A spoken lecture (YouTube) by Jayapataka Swami recounting the story of Haridas Thakura asking the Lord for a single boon. The speaker explains that, though Haridas considered himself sinful and proud, he requested the remnants of Vaishnava prasada (and related devotional items) — specifically the dust of devotees, lotus-foot water (foot-wash), and prasada remnants — which the speaker describes as extremely powerful. The passage also references Lord Caitanya’s instruction about chanting and the high value placed on devotees’ remnants even by avatars like Lord Rama.

Chapters

He was praying to the Lord that he's very sinful. He wants one boon. We were thinking what boon would he ask for? The Lord said he could give him anything he wants. If the Lord told you you can have anything, anything you want, what would you ask for? What did Hari Raj Takar ask for? He asked for Lord, I know it's very hard to achieve this. I'm very proud. But I want this thing from you. What did he ask for? He asked for the remnants of Vaishnava Prashada Plague Bhagavad said from the Chaitanya Jarrina that there are three things which are very, very, very powerful. Dust, the dust from our devotees, lotus heat, water from the devotees foot wash and the remnants from devotees Prashada. Even Lord Rama wants such a prasada. He was asking for that benediction. Lord Caitanya is acharya saying that mother 1 is a grihasta or or wairagi. If they say ha goranga ha goranga then in my life and soulma pranre. If he lives in the as a grihasta or as a vairagi. If he chants ha garanga withelia thy life and soul.
