Morgan. And my number one goal really this year is to get lean to around the 200 pound level, which is where I was after training with Ben on triathlons a couple years ago. I've gotten up to about 219. I'm still fairly muscular, carrying way too much body fat, so I want to maintain a lean frame and also do it in a minimum amount of time at very high pressure. I speak all over the world and I have a lot to do, but I also have time for exercise. I want to make absolute use of the time I have available to maintain a healthy lifestyle. That's my goal. My biggest challenge this year is to meet my New Year's resolution, which is to not eat after 7pm I think if I had maintained that in 2008, I'd probably be 10 pounds lighter than I am today. But there's nothing like starting right now. What I'm looking forward to is knowing the efficiency that Ben's knowledge is going to bring to my knowledge base, knowing what to eat, when to eat, and basically the maximum efficiency exercise and time I have available. That's what I'm looking for. Not wasting any time whatsoever. Once I start to exercise.
