A short YouTube video (hosted by Ben Greenfield) showing healthy grocery picks at Whole Foods in Park City, Utah. The speaker walks through items he buys for travel-friendly meals and snacks—sparkling water, bananas, pears, coconut juice, gluten-free tortillas, mustard greens, sardines (two for $4), feta, tomatoes, avocados, dark chocolate, and organic peanut butter—while offering brief usage notes (e.g., tortillas as a base, pears slightly unripe for crunch).

Hey, it's Ben Greenfield. I'm here at Whole Foods in Park City, Utah, and I'm going healthy grocery shopping. So I'm gonna let you check out some of the stuff that I am getting here. So here we go. We'll start off here with some sparkling water, keeps you satiated. Throw in some bananas. Of course, those will get mixed up with the protein that I have. The pears, I usually go for a slightly unripe pear for a little bit of crunch, of course. Gotta have one. All natural coconut juice, a little bit of pulp to drink on the way into the hotel. Some gluten free tortillas. And those are gonna form the base of some of the next things I'm gonna show you. That I will put inside those tortillas. Some mustard greens. Mmm, a little bit of crunch there. Some sardines in olive oil. Two for $4. Can't beat that. Feta cheese, of course, to add a little bit of cheesy goodness. And some tomatoes, which will get sliced up and put inside those tortillas. Some avocados as well. Did find avocados in Utah? Surprise. And of course, two guilty pleasures. A extra dark, dark chocolate. And because almond butter is prohibitively expensive, an organic peanut butter. All right, folks, that's it. Enjoy.
