For a congregational chanting and prayers and to hear about Guru Maharaj glorifications. Though I don't have any qualification, but I have taken up this seva so that we can all get together to serve Guru Maharaj and pray for him. As we all know, Guru Maharaj is one of his kind, very unique personality. He has done so much for us. We all as a God family feel so proud of our Guru Maharaj's achievements and our Guru Maharaj. I think it's time for us now to make Guru Maharaj feel proud being the disciples. So let's all come together and carry that same moat that Guru Maharaj has love for Krishna and intensely pray together for the good health and speedy recovery. The program as we already put it in the JSS group will have an introduction followed by Japa and a Guru Puja. After that we'll have a Narasimha Kavacha and also Dhanvantri Mantra. And finally we'll close by Narasimha prayer also. So this is the agenda. Basically we hand it over to Guru Prabhu who will be doing the Japa session. So we continue with our program which is the next stage of a program is to hear glorification of Guru Maharaj. Something that we look forward to delve into the mood of Guru Maharaj to understand Guru Maharaj better. And thus we'll be able to serve him better and give him pleasure in that way. All goes to Gul Maharaj and. And his. We are looking for his health recovery as soon as possible. And that is possible by all our. The quality of our chanting and quality of our life dealing with the daily life with Kishto consciousness. And that makes Maharaj make more stronger that that what he wants. When I was reading Srila Prabhupada's books and lectures and all that so is I found once somebody asked Srila Prabhupada I.e. that Guru Maharaj, his spiritual master is a normal general person. Or what Prabhupada is telling is Guru Maharaj spiritual master has got a three special quality. They are not. They're not normal as we see is a normal person because of. Because of he is connected with Krishna. So Sri Prabhupada is telling these three qualities. It's called a Sadhan Siddha, Kripa Siddha and Nitya Siddha. Sadhan Siddha means who is, who is, who is taken. He is connected with the Guru Paramparam, Sadhana Siddha, Kripa Siddha who has attained perfection by the special mercy of Krishna and the n. From the beginning of his life. He's. He's not a general normal public. He's. He's. He's connected already. He's planned by the Krishna and given so much power, so much much so much things to do. And he's doing unlimited, unlimited activities which is not a human being can do that. So my request is to everybody we should be chanting very very carefully and with the. With the full attention with no any personal motivation that I am chanting for this, for this, for that. No, this chanting means for the name of the Lord. That's we are chanting and we are keeping four regulatory principles very very carefully so that will make us first of all we are spiritual Master is always with his disciple. Always. Whenever we have taken the initiation. The day of the initiation. When I. When I first time I initiated in the first in. In the Melman Mahaprabhu Mandir and that the Yagya was happening inside the temple. Nowadays this is happening other upstairs and outside. And all that before that used to be happening inside the temple. And he immediately after the finishing he asked. He asked me to beg. Because we have to beg for Krishna, for Guru Maharaj to give him back something. So we had. I was. We were all fasting and all that. And then we start begging. We going to the outside and all the devotees where were coming. So many people came. And I just beg big for everybody. And I have collected. I'm not sure around. I'm not sure about 700, something like that. And when I came to chant in front of Radhavalava first time after initiation, my body was steering. And that time Achintra Brahmataji was serving inside the temple. I said Mataji, what is happening in my body? Mataji said immediately he said, you are connected with Krishna by your Guru Maharaj. So this is a unique opportunity for this life. We got it Guru Maharaj. And. And we have to have to beg everybody every time you have to beg asking that please pray for him. Please pray for him. So whenever, wherever I go, whatever I can do it. I just. Just ask everybody do it. I am doing it myself. You will be doing all together which is. Which is very good. Like it's on Kirtan movement happening like when we chant is a powerful effect will happen with everybody. So I'm requesting everybody please, please, please, please do the maintaining ourselves. Truthfully as a. As Prabhupada given us the instruction. Guru Maharaj given us the connection directly. We are connected with the. With the. With the power powerhouse which is very rare of this life to get it in Kali Yuga somebody connected with the powerhouse which is extremely powerful. I was reading other day in Srimad Bhagavatam it is saying a person take birth even in Bharat in India. Now it is called India. That is Bharat versa. It is written in the who have taken birth in. In India. They are so fortunate because of this is the holy land. And we are connected with the real, real powerhouse of Krishna's mercies which is connected with the Pindavan Maha Mahaprabhu. You know, in Mayapur yesterday I was. Yesterday I was connected with this. Some. Some mantra. It is telling Brazendra Nandan see Sachi Sachi Suta. He is the topmost person wrote it. It is. And. And it is. I found it yesterday again that it is. Saying we are connected is so, so perfect. Perfect connection with the Lord in this lifetime. Please we will pray ourselves with full heartedly with complete surrendering to this holy name and the. And the lotus feet of. Thank you very much.

