Hey, it's Ben Greenfield here, and I just got done interviewing Dean from Man Flow Yoga. And we talked about how to get ripped with yoga. We talked about all the different ways that you can twist and modify a yoga class to actually make it more cardiovascularly intensive and also to give your muscles a little bit more bang for your buck. We talk about the problems with yoga when it comes to too much pushing and not enough pulling. We talk about how you can burn more calories in a yoga class. We talk about whether or not you need to be involved with a lot of the philosophical and meditative aspects of yoga or if you can just kind of beefcake your way through a yoga class Dean style. So Dean's got a really good book in addition to his Man Flow yoga website called Yoga Basics for Men. But even if you're a woman, you're gonna a lot out of this one if you kind of like your yoga routine to be hard like I do. So Dean and I delve into all of his little tips and tricks, how he gets ready for yoga for his warm up, what he does during his routine, some of his favorite moves, and much more.
