Welcome to the Prompt, I'm Jim Carter. This show guarantees tech news and updates that shape your life and future. Since it's essential now to stay on top of AI, we'll figure it out together so you don't fall behind. I'm here to explain it, offer some deep insights and spark a little curiosity along the way. If you're a techie like me, or just AI curious, hit that follow button for the advantage you deserve. Let's dive in. Hey there. Welcome back to the Prompt. I'm your host Jim Carter and I've got something really special to share with you today. Now, before we get into how I'm leveraging AI to create industry leading strategies and tools that are driving significant progress for my business and my clients, let me first give you a glimpse of what's possible with AI. I just touched down back home in LA after an absolutely mind expanding in person strategy session with my latest client for Bara Agency. I've known this client for a while. They used to be one of my one on one coaching clients. We met around the beginning of this year and they were so bought into the idea of AI but unsure about how to practically make it work in their life and business. So we went down a three month coaching path of experimentation and AI tool implementation. It brought some really eye opening perspectives to them that they hadn't considered before. I'm under an incredibly strict NDA, so I can't share specifics about the person, the industry or anything about the product we're launching. But what I can say is that towards the end of our coaching, they were so fired up about what AI could do and how it could bring a concept they'd been considering for years but weren't ready to execute on back to the forefront of their mind. We explored this app concept and I gotta tell you, not only does it have such a unique value proposition that I've never seen done before and would personally use every day, it's going to help so many people and and make such an impact. It was an absolute hell yes for me when they shared this concept and confidence and were bringing it to life with my team at Barra. So let's get into this because I promised you some tactical AI ideas that you can put into practice. The first is using AI to develop confidence in your user data. Every single business has customers. Without customers, you have no business, you have a hobby. We all know our customers are our lifeblood. When we treat those paying us well, they pay us more. For those of you that collect real qualitative customer data. I'm talking preferences, what they like, where they're hoping your brand will take them, etc. Data that typically comes in some boring form and lives in an archaic spreadsheet that we rarely look at or do anything with, and putting it to practical use. AI has a magical way of mixing it with prompts and data that you can train, putting that customer on a journey to where you want them to be and reflecting it back to them so they feel seen, heard, and most importantly, understood by your business. You'll know how to market to them, how to speak to them, and most importantly, how to sell them what your business offers. The second strategy is using AI to classify or bucket your users as intelligently as possible. When I say bucketing, picture multiple swim lanes or paths in front of you. AI can help you figure out which one you want to put a user on. Let's say you sell social media management, copywriting, and graphic design. Unless you ask questions, you don't know which of those services your customer needs most. But by collecting data and finding out their pain points, you happen to trip over the awareness of what they need best. This is easy for an expert to do on a sales call. In other words, you. But that requires your time, and your time is your most valuable asset. Imagine if you could have AI classify or place them into a bucket that you can then do anything you want with. Adjust your communication with them, whether it's marketing, copywriting, calling, texting, or emailing. The options are unlimited. Now, number three, maybe my favorite example for you. An absolutely hairbrained, wild idea that I don't know anybody else is doing, except partially one of my projects. A 100% autonomous weather podcast network that runs 24 hours a day. We started by gathering data, understanding our customer, and building a narrative and summary. We then used AI to classify what they needed most and put them into buckets. What's stopping you from creating a story out of your customers? Data completely anonymous and generating content, creating case studies, blog posts, email newsletters, even a podcast and sharing it with other potential customers. Think about this with me. Picture your ideal target customer. I'd bet you have an image in your head of your current favorite customer. And if you're anything like me, you know you need case studies, deep dives on your data 1 sheets and sales metrics about your customers. So when someone asks who you work with, you can sell them on whether or not they're your ideal fit. But we rarely take the time to do these things, and even if we do, it doesn't mean they stay fresh and relevant. Think of how powerful it could be if you're pulling a story from your data completely generated by AI. That's not only speaking about your ideal customer, it's speaking to your ideal customer. When we hit this idea, I nearly fell back in my chair. You better believe I'm starting to work on this myself. These are the three biggest ways AI is going to play a massive part in one of the coolest, most impactful projects I'm so fired up about working on this year. My goal is to share everything fresh that works for me so you can stay ahead of the curve and outpace your competition that's too afraid to step into working with AI. I hope you found these ideas, strategies and concepts helpful. If one resonated with you, do me a favor, post about it and tag me so more people can try something that resonates with them in this insanely fast paced, rapidly evolving world of AI. Because I'm telling you, there's room for all of us to win in a brand new industry that's in no way saturated and is all of ours for the taking. Thank you for being here and listening. Don't forget to share this with your friends and shoot me a DM on the one thing you're going to try next. And by the way, if you're one of the 70 plus members of my private AI Slack community, I'm going to be posting examples like the prompts and workflows of how I put these into practice over the coming months. If you haven't joined the community yet, unfortunately you missed enrollment because as of May 15th it's available by waitlist only. I'm only opening it up once in a while based on demand so that I can make sure I have the capacity to serve its members. I'd love more than anything to have you in there with us the next time I open it. If you want to learn about it and get on the waitlist, head over to fastfoundations.com/drop your email and you'll be the first to know when I open it up again. Alright, I appreciate you. Thank you so much for tuning in. Let's keep exploring the rapidly transformative world of AI together. I'll see you next time.