Attracts everyone to Lord Krishna. Ultimately. So Guru Maharaj used to visit Melbourne. Most of the time we will be concentrating on meeting people different. Different. Bringing some people for having meeting with Guru Maharaj. Guru Maharaj always insists. Always insists that whenever we bring anyone so he talks to them. He gives his time. Actually this he doesn't mind like overcomes and he immediately gives them some time. And he always keeps one book called Keep in Touch. Like one book always. He writes in that book about if you want to. If you don't want to keep touch with me. So then he writes his name. And so this is the way the devotee care starts like that. So Guru Maharaj always used to enthuse everyone and also keeping in touch with the devotees and then writes them the email or. Because even I remember when way back in 1992 91, Guru Maharaj wrote a letter. Actually at that time emails were not very familiar or not that frequent like what we have today. So he used to write a letter also. So at least he always keeps in touch with devotees. Always. He makes a point that the disciples are always aware of what is going on. So that is very wonderful. Maharaj. Guru Maharaj wants everyone to be updated what is happening. So this way we all, nowadays we have all the WhatsApp groups are there and different more advanced ways of communication. But Guru Maharaj's mood is always how to keep in touch with devotees. So here we normally in Sunday feast time we will sometimes we ignore some people. Guru Maharaj always goes and goes to talks to everyone. Actually we will think this person is practically useless, no point in talking to him. But Guru Maharaj doesn't leave anyone like that. He will go to that particular person whom we thought that it's not worth talking. He will be talking to them and he will be spending time with them and enthusing them. So this is a greatest quality. There are many greatest qualities, but this is one of the greatest qualities. How Guru Maharaj gives care for each and everyone. And that way he is enthusing everyone so that we can be somehow helping in fulfilling Srila Prabhupada's mission. So Guru Maharaj is so humble. He always asks devotees at the time of initiation what we can, how we can help Guru Maharaj to fulfill Srila Prabhupada's mission. Guru Maharaj can do one. He's personally doing so many things, but still out of of his humility, he's asking us also, okay, which way you want to contribute, which way you want to help in serving Srila Prabhupada's mission. So this is wants to engage everyone in the service of the Lord. So these are all the qualities so which we can meditate on. And also Guru Maharaj, we need Guru Maharaj's association somehow we can pray to the Lord and as Srila Prabhupada mentioned, so we have Guru Maharaj has a great desire to the tovp, the installation and the deity installation. So we have that context. We can pray to the Lord so that Guru Maharaj's health gets better and recovers well. So that he can completely fulfill all his Prabhupada's instructions and completely fulfill that order. Order given by Srila Prabhupada. Now, thank you very much, Ravikula Prabhu, for giving me an opportunity to speak on this Glo GR Global Prayer Meet Melbourne chapter. So I want to, I want to go, I mean, touch upon the recent health updates which we are receiving and what Guru Maharaj is going through in those updates. You know, we get a lot of information like his different issues on the health, like fluid retention, stomach pain, abdominal bloating, then Fitzula surgery, dialysis and all. So now if you, if you see these of the, these ailments or issues in itself pose a big challenge. In itself, each of them is a big challenge and almost obstructs the devotional service in a normal sense, what we are in. But if we see Guru Maharaj, he is on a different platform. He is preaching at any opportunity he gets.

