This YouTube demo (Ben Greenfield at FitCon, filmed at the Pulse Center booth) shows a two-step hip mobilization using a Pulse Center PEMF (mat and square pad). Ben advises setting the unit to "shim" resonance mode at about 7.8 and raising intensity to roughly 60% (square pad). First, lie supine with the SI joint over the mat’s center target and rotate hips side-to-side for ~2–3 minutes until muscles relax. Second, flip prone with the psoas/iliacus positioned over the pad, rock back-and-forth and optionally lift each leg to target the opposite side for another ~2 minutes. Claimed benefits: improved hip mobility for runners, weightlifters, and those with tight psoas/iliacus.
