This is a short, on-location YouTube video clip from a Pacific Elite Fitness triathlon training camp (Day 1) featuring Ben Greenfield and Todd Houston. In the opening, Ben and Todd introduce themselves roadside in Austin, Texas during a late-afternoon ride and comment on the ride atmosphere and early camp stories.

Hey, this is Ben Greenfield down here with Todd Houston by the side of the road in Austin, Texas, and we're on a late afternoon, beautiful ride here in rush hour traffic. A couple of flats back there behind us, they're getting worked out. But this is day one of our training camp. It's gonna be a good time, and we'll be checking in as we roll. What do you think, Todd? It's epic already. That's right. Already lots of stories.