He gives clicker to the nurses, doctors, visiting guests and also he attends meeting. So he is on a different platform whereas the doctors, they are attending to the, you know, clinical side or the bodily functions. So this really clearly shows that obstacles, obstructions are challenges cannot obstruct Guru Maharaj in his devotional service. That's one of the realizations I had. And of course the second purpose of this updates, the second purpose of these updates are now we have to maintain the tempo of our prayers. The tempo should be at least sustained at the current level or it can be, you know, we can increase, you know, that's very important. And we have been doing all over the world standard Narasimhadeva prayers and nursing, Kavacha prayers, Dhanvantri prayers and other extra offerings is going on. And throughout Bhagavatam we learn that prayers are very effective and dependable to get what we want. Because prayers pleases Krishna as well as attracts him. So he cannot go past, you know, like even in modern context we do some petitions on Facebook or somewhere, you know, to get results. What we want now we want Guru Maharaj to be with us as long as possible and then continue our. His mission of preaching and expansions. So these prayers will help us definitely. And we should keep, keep as Charu Chaitanya mentioned that we should increase it from current level and then Krishna will definitely, you know, have a look into that. Krishna reserves the right for whatever decision he takes in a way. And that's one glorification from my side and then second one, what I was seeing again through the media releases, Guru Maharaj stresses on Guru's expectations. The disciples should either meet or exceed. Which in the recent one of the newsletters it was mentioned that Prabhupada told Guru Maharaj that he should have at least 50,000 disciples. So at that time it was a big task, task. But we know Guru Maharaj has determined and he has exceeded that 50,000 target. He is going on further and further. So similarly, now we have to help Guru Maharaj. And Guru Maharaj requests at the time of first initiation, after the four regulative principles are promised, Guru Maharaj asks a very simple, you know, request that can you help me in my preaching? That's what he will ask. And we should all commit to that. And this does not mean that one should go up to the level of Guru Maharaj or near about and strive hard. Multi city travel, multi country travel. So what Gur Maharaj says, stay wherever you are situated within the confinement of your current situation and within your ability. You start practicing Ka consciousness and start preaching Krishna consciousness and try to expand. That's what he is expecting. And imagine 50,000 disciples or more do this. That itself is a great strength for Gur Maharaj and it brings immense pleasure to him. And Gur Maharaj also in one of the newsletters he said, be a part of 10,000 year project. This is not a one project, small project or a seven year project. It's a 10,000 year project. And he is pleading all of us to be a part of this 10,000 project. 10,000 year project. So why not? And then one of the newsletters again I read that Guru Maharaj is already having a future vision in succession planning. So he mentioned that some of his disciples should become Guru and then start initiating. So in that direction he has already mentioned two disciples, I.e. chaitanya Chandracharan Swami as well as Gauranga Prema Swami. They have already started initiation. And he said, slowly and slowly this will increase. And he himself will slowly and slowly decrease taking initiated disciples. However, he also mentioned very clearly that currently the status quo will continue. So I would like to, I would like to connect myself during the last visit of Guru Maharaj. I want to connect my personal association with Guru Maharaj. As soon as the Guru Maharaj came out of the contest gate, Mahavarava Prabhu called me and said you to take charge of this wheelchair driving right from the Qantas Gate up to the car where Vallabha Gaura Sundara was waiting to take over. So I was very glad to take over. That Service to take up that service. I was also afraid, you know, all of us, it was a sudden, you know, that sudden offering and I took it. I was afraid, you know, whether I may commit mistake or how I. I will drive the wheelchair and all. So as I was driving the wheelchair up through the center of the, you know, Ailey, there many people were watching. Guru Maharaj was, you know, sometimes stopping, giving prasadam or flower garlands or darshan is going on. So those of you who know the Melbourne airport in the domestic terminal, when you arrive, the. The surface is not flat. You know, it goes flat for some time, some distance, and then there is a small descent there and then again it goes flat and then you have to descend. So that means you go down the ramp. While I was going down the ramp, I was struggling, you know, the gravity is pulling and I have to pull back the chair and maintain the constant velocity. So I was struggling. So after one ramp, second ramp, Guru Maharaj stopped and he said, whenever you descent, go downhill. So you reverse me and then go so that that way you will be safe and I will be safe. That's what struck me. He said, keep me safe and you be safe. So I got a realization that he said like that you be safe and keep me safe. So that we together keep the flag fluttering and going at a high velocity forward. You know, Jayapataka Swami, flag has to be always fluttering and going forward at high velocity claiming, you know, so many fallen souls on the way. So that's, that's how I, I end my thanks everybody. And then is there any time available for Chandra Valabi to say a few words or it's full?

All glories to Srila Gurudev. So I was highly impressed by the. Even at this condition of Guru Maharaj's health condition, he's still so much inspired to install the Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's footsteps in all the places, holy places that Chaitan Mahaprabhu visited in Vrindavandha. And his desire was so strong and he came all the way. And he did accomplish it just that his health was little bit down, but all his servants did do that. And also even at this age, age and condition, Guru Maharaj is so much determined to do the Shastric study. And very recently he had got the Bhakti Shastri. And also very soon he also got Bhakti Vaibhava. This itself is Showing by his example that how keen. And he really wants his disciples to take up reading the Shastra very seriously. And he's showing by his own example, even at this condition of his life where his health is giving so many challenges to him. So these are all the indications that we have to take this very, very seriously. And just when Guru Maharaj comes, we just serve. That's very good. Good vapu service. But also the most important is vani service. Because always that is eternally there with us. And for what he has given, we have to. Now it's our turn to give him back what he has given. So we all have to take this very seriously and follow the instructions and all the initiation vows we promised during the time of initiation. And also following the four regulative principles and chanting Gayatri Mantra. Everything we have to do very, very seriously for what he has given so much. Now it's our turn to give him back. Thank you. I'm sorry, I'm just a little bit sick with my throat. So I might have a bout. But I've kept things ready just in case. Thank you for the opportunity, Prabhu. And I was just meditating on a few qualities. Few. There's can't count the qualities of Guru Maharaj. But I was going to focus on four things today. One is his munificity. Can you hear me, Prabhu?

