Hey, Ben Greenfield here. As I have mentioned on podcast, one of the things that I do a couple of mornings a week is I go outside in my underwear and I foam roll. Why my underwear, you ask? Just because clothing can catch on a foam roller. So anyways, what I'm holding in my hands may appear to be just any old foam roller, but it's not. Upon closer inspection, you can see that it has ridges in it. And upon even closer inspection, you can see that it has an on off button on it. What is that on off button for, you ask? Well, let's find out. This bad boy is called the Hyperice. So flip it on and I press the button here. Level one, level two, level three. Now, should you think that this is some kind of special video Photoshop imovie effect? It's not. This thing is actually vibrating at a very high intensity. This is level three, level two. Now there's level one. Level two, level three. Great for fun with the kids, but even better for foam rolling. I want to show you a few ways you could use this bad boy. So, for example, you'll place it right here underneath your back.
This feels amazing on your spine. Far different than a regular foam roller because it's moving more fluid and kind of shaking the fascia as you roll over it. Another really, really good move that I like this one for is the calf, where you simply put your calf on top of it, weigh it down with the other leg, because when it's vibrating, it tends to move around a little bit, and then you just weigh it down and work your way up and down the calf. It's a little bit of a grimace effect on this one. Another move that I really like, because we all know that at the Ben Greenfield fitness show, we like to talk about digestion. So you can actually initiate digestion with this bad boy, or shall we say a movement by placing it on the ground and rolling over it just kind of working some of your stomach muscles and the down there area to get things moving. It also looks really perverted if your neighbors are looking through the window or watching you out in the driveway as you pump your vibrating foam roller. So those are just a few of the different ways that you can use this Hyperice. How do you get it? First of all, hyperice.com Second, I have a 10% discount code for it that I'm going to give you in a nice vibrating fashion. Go to hyperice.com and use code BEN10. That's BEN10. To save 10%.
