A short, informal YouTube how-to in which the speaker (Jeffrey Jaime) demonstrates adding mushroom extracts to his morning coffee. He names specific mushroom products and blends (chaga, lion's mane, a multi-mushroom 'winning' blend), shows approximate amounts (about a half teaspoon for the blend), and performs the simple step of stirring them into brewed coffee.

Top of the morning, as they say in Somewhere over the Seas. I'm having my morning cup of coffee and I want to show you how I use mushrooms in my coffee. Because who doesn't want mushrooms in their coffee, right? Okay. So what I'm doing, because I've received a lot of questions about how to do this, it's extremely complex. You dump the mushrooms into the coffee. So I'm doing this morning is I've got some chaga here. This is. I use the Four Sigma stuff because it's freaking awesome. So this is chaga, dual extracted chaga. So I just dump this in, right? And it's actually got kind of a cool flavor too. The ingredients, Eleuthero Wild mint rosehip chaga. Easy. This is lion's mane. Lion's mane is a mushroom that enhances blood flow to the brain. As if coffee wasn't enough, so I dumped that in there. And then just for a little good measure, I like to put a little winning X in. This is my little winter treat. So this is cordyceps, maitake, enokitake, chagarishi, lion's mane, shiitake, egarikos, tremella, mashima, rosehip, boom, all at once. And I put about a half a teaspoon or so of that in. And then I will stir this all up with my little lucky spoon. And now I've taken coffee and had made coffee. Coffee.
