This is a short transcript excerpt from a YouTube lecture by Jayapataka Swami titled "We Have To Be Very Careful In Our Execution Of Devotional Service." The speaker emphasizes that even advanced devotees (Uttamadhikari) can fall if they offend junior devotees (Kanishta), so all devotees must exercise humility and avoid offenses. An historical/anecdotal example is given (the father of Suta Goswami, Ramah, was removed for an offensive mentality); the speaker also underscores that the Guru represents the Lord and deserves respect.

So Previous Acharya said that even a Uttamadhikari in the lecture of devotion is mentioned. Even an Uttamadhikari can fall down from his position if he offends even a Kanishta. That means an advanced devotee can fall down even if they offend a neophyte. Advanced devotees, they should know better than to offend anyone. So they're normally very careful. So but then what to speak if that can happen to an advanced abode? He didn't want to speak of a neoplate devotee if they offend an advanced abode. So that's why we have to be very careful to avoid these offenses. The father of Sutaga Goswami Ramah, he was abruptly removed because of offensive mentality. He didn't stand up to receive validity. I don't have to stand up for anyone. But Guru is only representative of Lord. If Lord himself comes, then you have to stand up. Your ambassador. You may be the big person at embassy, but if the president of the country comes, then you become like a servant this way. Ramahashi didn't give respect and he asked him this.
