Ben Greenfield Tests His Body: Part II

Hey, what's up? This is Ben. I just got done with 48 hours of giving my urine, blood and saliva samples from the comfort of my own home. I'm about to send the last little bit off to the lab and everything kind of comes postage paid, as you can see there. If I could find the zoom button. Where's the zoom button on this guy? There we go. So basically, you just get a bunch of packages like this, biohazard packages, and you just send it back after you give your samples. And again, about 11 days from now, I'll have everything. Total snapshot of my body. So it's been a cool process. It was super easy. It took two days. Gave my blood a couple times from a little pin prick on my finger, urine a few times, a little bit of saliva sample, and it's a lot easier than I thought it would be.
