Hey, my name is Ben Greenfield, and the fact is, you use a lot more muscles than you might think when you do something as simple as getting down on the ground and then getting up from the ground. So the name of this workout is Grounded, and it's super simple. All you need is a soft surface or a mat that you can put on a hard surface. And I'm going to demonstrate for you right here in my driveway. So here's how the workout goes. You're gonna start in a standing position, and all you're gonna do is get down on the ground with your arms at your side like this, and then you stand up. Next, you get down on the ground again, this time on your stomach with your arms at your side and stand. Okay. Once again, down on the back and stand. Down on the stomach, arms at the side and stand. So here's your challenge. You're going to try to do 15 reps within one minute. Now, 15 reps begins here, and this is one, and then to here.
And that's two. Okay? Okay. So you're going to have to do about one rep every four seconds to do 15 total reps within 60 seconds. So if you want a real challenge, try to do 30 reps in two minutes. Trust me, your heart rate will be through the roof. You'll use every muscle in your body, and you won't need a single piece of equipment. So the name of this workout is Grounded. I'm Ben Greenfield, wishing you a great workout.
