophy. His discourses, lectures and talks on Vedic scriptures like Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam, Chaitanya Chaitam are known for the in depth understanding along with simple explanations that have guided millions of people. Today he is guru for more than 55,000 disciples all over the world, showing that a true Vaishnava transcends boundaries of nation, religion and language. For one who could formally easily swim across a wide Ganga in Mayapur, there is no deterrent. His mind is pure, his art is compassionate and his intelligence is as sharp as ever. Jaipattaga Swami Maharaj has inspired non Indians and Indians to glorify and value Indian culture. He has been the Vice president of Hindu Federation World Hindu Federation. Today Sridhar Mayapur is an international spiritual township with a population of more than 5,000 from 70 nations who practice Krishna consciousness. Among many other things, it is building the world. Among many other things, it is building the world's biggest temple dome. The tovp. The greatness of Jayapathaka sway Maharaj cannot be measured by numerous physical assets he created or inspired. But by the seeds of love and compassion he has soared in the people's hearts. Tolerate a little bit of the background. I'm in railway station. So this is a very amazing opportunity for all the disciples to come together and offer the glorification. Guru Mara like know recently when Guru Mar had come to Bangalore and to especially to our land. So Guru Maharaj saw all the preaching reports and things like that and then he told one very amazing statement that Topa gave me the my tool, the kingdom of God and develop it. Now I'm similarly giving you people this know you people develop this. So in this way like it enthused all the devotees here not to work more hard and like make Bangalore consciousities. So in this regard like I would like to also Guru many times he has expressed that when teaching reports come it works more miraculously than the medicine. It actually helps him revive his health condition. So in this account like I'm in the process of making a video report but then I'll share here in the Dishartist group. So we have our internal discussions and we are almost around 65 Bachelor Vistas now and we are aiming at 108 Bhakti Diksha by September 2025. And then right now we are close to 100 congregation members and we are aiming at 1500 congregation members by 2025. And now Guru Maharaj, victim of Krishna conscious city and he also had revealed us that 100 bhakti centers and 10 branches. So like we at Istanbul are trying to work hard so that we can at least contribute Sukti towards this day. 50 doctor centers towards this day. So right now we are around eight bhakti centers. And this year we are trying to open one more Bakshi center in a new area called. So right now we have the eight year playout inner circle. Then we have our kabadaspura and we have the One bhakti center in the land where the new temple will be constructed. And also we have one center exclusively dedicated for the youth congregation. So that way like we have eight centers. So we will be adding up one more this year in so in this way like now we are progressing towards the goal and we will try to contribute minimum of 50 centers. And then like we also thought Bangalore has 225 wards politically. And the plan is to have at least one Bhakti Vista group or a Bhakti center itself in each of the wards. So that like we cover every single locality and make people reach Krishna somewhere. And also today we had a very glorious Siddha ceremony which is Guru Maharaj calls it as Bhakti step. So like 510 devotees actually took part in graduating or in various levels. So 149 devotees took Shraddhavan, 185 devotees to Krishna Sevak, 91 devotees to Krishna Shadak, 70 devotees to Krishna Prasad and 15 to in this way 510 devotees actually participated. Almost a gathering of 700 devotees like you know, the Sikhsha participants and also other participants had participated. So it was a very, very enthralling, very nice event where his grace Ravindra Nithu and then from PDM general managers. So he attended. And Govinda Prabhu who is the Bhakti steps a global coordinator. Like we also attended the this festival. It was a grand success and I'm very grateful to all the core team members. Like you know, we have various devotees. So all of them they help really, really well in this this one. And we see that when we break the no briefing into different units and give responsibility to various leaders. So when they perform so it becomes now collectively it becomes a very nice system. So we could able to bring 510 devotees for Sikta each centers contributed like little close to 100 or less than 100. So but then collectively it comes up to very good numbers to hope this gives a good encouragement and good happiness to Guru Maharaj. And it includes the help of Guru Maharaj related distance. Also we have, you know, in the next week we are going to inaugurate food for life kitchen. You know, that also towards this goal of making Krishna conscious, making Bangalore Krishna conscious city. So for people to take up consciousness they should have sukruti. And like we thought every single Bangalorean should receive Prasadam. So towards that goal, so we are trying to see that, you know, we want to distribute this in various areas. And so this FFL kitchen will get inaugurated next week. And also we are starting an initiative called CFL to led by devotees. He's really working very hard. So I see getting and then csl that is fast for life. So we are trying to collect volunteers from common people and then orient them about what is Prasadam and how glorious is Prasadam distribution. And through their hands we want to distribute this Prasadam to various people. Is taking lead in this and then you know she is really working hard to do this. And you know we aspire to distribute Krishna Prasadam to every single, you know, resident of Bangalore and expand this activities. And you know, for pressure of Diri Maharaj we would like to dedicate ourselves fully and work very hard to please him. And it's a very blissful experience. Every person we try to make him a devotee and we try to expand various practice centers and various teaching activities. Always it reminds us that we are trying to please this great personality, you know, like Guru Maharaj. And you know it has gone to help in this health and it is going to help in our own spiritual health in all ways. It is a win win situation. So we are very grateful to Guru Maharaj for giving such a challenge in project and such a challenging instruction. So we have, we've been reading Srivad Bhagavatam, Bhagavad Gita, great personalities of Lord Krishna, supreme personality. And we have great devotees of the Lord Acharyas.

