Hi, I'm Ben Greenfield from Pair Sports. A great way to get live biofeedback during your workouts. One of the exercises that you're going to encounter during your pear workout is called a reverse lunge, and here's what it looks like. You'll simply start with both feet together. You'll lunge back behind you and then back up to the starting position. When you're doing reverse lunges, try and do all your lunges for one leg before you move on to the other leg. That will allows you to get more burn and a little bit more fatigue in that one leg that you're lunging back with. A couple other things to remember are to keep your knee behind your toe as you lunge back and to take a nice big step. So I hope that helps you out with your reverse lunge. And I'm Ben Greenfield with ParabioFeedback.
