SHIFTWAVE: The Ultimate RELAXATION HACK!

A demo of the Shiftwave relaxation chair, which uses vibrations synced to your heart rate via a wearable bio drive. The chair claims to simulate a full sleep cycle in 20 to 30 minutes, with a longer 77-minute mode called SS Bubbler. The speaker pairs it with an infrared sauna blanket for morning and afternoon meditation sessions.

I want to show you one of my favorite toys of light. It's called a shiftwave. Now this might just look like a normal gravity chair, but when I first tried it, it blew my mind. This is a total body reset. Increases your HRV tones your vagus nerves, shifts you into this deep meditative state. Simulates a full sleep cycle in just 20 to 30 minutes. Everybody that I've shown this shift wave to holds kind of a hollowed place in my bedroom absolutely loves it. I'll get up sometimes at 4, 4:30am, get an extra 30 to 60 minutes of a sleep cycle sitting in the shiftwave chair sometimes for my afternoon meditation. I'm using it now and it's also great because they even have a pre sleep setting. So I can do the setting and then just go straight into my bed. Now you might see this big old black piece of fabric that I have next to my shiftwave chair. This is actually one of the one of the infrared sauna blankets made by HigherDose. The reason that I like this, even though it doesn't come with the chair, is I'm kind of a fan of like having a gravity blanket like effect while I'm in my shift way. So what I do is I keep this infrared blanket next to the shift wave. When I'm ready to start a session, I'll just plug this in and it produces infrared and heat, which is kind of nice. I like to put it on about a 5 for my setting for the sauna blanket. So the shift wave has a variety of settings. I'm going to put it on one called SS Bubbler right now, which is actually one of their longer sessions. It's about 77 minutes long. So obviously this is something you could use for a sleep cycle. You can put it in loop. Some people will sleep the entire night in their chair. So I like to put some.
Earbuds in to block any external sound. The next thing that I do is I put my headphones on because the shift wave produces audios that sync to the vibrations that I'm actually experiencing while I'm in the chair. So I got my headphones on, got my volume button right here. Now this magnetic device has two features to it. First of all, I can turn this to increase or decrease the vibratory sensation that the shiftwave chair is producing. And then this is super cool. This is called the bio drive. This goes on my finger. It will track my heart rate, variability my heart rate, my breath cycles, everything. And it will correlate and sync the vibration of the chair to my actual heart rate and cardiovascular function. So next, now that I'm all ready, I'm going to go ahead and sit back. And the way that I do this is I pull my blanket on top of my body, get this thing started.
Then I lean back on the shiftwave, I press play to begin the session, I put my eye mask on, and I'm about to go off to la la land. This thing is incredible. If you have not yet sat in this one or had a chance to definitely try to get your hands on one or find a local facility near you that has one, it's gonna change your life. This thing's amazing. Here.
Sam.