But what actually.

A common person, a devotee actually sees with respect to these personalities and somebody who is physically living and guiding us. So I was thinking that's a superficial concept. Sometimes comes into picture, oh, Krishna is like this and Acharyas are like this. Maybe I am like this. But when somebody Isikri is available and demonstrating that makes a huge difference. So when I was thinking about and getting inspired about this, I was, I Just thought of writing an article because even Arjuna asking Krishna in AG2.54 oh Krishna, what are the symptoms of one whose consciousness is just merged with tan sentence? How does he speak? What is his language? How does he sit and how does he walk? So this is some inquiry that Ch. Himself is making about a few devotees. So it is very important how a Guru is actually. So in that inspiration I just wrote an article, I just tried to read out from that. So what is Guru? So in the spiritual realm the Guru is not merely a teacher, he is a transcendental representative of the supreme Lord. As his own chapter Swami explains. Guru is the most merciful manifestation of of Krishna's compassion upon the fallen souls. This is actually from Vyasa puja offering 2020. That means Lord is unbelievably compassionate, Krishna is unbelievably compassionate. But that compassion actually has to be delivered to the fallen source and that is carried forward with Guru. And that is what Ajit Guru Mahaj says one of his vas Guru offerings. The Guru itself actually Om Agnana we say disperse the ignorance, but at the same time he carries the mercy of Lord and compassion of the Lord in a form where we can actually physically experience it. And that is what I was thinking about. What is Guru and why Guru Guru is required because we all need our journey towards self realization. And it's very hard work. It's rife with obstacles, misconceptions. Without the guidance of a self realized soul, one can easily succumb to the illusions of the material world. Guru Maharaj's eyelids. Guru is the only way to receive the genuine understanding of the absolute truth. I repeat, this is a lecture of Guru Maharaj in Mohaneshwar 2014. He mentions Guru is the only way to receive the genuine understanding of the absolute truth. And where from Guru comes the Guru does not appear the merry chants, but comes through an authorized deceptic succession stemming from the supreme Lord himself. As stated in Bhagavad Gita. I instructed this imperishable science of Yoga to the Sun God Yevhwan Vivashvan into Manu, the father of mankind and Manu in turn. This is scientific process like Srila Prabhupada to Guru Maharaj. And Guru was actually giving this instruction to us. And this is very important to understand that Guru is not just like that. He's popped up from somewhere, but actually is carry forwarding the Lord's instruction to the proper disciples accession. And who is this? Who is Guru? Guru is not an ordinary person, but A representative of the Lord empowered to bestow the transcendental knowledge upon sincere souls. As Guru Maharaj elucidates, the Guru is the most confidential servant of the Lord who can reveal the Lord's innermost heart to the disciple. This is so very important. I will repeat again mentions the Guru is the most confidential servant of the Lord who can reveal the Lord's innermost heart to the disciple. This is from Vyasapuriyapdharam 2018 and how Guru helps the Guru's role is multifaceted. He imparts a spiritual wisdom necessary for spiritual growth. But more importantly, he serves as a practical guide exemplifying the teachings in his own life. As we see, even when he is getting admitted in hospital, he sees what possible ways he can preach to the doctors, the nurses, compounders. You can see his mercies flowing all over the places wherever he moves. Actually Guru Mahj actually explains the Guru also disciples by his words is realized instructions and his personal example how to live a ka conscious life. This lecture from Mayapur 2012. Furthermore, the Guru's mercy and blessings are instrumental in overcoming the deep rooted impediments within the heart. As Guru Maharaj states, without the Guru's mercy Kripa it is not possible to cross over the insurmountable obstacles on the path of Bhakti. So this is also coming from the Asanapada offering 2022. In a sense, Guru Maharaj is indispensable guide leading us from the darkness of ignorance towards the effulgent light of spiritual realization. By earnestly serving and following his instruction, one can revive their eternal blissful relationship with Supreme Lord Krishna. This is the article I wrote. I thought of reading it out and we had the opportunity of his grace Shamra Singapra Prabhu whom I'm actually serving as the capacity of JK's worldwide transcript coordinator. I think some of them would have already read about it, but I felt it's. It's very important that it's disciple Guru Maharaj knows this. Once upon a time in Mayapur when Gurmaj was giving darshan, that time actually there were two. And they said Guruma's servants were both there and they were actually trying to see how the Guruji cannot be disturbed. And when all of the disciples were in the mood of trying to take