One is his munificiency and his mercy. One is his vision that Ananda Vallabh Prabhu touched on as well. One is his memory. Incredible memory for detail. And one is a strong desire to serve Srila Prabhupada. But I'll start with beautifully how Charity Chaitanya Prabhu explained about that quality. The mercy of Guru Maharaj. To just let you know that there in. I'm going back to 1981, 82, when in Bangalore I had not. None of us in the family except my brother Maharaj had received initiation from Guru Maharaj. But we were actively preaching from door to door, giving the Sankirtan cards and asking people to chant 108 rounds. So he came. There was a pandal program just opposite our home in Indiranagar and Guru Maharaj came for that program. But then he said he wanted to come in and meet the family. So he came into my. Into our home and he was. He went straight and he came with another Maharaj at that time who was also the zonal secretary. And he came straight to the deity room where my mother was an ardent Shakti worshipper, Devi worshiper. And then our DD room was full. Like, we had so many photographs of, you know, the different lords and the deities and all of it. And Gurmarj said, you know, he's so tall. So he went right inside and he went into the room and he said, you got a supermarket of. Of the lords here. How wonderful if you can bring Sri Sri Gornitai and put them right in the middle there. Which he did because there was the Sankirtan deities of Badra Charu. Prabhu came to our home after a couple of years as well. But he was so merciful that our whole family are disciples of Gurmaraj. But just to think that he took the time to actually come inside the home and actually inspire us in the service that we're doing was his minificiency is just unbelievable. The next one I'd like to talk about is his vision is so broad and it's so. It's so broad as like a big umbrella. He talks about, you know, how the. How he can benefit anyone and everyone in this whole wide world. Reminds me of Vasudeva Datta who was instructed by his Guru Maharaj not to give the mantra to others. And how he went on top and he said, here is a mantra. Everybody, if I go to hell, doesn't matter. And everybody can go back home, back to Godhead. His Munif. His vision is so broad. He wants everybody to come and at the lotus feet of Lord Chaitanya. His attention to detail, his memory is so amazing. I remember at the madrasratiyatra once in. In the late 80s, he. He spotted a Mataji very far away who was chanting like near the rat. And he went to her. After he chanted, he inquired who she is and how many rounds she chants and all of that. And then he gave her his mercy. And afterwards again about, you know, eight, nine years later in the Rathi Yatra, he spotted her in the crowd and he called her and he said, how are you? How many rounds are you chanting now? How is your husband? And he remembered every single detail that she had related. I just find that his attention to detail is amazing. My second sister, Shyamalabha was one Day walking from the temple on her own. And he. He was doing his evening walks at that time, 1988, and he stopped and he said to her, shyam, why are you walking alone? And he asked one of the. The people who were walking with him to walk with her. And he told her about, you know, take care during this pregnancy, you know, what you're doing. And he gave her some instructions around what she should do to. To be well. Yes, his strong desire to serve Srila Prabhupada. The other devotees have explained so beautifully how you can serve, how you can help me preach what Srila Prabhupada wanted. One such instruction he also gave me was to do some more study in my life, to actually do some work with my poor and the education. So I can see how he is serving Srila Prabhupada even in such condition that his body. But it is. He's so transcendental to his body that he. He actually, he's just not. Doesn't. This is something that we can learn from him. I have a lot of difficulty with my health as well. But the one thing that pushes me is Gurmaraj's. I'm inspired by Guru Maharaj's work that he does with so many difficulties he has with his body. That is something I'm pursuing. I'm pursuing my studies so that I can do some more work in Sridharmapur or you know, to bring education in a place in. In. In any context. I just want to talk about, you know, one little thing that I had written long time ago as an offering. So I'll just read that and conclude. I beg the dear Sila Guru Maharaj. I beg to humbly pray your jeweled instructions to always recall. Please grant me that from your divine lotus feet may I never fall for a dark and deary place for me would be this, this earth if you had not appeared in it. A song of my life would have lost its mirth if you weren't there to begin it. No devotional service Like a creeper to grow, to make my stone like heart surrender. Who else would engage in my. Who else would engage my crazy mind? None but you, only you, so gentle and tender. My bewildered soul would have to burn and cruel material nature grow more inhuman and the conditioned souls to whom would they turn Forgetting his purpose, man would become less than man. My life would indeed lose its charm if there were no Guru Maharaj to begin it. Surely a doleful place for me would be this earth if you had not appeared in it. Oh father, from frothing cauldrons brewing material desires you saved me your touch of knowledge dispelling the illusion so that I could see thus for eons of lifetimes to come. Please help me erase my misfortune away. Dear father, please overlook countless blunders of this pretender so meek and let me serve and let let my service and shelter be always at your lotus feet.

