Short guided exercise explaining how to use inspirational music, breathing, and memory recall to connect the conscious and subconscious mind. The speaker instructs listeners to lie down with headphones, breathe to the music's cadence, recall pleasant and painful memories, note bodily/emotional reactions, express gratitude, pose a question, and wait for subconscious insights to surface.
Chapters
Music serves as kind of a connectivity device between the portal of your conscious and your subconscious. Here's what I want you to do. Find a deeply inspirational music train. Begin to play the music through a good set of headphones and then lay on your back in a comfortable and quiet place with something like an eye mask on. And then just breathe in some kind of a relaxed pattern that matches the cadence of the music. Next, put your subconscious to work. Recall a pleasant memory from childhood. Replay that in your mind. Process it. Observe what your body does. Your emotional response, your physical response, psychological response. Now recall a painful moment from just last week. Observe your response. Recall something you're grateful for. Next. Now ask yourself a question you've been puzzled by. And then listen to the music and breathe as your subconscious chisels away on the issue and your conscious waits for the response to come back to your rational, logical and aware mind.