the blessings and dignitarsana of the Lord. But this couple who were there trying to see how they can give blessings to Guru Maharaj. So they were in the mood actually. So Guru Maharaj, as soon as he saw them and Genie with utmost reverence and respect, he was folding his hands and this couple actually was blessing. And Guru Maharaj felt very blissful. And seeing this person got very bewildered like they always have. The audience were coming to take mercy of the Gurmaraj. But what is this? And they were actually puzzled. And when Guru Maharaj finished and he was going and lived. And the personal servants was about to ask this question and Guru Maharaj asked, do you know this couple? And they were bewildered. And they were asking. Then Guru Maharaj said, Lord Shivan Parvati was from there. So this was something was completely moved. Personal sermons and they. After taking Guru Maharaj to the quarters, he immediately ran to see where is the couple to take production. But they could not be found anywhere. So this is something very much moved me because we all been knowing the demigods, how they serve the Lord. But how these demigods, they themselves are so much attracted towards the pure devotees of the Lord. And they come and take darshan of the pure devotees which we see in scriptures. But it is so happening in reality for us to give some inspiration to the personality who we trying to take shelter. And that is what I thought. I'll share. And one more, one more pastime I like to share of Guru Maharaj is that happened sometime a few years back when Guru Maharaj was in hospital and he was taking. It was an IBIS icu. A senior couple of teammate disciple. They are actually kind of left ISKCON for a long time and they were not in touch. And they came back and then they want to take this of Kur Maharaj. And it doesn't allow because in that condition, but because they're very, very senior devotees. Maharaj doesn't have a choice. So he let him inside ICU to take Darshana rashness. They entered to take Darshana of Maharaj. Guru Maharaj out of even being unconscious state, he noticed them. And when both of the couples were actually trying to pay obeisances and fold their hands standing in front of Guru Maharaj, gurumaraj seen them so happy with seeing them back. And then he took his hand and then blessed him. But he was Having the trips in his hands. And he got the moon and it's the whole room got splashed with blood. And that was his compassion. He doesn't even mind what is the condition he is actually. But he wants to make sure that his disciples are taken care. And this has created such a mess in this room. And then the doctors were so disturbed. So disturbed. They want to again in a proper condition. But he took a lot of time. And this particular pastime clearly says how Guru Maharaj is so completely obvious about the state of things condition. But in every state he wants to give his mercy. And it is boundless compassion of Guru Maharaj is something that really inspired me. I thought today I'll share and Guru Maharaj for your own pleasure. Yesterday I had a community gathering in an apartment where Sri Mr. Estates where there 100 plus people attended. We had the first program there. And many devotees were very many new audience were very excited. And they want to a Gita course. So if you. If you give your mercy and your blessings will be stone starting a Gita course there. And then we'll try to expand. And this is your wish that Bangalore being a first K city. So this would be a very humble effort from my side. Prabhupada old age is not an obstacle to preach and do their devotional service. In the similar line our Guru Maharaj. So ill health is not an obstacle or impediment for preaching our devotion service. I think in this line just we can understand. Irrespective of Guru Maharaj the ill health, the different situations. What Guru Maharaj is there irrespective of it. Guru Maharaj always try to preach the Krishna consciousness even in the the critical situations. And Guru Maharaj is in the icu. He. He always promotes or make. Make it like so the doctors and the nurses so ask them to chant Hare Krishna Mantra. So mercifully. Yeah, it's actually one of the things actually it'll touch us. So just with a small fever, small health issues, we will take it. Like. Yeah, okay. It's so doing the bhakti we'll take. We'll keep it aside. But Guru Maharaj actually shows the path how we need to do the. The baki. And so another point actually touches right. So Damodar month we know we celebrate in the grand grand way. We do the the whole programs, our apartment programs. We go to the different. Even in the railway stations or bus stations or go to the small shops. We'll ask them to offer the gilam and we'll give the prashada. So Guru Maharaj is actually in a big scale. He promoted so how Guru Maharaj used to do. Like he used to go to the Malaysia. So for every Diwali and he used to go to his disciples home and make them to offer the gilam and also so share honor Prasadam with him. It's like such a. Such a great experience. I think all the devotees who had the personal association with the Guru Maharaj it's actually. It's so inspiring about it. And so one more point is.

