Hi, I'm Ben Greenfield with Pair Sports, which is a great way to get live biofeedback during your workout. In your pear workout, one of the exercises that you'll encounter is called a renegade row. I want to show you how to do that exercise. You'll need two dumbbells down on the ground and you'll get into the push up position. From here, the exercise is fairly straightforward. You're going to do a push up and as you come out of the push up, you'll choose arm, either your right or your left arm, and you'll row and then return that dumbbell back down to the ground. Now, when you row, it's important that you not allow your hips to turn like this, okay? You want to pull with your hips relatively close to the ground. And the other thing that you want to do is focus as you pull on squeezing your shoulder blade back. The renegade row is a great workout for your chest, your back and your core. But by keeping your hips from rotating and by squeezing your shoulder blade back, you'll lot more benefit out of this exercise. So I hope that helps you out.
