Ben Greenfield is Giving Away Free Liquid Vitamins!

Hey, it's Ben Greenfield. And if you've been to BenGreenfieldFitness.com recently, you've seen that there's some new supplements on there and they're liquid supplements. The reason that I chose to put some of those on there is because I get so many questions from you listeners who want to know about liquid vitamins and liquid drinks and alternatives to soda. And so I've actually hand picked a couple of different liquid vitamins from a company called Peter Gillum and put those on there. So what I'm doing now is on any supplement orders from BenGreenfieldFitness.com I'm actually including a few samples for you. Nutrarev, which is basically like a high antioxidant blend that you drink organic, like vitamins. This is something that your kids could drink if they want vitamins or if you want to take your vitamins via liquid form. I put some information up there to tell you about why there's a difference between when taking your vitamins in liquid form, in capsule form, you can try that. And then the last thing, something you can take before bed helps you get to sleep. I've been using it now. It's called Natural Calm Magnesium. It's an oral magnesium that you could use to supplement some of the topical magnesium that I talked about. But these are getting put for free into any of the orders from benregoodforfitness.com from here on out. Thanks.
