One of the areas that people tend to get very, very tight in, especially if they're sitting for long periods of time during the day, riding a bicycle, running, etc. Is in their hip flexors. I can take the foam roller, lay down on top of the foam roller, put my hip flexor, that meaty area on the front of my hip, directly over the foam roller. I can either roll the roller up and down that area again at about this speed, or for a shearing action, I can roll my body back and forth over the roller. Now, from your calves to your hips, to your quads to your hamstrings, to your low back, to your shoulders, all the way up to even your neck, you can literally hit every single part of your body with a foam roller. And that's just a couple examples of how you can do it.