You take it other parambras, right. The Guru is so strict. Even if they want to go and speak the Guru it will be very, very, very tough. Like whatever the Guru says they need to follow. But our Guru Maharaj is such a the compassionate and the care and also like a jovial. So one of these. One of the senior devotee was sharing it like so Guru Maharaj share this the joke and the love loudy. So so one of the. One of the person went to the barber shop and so the the barber actually the he'll put the golf ball in his mouth and then he started doing his. This person asked actually so what if I swallow it? The person told the barber told so bring bring it back tomorrow. So the same thing happened for not. Not only for you so many people will bring it back. So such like so Guru Maharaj crack nice jokes and he used to laugh and he should so enjoy with with his disciples. And the recently the the Mayapur visit. Actually we had the nice memories discussing with the Guru Maharaj's disciples the God brothers and God sisters. One of the Mataji was sharing realizations. So how the Guru Mahara's predictions is is up means is apartment The Mataji was studying in the Manipal Manipal College University. I think gurmaraj I think 15 years before or sometime the invested the college and told in future you'll be serving me. Mataji was shocked. Like so what what this Guru Maharaj is saying, how can I, how can I survive now? I think Mataji is now the personal care of the healing, hearing therapy and the different personal care. Mataji is taking care actually when, when I hear it like how the Guru Maharaj so just by seeing it so he'll. He'll predict what what is is is going to happen. Yeah. So I would like to hand out.

But as part of our purification I would like to speak a few glories on. So we know every spiritual master carries 1 of 1 or more Vaishnava qualities predominantly. So our spiritual master carries the mercifulness as the most predominant quality. So this we can see saying most of the senior devotees like Guru Maharaj is ready to give initiation to a dying person. Even though he doesn't know, he doesn't know the background of the person, what karma is carrying or whether he is following for regulative principles or not. But he is ready to give initiation to him. So he has lot of compassion and mercy on the people like he want to take them back to Krishna. And also I heard like one of the member was asking Guru Maharaj saying I. I keep on falling often in my spiritual path. So for that Guru Maharaj was saying then it's time for you to take initiation. See how much merciful our spiritual master is. And and also one one of the general instruction he has given to all the gristas. Like he. I mean he went across one of the GR valley and he saw the altar. So there they were worshiping which we were seeing in Mayapur. So he was saying like for gruhastas it's better to worship Lakshmi. So it is a general instruction for all of our Gulhastas. And also many of us might be having the question like we are not in proximity for Guru Maharaj. We don't have the facility to talk with him. We don't associate often with him physically. So one of the pastime happened with one of the prominent disciple of Guru Maharaj. He was sharing in his throwback Thursday sessions. Like both the couple got the opportunity to meet Guru Maharaj in their home. So they wanted to extend a full time physical association with Gur Maharaj leaving as a all day services. So in the process the serving food to Guru Maharaj was delayed which disappointed Guru Maharaj. And Guru Maharaj said you must have coordinated it properly. Rather having my physical association, you must have focused on your circles. See, that's what his intention is. Even though many of us must be disappointed like we don't have near association with Guru Maharaj but. But what he is expecting from all of us is you carry out whatever services your authority, your temple authority is saying to you that really pleases me. Instead of you being in coming to me and serving. If you get that opportunity of serving me, that's well and good. But you are if you don't have that chance, better to serve whatever the services given by your authority that really pleases me. And one of the. Recently in our summer vacation we went to Mayapur. There we got association of one of Guru Mahara's servant. That Madi was saying like many people from overseas and within India, they come and settle in Mayapur irrespective of climatic changes like Ganga flood. Sometime famine comes and various other changes happens in Mayapur. But still there is to stay here because of only four reasons she was saying one is Panchitatva one is Narasingade and Rajapur Jagannath and one is Jaipattaka swam Maharashtra. She was saying