Go. Hey, I'm Ben Greenfield. I'm here at the Dead Sea. I'm about to cover myself in mud. This stuff's gonna dry on my body. Oh, that's nice. This stuff's gonna dry on my body.
And then I'm gonna go plunge into the mineral rich waters of the Dead Sea. I actually have absolutely no clue what I'm doing right now. Somebody just told me to go over and, and put mud on my body. So I'm hoping that I'm applying this in the correct fashion.
It kind of feels weird to just be putting crap all over my body. Yeah. So this is what you do, apparently, when you visit the Dead Sea and it's gonna turn me into Superman or something. I don't know. But.
There we go. I guess I gotta get my back too.
Woohoo. And the face. The face. Here we go.
Mud.
I'm looking.
I of course wore the the skimpiest piece of swimwear that I have, so I can get the full benefits of mud everywhere.
As you do. And of course, whenever I go to Europe or anywhere, I only bring a Speedo anyways. It's much more kosher than it is in the U.S. okay. You gonna share? Plus I have to advertise for Timex, right?
All right. I think I am. I'm mud ready. I'm mudded up. I just gotta let it dry now. Huh? It's not gonna dry. Just, just go in. Just let it get light. I'll let it dry for maybe like two minutes.
