You'll simply stand, stick your butt slightly out, bend over and look forward or slightly up. It will help you to elongate your low back if you press just a little bit on your knees and you'll feel your spine straighten. As you do this, you're going to trace your thumbs up, up, up your rib cage all the way to your shoulder.
Then reach forward as far as you can and try and push your knees just slightly apart so you're externally rotating your hips. You're simply going to hold this exercise for five deep breaths. You're going to feel your entire low back elongate your core turn on, your shoulders turn on, and your hips and your glutes feel tighter. After you've finished.