that it is because out of love towards Jpataka swam in Guru Maharaj. We all are risking ourselves to stay here. Be it we are well settled in our career wise, well settled financially in our hometowns. But still we take this risk because out of love and compassion that Guru Maharaj is showing on us. That's how he cares for the devotee and major stress Guru Maharaj tells his devotee care. This practically I have seen in our congregation recently one of the family was taking full time devotion in our congregation. So they went and cross checked with Guru Maharaj and I have seen. I mean they were sharing like every part be it financial part, whether it is their free will you are planning to do full time or the temple is asking you or forcing you to do how much you have settled even in figures. Guru Maharaj was asking how much you have backup financially. Whether it will help you in your health crisis in your age when you are aged and whether your children are well settled and whether temple is giving the service which you are liking to do. So many questions Guru Maharaj was asking in the email and until he. I mean he.

That's that.

That shows how much he was concerned towards devotees. So devotee care is the major stress Guru Maharash was telling us to even follow. Thank you. Hare Krishna. Dear devotees, please accept my humble obeisances. When I was asked to glorify Guru Maharaj I was very, very nervous as to how somebody like me who's utterly unqualified because I have not even realized a drop of the ocean of greatness of Guru Maharaj. How can I glorify Guru Maharaj yet this is a very glorious seva, very glorious opportunity and I'm very, very thankful to Guru Maharaj and is gone Whitefield Sarnath Prabhuji for giving me this opportunity for my own purification and for the pleasure of Guru Maharaj. Guru Maharaj is like an infinite father. Despite having close to 1 lakh disciples were initiated, sheltered or aspiring. So that number is pretty huge. He is having a very, very personal connect with everyone because he takes on the responsibility of a spiritual master very seriously and takes that responsibility of engaging us all in the eternal service of the Lord. I'd like to share some of my experiences in this journey. From the time that I took shelter of Guru Maharaj, he has been holding my hand like a parent, holds that of a toddler, teaching me every day how to walk on this path of bhakti, how to serve the Lord and his devotees. Guru Maharaj is exemplary in his achar, inspiring us through his Guru Nishtha, somebody who has defied death many, many times. Actually we can't say death because he is not an ordinary human being but negotiated with the Lord several times to be here amongst us just for one thing, to be able to fulfill the instructions of his spiritual master Srila Prabhupada for nothing else, defying death. He's teaching us compassion towards all living entities through his preaching endeavors. And he's preaching in any circumstances of health. He's preaching in all places, whether it's airports, hospitals, initiating devotees or people who are on their deathbed. Such mercy is just unfathomable when it comes to preaching. He is also helping me and all of us who are here in our preaching endeavors. He is the one who's actually preaching through us at the time of my initiation two years back, I lacked any taste in hearing Chaitanya Charitamrit. But it is solely due to the mercy of Guru Maharaj because he has realized the nectar of all those pastimes, that by hearing him talk about these pastimes, I'm able to develop some taste and clearing off the jaundice that I have so that I can understand the sweetness of the Lord. Actually, it is so wonderful that it's not just his recent lectures. So he's obviously been talking, giving classes on Chaitanya Charitamrit for the past few years. But even before that, when I hear some very old lectures from the mid-1980s, he is talking of God Leela and his. His lectures are so nectarian and, and full of ecstasy. Thank you, Guru Maharaj. Thank you so much. This year I was in Mayapur Dham for Guru Maharaj's 70, 75th Vyas Puja. Of course, Guru Maharaj couldn't be there personally because of his health situations, but there, through all the lectures, I understood that Guru Maharaj, while he's not physically present in Mayapur at that time, he's actually there in each and every brick of Mayapur. Because he's the one who has built Mayapur very lovingly over the years, very painstakingly with his sweat and blood, he has toiled so hard to get even the slightest of funds. In the initial days, he got the instruction that he has to develop Mayapur. But Mayapur was a village and it was not so easy to develop Mayapur. It was very easy to get funds for building a temple