YouTube video (June 11, 2024) by Jeffrey Jaime, CISSP, where two speakers demo and discuss biohacking elements of a shower setup: red lights, Epsom salts, tallow soap, and a portable product called Anda Arctica (ice-filled cup) that chills shower water by pouring water over ice. They describe hookups for different shower heads, a simple drape-over-the-head installation on a rain shower, and emphasize its portability for travel.

Welcome to my shower. No I don't take a shower fully clothed with my hat on but you know biohacker shower I got red lights top got my giant bag of epsom salts over there got my bathtub for soaking with my tallow soap but here's something kind of cool.
Brand new on to arctica cup. I fill that with ice and it makes the water icy cold. I can throw this in my bag when I travel to a hotel for flip on the water the water comes through there, pours over the ice and.
Gives me an icy.
Cold shower no.
Matter where I'm at.
That is.
Cool huh? See what I did there?
Anyway so yeah it comes with some different type of hookups depending on what kind of shower head do you have I just did the lazy version and just draped it over my head because I already have a rain shower but anyways check them out on to arctic.
It's a brilliant idea. Why didn't I think of that? Pretty cool.
