Hey, Ben Greenfield here. I want to show you how to make a really kind of healthy late night snack using a couple of ingredients that I featured on the website before. I just figured I'd let you watch me make it tonight. So let me see if I can do this and actually hold the camera at the same time. What I have here is this is just a magic bullet. You can do this with a blender or raisin art, whatever. That's just ice, crushed ice from the refrigerator. Or you can use cube dice, doesn't matter. And I put just a little bit of water in there. Okay. The next thing that I have is this stuff. This is ener prime and I use that in a powder. You can get it in a capsule. I select the powder because you can do stuff like this. So what I'm going to do here is take about that much two times. Okay. So that's like five salads right there. Okay, five blender. Okay. Next thing that I have is.
Whey protein. I use this stuff called cap protein. It's a goat milk protein. So it's a little bit better processed by the body. Then sit down my camera for a second. Then cow's protein. So this has like a little bit of a vanilla flavor to it.
It's good stuff. So I'm going to do a quot.
Just about a little more than the green inner prime stuff that I use.
And then the last thing we want just for a little bit of flavor is I like to ripen the bananas a little bit and I use it for stuff like this, just so they've got a little more sweetness to them. So I'll use about half this banana and then I will freeze the rest of the banana to use whatever. Sometimes I'll just like dip a little bit of peanut butter for a snack. I could use a smoothie like this. This one doesn't have to be frozen. But anyways, we'll blend this thing up and I'll show you what it looks like.
Okay. So I blended this for about 45 seconds in the magic bullet juice Poisoner blender. Like I said, whatever. So this is what it looks like. Now I blend mine really thick because if you go too thin on the smoothies, you'll drink them right. You'll get a ton of calories or whatever, but you'll feel satisfied. I like to blend mine thick and not use too much water because then I can eat it with a spoon like this. So what this is going to taste like is it's basically. I know it's green.
Trust me, it's really good. Just pretend it's not green. It's basically like banana, vanilla, sweetness. It's really good. The fact that there are a bunch of vegetables in there. It doesn't even taste it at all like vegetables. And it's filling. Okay. What you saw me make was about 200 calories. And it's incredibly filling. But it's not really going to be a bad thing to eat at night. So. Enterprise Mount Kappa protein banana. Little bit of ice, little bit of water. Very good. Try it out.