in Kolkata. But building a temple in Mayapur was not easy because everybody was saying, who will come to a village? Who will go to a village? Why are we spending so much of funds there? But Guru Maharaj, he wanted to follow that instruction and he toiled very, very hard to get every penny to be able to build the beautiful Dham of Mayapur that he has given us as a gift. In one of his lectures, which was on his Vyas Puja day earlier, he had said that Mayapur is our eternal home. And look at the beautiful gift that our Father has given us. He has given us our eternal home by developing Mayapur. So when I was there for Vyas Puja, I was obviously, you know, hearing about Guru Maharaj and in consciousness of Guru Maharaj praying full day for his good health. Another incident which has had happened was that for the past six months before that, there was something that I was struggling with in my mind because there was A certain incident where behavior of a few devotees had caused me some hurt and I was not able to forget that or take it off my mind. As I was celebrating Vyas Puja that day and I was absorbed in prayers for Guru Maharaj, something wonderful happened. Guru Maharaj, you know, personally felt. I personally felt that Guru Maharaj came and gave me a wonderful realization. And he taught me what should be our mood towards other devotees. Where he made me realize that everyone who is serving Prabhupada Srila Prabhupada and his mission is all glorious and worthy of all respect. And he also made me realize that we should all cooperate together with everyone in ISKCON irrespective of who their spiritual master is. And he was giving me this realization. And especially if they are not your God brothers or God sisters, they are even more worthy of respect because for all of us who are his disciples, you know, we are very much inspired by Guru Maharaj telling us to make Bangalore the first Krishna conscious city. But for everybody else who is not his direct disciple, they are even more glorious because they are also working so hard to fulfill his desire. So that was the realization that Guru Maharaj gave me. And it took off a very big heavy load from my heart. And I thought it energized me in a way that I would be able to fulfill Guru Maharaj's instructions better. So I wanted to share this personal experience because I thought it was a very special birthday return gift that he gave me that day. And I thought it is something which is very worthy of sharing with all of us as we work together and cooperate with each other in fulfilling Guru Maharaj's instructions of making Bangalore the first Krishna conscious city. Praying for Guru Maharaj's good health. And if the Lord so pleases, may he stay with us for many, many years to come. Keep inspiring us, keep holding our hands. Because we are still just learning to walk and seeking Guru Maharaj's blessings for all of us from ISKCON Whitefield so that we may all cooperate very well with each other and fulfill his instructions. And Matajis, please accept my humble obeisances to your lotus feet. I am Namashana Simma and I just want to share my experience how Maharaj changed my life and My dad's life. So in past six months I had met through three major accidents where first I had a very major spine injury and through which I had a surgery also. At that time, daily in the hospital, I used to feel very sad. And I used to think that why Krishna is making me suffer everything. And then I used to, whenever I used to open my YouTube channel, I used to see Maharaj's videos and I got inspired. And then again I started to chant 16 rounds. And after that I met with another accident. Accident broke my one arm. Then again, after seeing Maharaj itself, I started to continue my sadhana. Then I broke my leg. The whole skin of my right foot was shattered out. Then again by Maharaj blessings itself. I was able to continue my sadhana by seeing this. My father, who was an atheist, he started to trust Maharaj and he started to chant every day. And every day he chants two rounds of Hare Krishna Maha Mantra. And even he wishes to take initiation from Maharaj also. And because of Maharaj's lecture and because of Maharaj's inspiration, I recently got sheltered by His Holiness Bhaktivedika Swami Guru Maharaj. And recently around a month back, I made a Rithvik devotee to join ISKCON ICC Bangalore, that is which is near Kumar Swami Layout itself. And now my Guru Maharaj has instructed me to preach all the Ritviks in the Bangalore. Because in my society there are a lot of Rittvik devotees. So this is my mission for right now. And I hope Maharaj will bless me and bless my father Also, who is 56 years old who was a atheist. And now he started to trust Krishna, he started to chant, he started to