Short excerpt of a spiritual talk by H.H. Jayapataka Swami explaining that selfless service in spiritual life produces unlimited spiritual blessings. He emphasizes the collective, team-like nature of spiritual progress—gurus, supporters, and disciples all participate so that when a disciple advances, everyone who helped benefits as well.

This. Sometimes people, the material world tend to be very selfish and they always think once it is for me. But here you can see in spiritual life that although you're selflessly serving others, but nonetheless you get spiritual blessings unlimited. And how it's a kind of a team effort, whether it's a Diksha guru or a Siksha guru or Varma Kodanshak or who it is without the money facilitates the disciple to get back to Gandhi. The disciple gives back. Then all those who've been helping him, they all get a free ticket.
