Lecture by Jayapataka Swami (YouTube video) discussing categories and qualities of devotees and the stimuli that inspire loving service to Krishna. The speaker contrasts general and special uddipana (stimuli) — e.g., flute/horn sound, smiling glance, lotus marks on Krishna’s feet, tulasi on his feet, prasada, charanamrita — and references Bhakti Rasamrita Sindhu (citation: 3.2.59). The chunk also contains opening classroom remarks and brief anecdotes illustrating devotees fainting at devotional reminders.
