Liberty Lake Personal Training with Ben Greenfield

Short YouTube video/transcript featuring personal trainer Ben Greenfield working with clients Dave and Valerie. The clip mixes workout instruction (strength, stability, balance, core) with personal highlights—Valerie won her age-division in a large regional triathlon—and promotes daily exercise, nutrition, and a ‘healthy lifestyle’ approach.

Hi. Introduce you to our personal trainer, Ben Greenfield, and he's got some exciting news for Valerie. Well, here we are on an average Monday morning. Dave's just finished an hour of high intensity exercise. He's feeling great. And Valerie just got done competing in the region's largest triathlon. Over 1400 people showed up on race day and she took first for her division. So just an average Monday morning in the healthy Mead Johnson household. You encouraged about, darling? I encouraged because I am going to do a half ironman in September and I'm going to do awesome. Look at me.
One more on each side.
Go power. Go, go, go.
Pulling up at all on the ball. The ball stays fairly stationary. You're just pushing through it to give yourself.
You have to run to keep up with me. I'm not slowing down. I'm not slowing down.
Nice wide arc is.
All right. So Valerie beat me across the finish line just barely, but I'm gonna get her next year. I'm coming for you, Valerie. I'm gonna gun you down. You better run fast. Good boy. Oh, boy. Stop going for it. I better not end up on YouTube. Okay.
Okay.
Hey. It's all about growth or decay. You can pick. I think pretty much everybody is going to live to 85 if they just don't get hit by a tree or something when they're skiing. But the big thing is you don't want to just be in a rest haul. You want to be functionally fit. And it all boils down to working out every day. Hooah. It's all about the Healthy Lifestyle Day. You combine a solid nutrition plan.
Healthy supplements with this type of strength, stability and balance, and you go way, way outside the norm in terms of health and fitness, which is where you're at right now. Most 15, 20, 25 year old guys can't do this exercise.
Good. A couple more. Thank.
You. How important is a strong core, Dave? Critical for everything. Critical for everything. Nice work, Dave. Thanks, man. You know, this may look like an easy exercise until you actually see this strength and balance move.
Help me ski better, huh, man? Strength and balance move. How you feeling, Dave? Strong.
Dave. Yeah, lean and mean.
That's right. He's been at it for about 45 to 50 minutes now and still going strong.
Still got a few more left in you, right, Dave? We live long and prosper all day long.