Thank you for the opportunity to speak few words glorifying our Guru Maharaj Gurmaraj Kijay. I would like to touch few few of his qualities where I have come across personally come across with him recently when I met him in Mayapur for the meeting Gurumaj was insisting on, he asked me a question what degree you have? So I was taken aback. I don't know what to answer. If you're asking about my personal material degree or something. Then he said like Bhakti Shastri, Bhakti Vaibhava, Bhakti Vedanta, what degree you have? Why? I told Guru Mah, yes, we have completed Bhakti Vaibhava, Guru Mah. Then he said, you know, I have completed Bhakti Vedanta. Yeah. I said, yes, yes Guru Maharaj, I'm aware of that. Have you got the certificate? I asked him, he said, I don't know. He asked the secretary, I don't know when I will get. Can you check? Is it going to be big like before Bhakti Vaibhava? He said, yeah, I don't know but they may give something in the next few days. So Gomaj is insisting on us as disciple that we should systematically study the Prabhupada's books and get to it rather than systematic study and obtain proper qualification or degrees for us to preach and imbibe in our life. The other one is he's a GBC of few zones which are where not very rich, not very popular, not very rich. They Bangladesh, West Bengal, some remote areas, Sri Lanka, South America. So he took it. I. What I understood is that Gurmaj voluntarily took These zones under him, knowing that they are not very rich. But he wanted to go there and preach and develop those temples and the congregation, even the feast. What we collect from these temple, Gurmaj pays out of his pocket. He says, I will pay for them. No need to. They can't afford to pay. But he pays on his own and he pays on time every time without asking any reminder. In this, in this condition also he does that one. His leadership qualities we can never imagine. He's still the TOVP exhibits director. The TOVP is coming up for the past 15 years and it will take another few years to get, get over. He is the, he is a director of exhibits. So, so much exhibits they are trying to bring in and they are trying to because there is no precedence. This is the first time they are doing all these projects. And every now and then they. And he attends meeting in zoom in person. Even during the GBC meetings. He does one meeting until six. Then he goes, takes a refreshment. One hour, one hour break. Then seven to nine. CPO Child protection office meeting. Then he gives Chaitanya Leela class again meeting. It goes on till midnight. So he spent so much time in this, this condition also. He spent so much time towards developing Prabhupada's project, Prabhupada's vision. Prabhupada, as Mataji said clearly he has got lots of vision and that keeps him going, keeping, keeping him busy. And he always cares for the, the devotee. Like when I, when, when I go. He has given me the 12, 10, 12 years back guru Maharaj gave me the service of treasury in Mayapur. And he said, he asked me, do you really want to take Guru Mahj with your blessing? Yes, I can. Then he said, you know how difficult is this service. I said with your blessing, I think I can do well. Gurmaj, please. Then he said, okay, take this service. From that day onwards every, every meeting, whenever, every I meet him in the meetings. He is very. He remember everything what happened in 10 years, 12 years back. And he keeps even to the minute word. He remembers and he recollects, oh that long back you said like this. And even for all the like, we are all volunteers. All the volunteers. He gives a gift at the end of the meetings. He personally gives gifts from. He collects from Mayapur local produce, local items, Mayapur famous items. And he collects them. He puts in a bag and he individually hands over to each one of the participants. That's about 100 people will be there. He waits and he gives for Shiv everyone. Whenever I come after the meetings, when I say Gurmaj, I'm leaving for Melbourne, he says, have you got the gift? Have you got the gift? You know. Yes Gurmaj, you only gave me the gift a few days back. Yes. So that much. He takes care of everyone irrespective of who we are. And not only his disciples. Whomever he meets, he inquires about their well being, their spiritual well being and how best he can help them. That is what is his mode. And even when I took Brahman initiation few years before, the instruction he gave me is whatever your temple Brahman.
