Hey, this is Ben Greenfield. I'm here with Mark Cunningham from extremestrengthnow.com and in a second you're going to see some of the mad weights that Mark is putting up. He's competing in Strongman. And what I wanted to ask mark was what extremestrengthnow.com is all about. So we're going to have a link to that on the website. So tell them what it's about, Mark.
Well, extreme Strength now is just about a bunch of guys getting together and just pounding out the weights and doing the things I love.
So he's got like kegs?
Yeah, I got a couple of kegs and four tires ranging from 300 pounds all the way up to 1000. But usually I'm the only one working with a thousand pound tire.
Mark and I work out at the same gym, so a lot of times I put him to shame with the amount that I bench press and tires deadlift squat. But I'll give you a chance. Mark's working his shoulders tonight, so you get a chance to kind of see some of the type of stuff this guy does and check out his website, extremestrengthnow.compounds that Mark's holding right now. What are you saying?
Definitely not the strongest dude on the block, man.
I know. I just had dumbbells in my hands the other day that weighed about 20 pounds more than this. I know, I'm a wuss.
