This is a first-person on-the-ground transcript of the YouTube video "2011 Ironman Hawaii Underwear Run" (uploaded/created by Jeffrey Jaime, CISSP, Oct 6, 2011). Host Ben Greenfield interviews participants from locations including TrainingPeaks, Coeur d'Alene (Idaho), Germany, Sweden, Japan, and Orange County (California), showcases outfits, and records event elements: raffles (paddle board prize), a humorous pledge about resisting the 'evil garment', a mass start with 'probably over a thousand people', and group warm-ups/calisthenics with heart-rate checks (one utterance '200'). The tone is casual, playful, and promotional—documenting a charity-themed, minimal-clothing fun run associated with Ironman Hawaii.
