Jeffrey Jaime shows two arm exercises: the dive bomber push up, where you start in an A position and dive under an imaginary fence, and the rotating side plank, which you can make harder by lifting a leg or easier by widening your stance.
So the first move is called the dive bomber push up. Now, it looks just like this. You're going to get into a push up position with your butt in the air, almost like you're a capital letter A. Now, from this position, you're going to imagine that you have a fence, maybe an electric or a barbed wire fence over your hands. You're going to dive under that fence and then swoop your body back to the original starting position. So it looks like this.
Dive under.
Swoop back. That's one repetition. Again.
Dive.
And swoop.
The next exercise is a rotating side plank. So for this exercise, you'll get into the push up position again, but this time more of a plank plank based push up position rather than that capital letter A. With your butt in the air from this position, all you're going to do is rotate your body to the side, reach for the sky from this position. Now, if you want to make this even more difficult, you can lift a leg and put it up into the air. If you want to make this position less difficult, you can instead space the feet apart. And then, of course, after you've rotated to this side, you would simply turn.
