A short conversational transcript (YouTube) where two speakers discuss using essential oils applied to the feet—including a blend called "Dreamscape"—and debate topical versus oral use. One speaker notes that aromatic molecules applied to the soles can pass through pores, enter the bloodstream, and become active typically within about 5–15 minutes, producing pharmacological effects.

You had another one that you had sent me related to that comment I had made earlier about dreaming, called Dreamscape, that I've been massaging into the bottom of my feet and kind of huffing a little bit of that before I go to bed at night for the dream component. That one's not an oral, it's a top. And I do want to ask you later on about the oral versus the topical component, but it's crazy how some of these things you can put in your feet and get an effect.

So what's amazing is that the pores in the bottom of the feet, these aromatic molecules, are so small that they can pass through the pores in the bottom of the feet and enter the bloodstream, where they become active in about five to 15 minutes, typically. And so this is why applying essential oils, which are pharmacologically rich compounds that can get absorbed into the physical body, promoting a pharmacological change.
