Hey, what's up? Ben Greenfield here, hoping I'm not upside down using this GoPro for the first time. This is the chest harness, and I'm going to take you on a tour of my obstacle training course. So enjoy the workout. Let's blow through this thing.
Starting with the run through a dark and scary forest.
Grab a chain, baby. Here we go.
All the way. That's up in the hill, baby. The cinder block gets pretty heavy.
To the top.
Man. Back up without sending luck.
Make sure I'm uphill. Seem easy, right? Not dragging the thing.
It's my house. I'm building.
The back of it.
Ten times or so.
There's a lot of water.
That comes upon.
What's.
30Ft, baby. 30ft.
Okay, so next up, what you do is you grab a sandbag.
That one's leaking. Finally broke. We'll grab this sandbag.
There you go. Carried around the house one time.
Just basically wherever you want to put it. Shoulder against your chest, whatever. No rules.
The sandbag. Grab a spear. Follow me.
Mountain.
Performance. Pressure on camera.
Miss.
So rules of the spiritual is a skip for practice. She's grabbing and throwing shit.
But the number of misses Every miss is 10 burpees at the end of this work.
There we go. That counts. Oh, just. We're up here. Grab it.
Practice running downhill with a sharp object.
Sacrifice. Found it.
Go this way.
Grab one of these big ass rocks.
And carry it down.
All the way down the rock.
This may look like just a slow walk, but current about a 50 pound rock.
Cut me a freaking break.
On the next round of the workout, you run down the driveway.
Okay, I still got to go some handholds on this climbing wall, but for now you can go over that's.
And run, run, run like a bear. It's chasing you, B.
Oh, excuse me.
It.
Home base.
That's one round. Four to six of those is a workout.
