Hey, it's Ben Greenfield. Early morning here. Still dark outside. I slept like a baby last night. Meaning I got up and tossed and turned every hour. Excited about heading out to Kona. Anyways, I just want to let you know that these Kona diaries that I'm going to give you over the next week, these aren't designed to be my own personal diary or my own little blog about me. Instead, I want this to be about you. I want to give you as many healthy travel tips and as many healthy living tips and performance tips and insight into what I do as possible. And so be sure to leave me questions as we go through this. Ask me about what I write about and tell me what you want to see. I also want this to be just a really stark, honest and open look at my life and the things I do to get my body ready to perform and be in one of the bigger events that I do each year, the Ironman Hawaii. I want to give you a lot that you can use in your own big events, whether it be in life or in sport. So thanks for watching and I really hope that you enjoy the next few days of coverage.