read Bhagavad Gita everything. And even he prays for Maharaj health daily. Even I do pray for Maharaj's health daily. Because Maharaj is the whole and soul inspiration for us. And this was my experience with Maharaj. Because Maharaj has inspired me lot and lot. Whenever I am down that time, I do more and more of chanting. So I don't know that I am supposed to pray for Maharaj health or not. Because I am a disciple, filtered disciple of other Guru. If I can pray for Maharaj's health, then please let me know. Then I will contribute something which is under my capacity for Maharaj's good health. Prabhuji. Hare Krishna Prabhuji. That's it. So I've heard Guru Maharaj recite this prayer every day before every class, especially the Chaitanya Leela classes which Guru Maharaj concluded a couple of months back. And I also stand before you here reciting the same prayers so that my unintelligent self can speak a few words in glory of Guru Maharaj who is an ocean of transcendental qualities. So I tried to capture Guru Maharaj's mood and mission through this poem that I had written. So just recite that. On Kamuda Ekadashi and all over auspicious day in Milwaukee appeared a great soldier, Lord Chaitanya's eternal associate, longest serving Sannyasi to date. Srila Prabhupada's victory flag in Geet he were the 26 qualities of a Vaishnava embodied. Your dedication towards Srila Prabhupada's instructions and enthusiasm beyond physical limitations. Your extended stay in this material world is ever awe inspiring as your Leela unfurled with over 50,000 disciples under your shelter. We are grateful for your mercy and compassion forever. Over 100,000 books a month in distribution. Learnt, adopted and taught. Farming and cultivation. Temple of Vedic planetary construction. Ensuring Brahmacharis and Rehasa's accommodation. Distributing Prasadam within 10 miles for nourishment. Working towards Navadvip Mandal development, revival of holy places and temple establishment. Unlimited preaching and constant encouragement. Whether in Bengal or Bengaluru, in Kannada or Canada, you rescue devotees not only drowning in the Ganga but also in the Bhavasagar. Being a walking Bhagavat yourself, you are pursuing degrees to set an example for us and to rid us of our material disease. Hearing Bhagavatam from a walking Bhagavat is nectar. And Chaitanya Leela from his eternal associate can't get any better. To never give up. You teach by your own example and shower us with your magnanimity. Ample I, a lowly soul, fall at your lotus feet with a vow to dedicate every heartbeat only to serve you and work for your pleasure. For you have given me the Bhakti Lata beach, the greatest treasure. So we have all heard about the open secret that Guru Maharaj is an eternal associate of Lord Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. And it's beyond our comprehensive comprehension. How fortunate we are to be under the shelter of an eternal associate of Mahu and Guru Maharaj is spreading the mercy of the mercy incarnation everywhere in whatever condition he may be in and to everyone without reservation, without discrimination, to the doctors, nurses, patients in the hospital and whom not so. And Guru Maharaj has mercifully accepted over 50,000 disciples under his shelter. And not only that, he also takes care of the disciples of His Holiness Bhakti Tirtha Maharaj and His Holiness Bhakti Charu Maharaj. And also he has extended his help to the disciples of His Holiness Gopakrishna Swami Maharaj. So the responsibility that he has to bear and his devotee care spirit is just unimaginable. And having said that, as disciples also we have a responsibility towards Guru Maharaj. I recall how Srila Prabhupada used to this example in the context of being close to one's guru. He said that disciples should be close to their guru but not the way like a mosquito, mosquito which is sitting on a guru's body and giving him pain by sucking his blood. And we all know that Guru has to suffer for disciples wrongdoings. In fact, Guru Maharaj also stated this very recently and he's requesting us all to follow our initiation vows and avoid offenses, especially Vaishnava Pradh. And another point that Guru Maharaj made a few years ago, perhaps he also reiterated it during COVID 19 pandemic that a lot of devotees take devotional service and Guru for granted. And he mentioned how some of Srila Prabhupada's disciples did not realize the importance of Srila Prabhupada until he left for the spiritual world. And it was too late. So we should not be in that situation. So now let us all meditate on the fact that Guru Maharaj has extended his stay on this planet and pray to their lordships so that if they so desire, they protect Guru Maharaj so that we can have his association longer.
