A short first-person vlog from the Ironman Kona 2013 race expo. The speaker (Jeffrey Jaime) walks the expo, sampling vendor food (mentions a coconut-cashew "bonk breaker" bar), interacting with people, and making casual personal remarks (including joking about being photographed in underwear). Tone is informal and conversational; the clip focuses on on-site impressions and snacks rather than race coverage.
Okay. Here we go. Iron man race expo.
It's.
Dude. Yo. What's up? Showing the people around the expo. That's sweet. And look who you ran into. I'm finding so many things to freeload. I just. Just ate a little. A little piece of a coconut cashew bonk. Breaker bar. Highly recommend. That was breakfast so far.
What else is that? Very ketogenic. That it is when it's 11am and you haven't had anything to eat yet. I'm starved. I'm on to make myself some eggage. I'll probably see you there soon. And what else have I done today? Pretty much just run around in my skivvies. Yeah. So yeah, all of the Internet has seen you in your skivvies now thanks to me. Thanks to Brock. Brock is dutifully posting photographs of me in my underwear. All right. I'm off on with tour.
And that's about it.
