Cold plunging and cryotherapy both work for different things. Cold water builds resilience and costs less. Cryotherapy cuts inflammation and pain faster. Chamber design matters less than actually getting cold.

There's a place, in my opinion, for both to do both cold water immersion and to do cryotherapy, but they have different benefits. I think with cold water immersion, it's great for boosting your immune system, for building resilience. It's easily accessible these days, so I think there is a place to go and do cold water immersion. With cryotherapy, it's more about the benefits that come from lowering inflammation. It's more if you're dealing with any pain, if you have any problems sleeping, then I would recommend that you do cryotherapy. You know, if you're looking for a boost of energy, then I. I would definitely recommend doing cryotherapy. So I think they can both coexist. There's chambers I've seen before where your head sticks out of the top. What do you think of those? In my opinion, it doesn't matter which way you're doing it, whether you're doing it with your head outside of the cabin, which is the way we do it at London cryo, or in the cabin. As long as you're exposing yourself to cold, there's a place for all of us to have cryotherapy chambers in either way. So I'm for it.
