What Is X2Performance?

A short promotional/explanatory transcript describing the X2 Performance beverage—a concentrated, low-calorie supplement intended to speed ATP replenishment to improve exercise performance and recovery. The speaker outlines the product's key ingredients (ribose, CoQ10, ATP disodium, glucose, pinitol, caffeine-related ingredient, electrolytes, purified water) and gives simple usage guidance (drink 30–60 minutes before exercise; additional doses during long events).

When you go to the grocery store to buy food, you need money to purchase that food. And your body is no different. It relies on a currency to create energy. The currency that your body uses is called ATP, and it's required for muscle contractions and for cell growth, as well as repair and recovery. So if you can figure out a way to more rapidly replenish and restore your precious ATP currency, then you're going to be able to perform better and recover more quick. Now, this is where something called X2 performance fits in. It's a bottle. And rather than being full of lots of calories like steak and bananas and spinach and potatoes and all the other things that your body can use to produce ATP, it delivers it in a little bit more concentrated low calorie punch. The main components of X2 performance are ribose, which is a crucial building block of ATP. And it's a very, very special that doesn't actually spike your blood sugar levels. X2 Performance also has Coenzyme Q10 in it, which not only protects your body against damaging free radicals, but is also a crucial part of the process of, you guessed it, making ATP. Now, X2 performance also has some other little helpful nutrients in it. It's got something called ATP disodium in it, and that is literally just some extra ATP thrown in that your body doesn't even need to make. It's got a little bit of glucose in it to help your body produce the metabolic reactions that are necessary to use the ribose and the Coenzyme Q10 that you're going to find in the X2 performance. And then it's got just a couple other special things in it, one called pinitol. And pinatol helps to drive sugar into your cells so that that sugar can be used to produce ATP. So whether you're breaking down fats, proteins or carbohydrates, you're going to be able to get them into the cells more quickly. X performance has caffeine mitt, which allows your body to tap into fatty acids more efficiently as a fuel, and also helps you to fatigue a little less quickly, especially during long or hard exercise sessions. Finally, there are some electrolytes thrown in, as well as the highest quality distilled pure water, so you can be sure you're not drinking microorganisms, disinfectants, inorganic chemicals or radionucleotides that might be in typical water that's used to produce many of the sports supplements that are out there. So using X2 performance is really simple. You just throw back a bottle 30 or 60 minutes before you start into your workout. And if you've got a really long day like an Ironman triathlon, you can actually have a few more bottles during your actual race. Check it out. It's called X2 Performance.
